6 WEEK HALO/FURUZA RUN

I would do 6 weeks pct and run Tudca all way through, Nolva is liver toxic, I'd drop DAA personally as well

Thanks for the recommendations but what I have set up is generally my go to PCT and it works for me. I never thought of six weeks of nolva if that is what you are suggesting. I also might stretch out the tudca during the entire PCT length. My only problem with that is that I would be on tudca for about 10-12 weeks and I don't know if that is a good idea.

Some people hate DAA and say it doesn't benefit them, some love it. I know my experiences with it and I can tell you that I prefer to run it at 3 grams for 4 weeks because it works for me. My bloods have always been just slightly below baseline right after PCT.

I will definitely keep your recommendations in mind because I have never ran these two compounds together at the same time, so I am open to suggestions. It is definitely not my first rodeo. I have enough supplies to run my PCT a couple of extra weeks.

Day 22 & 23: OFF

I went for a run on day 21. I did some fasted cardio with the exception of 7grams of BCAAs. It felt good to get a run in but I felt pretty gassed out early on. I really have to step up my cardio game.

I didn't really do much on day 22. I guess I just rested and got some decent sleep in. Not much, but a decent amount from the norm.

My elbows are still screaming from the heavy tri workout on day 20, especially my right one. If I put any sort of pressure on it or press it, it hits like hell. I am also having a weird pain in my right shoulder which radiates to my trap, front, and rear delt. I thought I would make a note of it. It sucks getting old. I am noticing a bit more hair shedding which sucks. It almost feels like my scalp itches from time to time.

3 weeks down, 3 to go.

Day 24: 183 pounds(+9 lbs)

Because my scale is acting like an ******* I have used two different ones and had two different weight readings. One at 183(digital) and the other at 185(traditional rotary). I am going to remain conservative and go with lower weight so 183lbs it is. I can't lie. I am little disappointed I guess so far with the weight gain. I am wondering if the furuza is keeping the fat gains in check. My fat seem to be relatively the same or even slightly less going by the mirror. I do seem to be "thicker" if you know what I mean. I am probably being a little too harsh but that is generally the way I am.

I had a decent workout today. I added a couple more drop sets and increased some weight so I am happy overall with that. My elbows(especially my right one) are still killing me and I might add in jointhelp from IForce nutrition to possibly help me with that. I was hoping to save it for when I start arimistane because it dries out my joints a little and I didn't want to purchase another bottle. I still have the neck pain, still shedding, still have an itchy left nipple from time to time, but overall I feel good. I did not do too much tris today because of the pain.

Tomorrow doesn't look good but I am trying to make the most of this run. I will most likely be up for over a straight 24 hours due to work and other obligations. I am hoping to get a good workout in but I guess we will see. I am also again contemplating upping the halo dose to 100.

Subbed. Looking at your workout sessions, I suddenly feel weak...

I wanted to squeeze in some bis today but I was completely exhausted. The lack of sleep is really taking a toll on me but I am trying to push through. The problem with that is that I end up with ****ty workouts or even worse, an injury. My right shoulder started to burn after the front raises and had to take extended rest periods between sets. I was ultimately stronger this week than last week but I felt like I had a ****ty workout. I feel like I could have gotten so much more out of it if I was rested. I am going to rest up and relax the rest of the day, try to catch up on some sleep and hopefully be ready to hit legs and bis strong tomorrow with abs.

My meals are still on point even though my sleep has been awful simply because I usually take several hours during the beginning of my week and meal prep. So that part, thankfully, is covered and taken care of.

Your workouts are looking fierce, can't imagine how they look when you are fully rested.

Today I felt pretty decent I got a good 8 hours of sleep broken up over the course of the day. I don't even remember the last time I got 8 hours of sleep. Anyway, I don't want to sound like a whiney little kid about sleep. I didn't get to finish my bi session today and will finish it tomorrow and throw in some chest and a run.

I didn't have my pre workout banana today and I noticed that my back pumps were worse than they usually are. It also didn't help that it was leg day.

I will most likely up the dose of halo to 100 for the remaining 2 weeks. I will assess and if I have to lower the dose back down to 75 then so be it. I am also thinking of just taking only one rest day and jumping right back into it on Monday because I want to take full advantage of this run.

I love the overall "on" feeling. I haven't felt this good in a while regardless of sleep and injuries. I have never pinned before but I can only imagine how crossing over to the dark side would amplify this feeling.

Squats AND Deads the same day... I would need a defibrillator nearby.

Day 28:

Today I finished bis and pretty much did some **** around stuff. Didn't get my run in but did do some cardio with the wifey.

I haven't decided whether or not I will take a day off or two days off. I will see how my body feels.

Day 29: OFF

Nothing really to report today. I increased my halo dosage to 100mgs so my dosage is split 50mgs at 1pm and another 50mgs at 11:30-1200am. My furuza dose is the same but am also thinking about upping that dosage to finish the bottles that I have. I don't want to end my cycle and have 10 pills left when I could certainly use them and also considering that I have been on a conservative dose so far.

Day 30: 185lbs(+11)

I decided to only take one day off and get right back into it. I went heavy on flat barbell bench to see where I am at and if I could possibly get up to my previous max but I had failed. Maybe next time.

270lbs x 25
340lbs x 15,15,15

I felt good today, but I was disappointed I couldn't get up 315. Maybe if my rep scheme was different in my previous sets. I can't be too disappointed though because I have come a long way from the start so I am pleased about that. My elbows are still pretty painful but I have definitely been procrastinating about a remedy.

Definitely seeing some differences. I feel much fuller and slightly bigger than before. My muscles feel a lot more denser.

Lot of benching here! 11 lbs up in 30 days sounds good.
IMHO the off-days are as important as the on-days, especially for the CNS.

I 100% agree. I also want to take full advantage of while I am on as well. I usually only run one cycle a year. I plan on lifting the next four to five days and I will definitely take a two day break afterwards before commencing another week.

Today there seemed to be a lot of volume done during this workout. I was completely exhausted by the end of this workout. I was so exhausted that I wound up doing my ab exercises in a rest pause style and took multiple pauses for a couple of seconds just to get the reps listed.

My elbows were crushing me so much during skulls that I had to completely stop doing them. I could not even work through it. I substituted other tri exercises in the place of skulls. It was a good change, however, I feel that nothing really puts size on my tris like skull crushers.

I will most likely be doing shoulders, bis, and calves tomorrow. I seemed to have change my workouts this way because I can superset multiple exercises and take advantage of the limited time that I have.

Dang! What a beastly workout!
25 pull ups as a warm up to weighted pull ups, WTH?
You have to be cautious, someday someone will hide a piece of Kryptonite in your gym and your weights- and rep numbers will suddenly resemble mine.
LOL

Awesome, really awesome!

I woke up this morning and I had bad sciatic nerve pain in my right ass cheek. I hope it is just from me sleeping in a bad position because it is still bothering me. I really hope it subsides because tomorrow is leg day and I was hoping to get up to at least my PR max on both deads and squats. I guess we will see tomorrow.

I can barely wash the places I used to be able to wash well in the shower because I am much fuller and tighter. My bicep vein is making special appearances now too. I guess that is always a plus. I will definitely be upping the dose on my furuza to finish out the three bottles. I haven't really noticed much difference between this run and previous runs with halo with the addition of furuza. I don't know if it was bunk(which I highly doubt) or it is just too weak and overshadowed by the halo. I have about ten more days until PCT so we shall see. I am sad that it is coming to an end soon but I am also glad. Sad, for obvious reasons and I will have to deal with naturally ****ty test levels for some time. Happy, because I can finally sit back not have to worry about the strict regiment of supplements that I am taking and enjoy a nice beer.

Sciatic nerve pain is one of the worst things in life, had it once when younger. Couldn't walk, sleep, laugh or sneeze. Hopefully you overcome this sh*t!

Me too. Right now I just have to work on it and keep tabs on it so it doesn't get worse. If all goes well, it subsides. If it doesn't and starts to get worse, it will radiate down to my foot and I will be sidelined for days. When I first got it I thought I had some sort of hip problem because it was in my ass cheek. I soon learned it was a ****ed up disc pinching the nerve.

When I was younger and looked at the older guys with back problems I usually looked at them and thought to myself, "come on, can it actually be that bad?" I later realized that , yeah. It can be pretty debilitating.

I have awful sciatic nerve pain.
My vertebrae in my lower spine are pinching on one side & pushing the disk out the other end which in turn is poking at my sciatic nerve. Mine is in the right cheek as well.

About 2 months ago it hit so hard after leg day/heavy squats that I literally couldn't even walk for nearly three weeks.
I had to crawl to the shower & shower on my knees. Cook sitting or laying down in the middle of the kitchen. If I stood for more than 20 seconds I would be in so much pain I'd faint.
& it was in the middle of logging hyper max XT. you can read about it if you check out the logs.
Absolute worst pain I've ever experienced in my life & I thought it would never end.
I went to a chiropractor and they had this treatment called a "combo"
Which is a ultrasound wand & tens unit all in one.
No lie. After 2 weeks of suffering and literally crying the whole way while driving to the place to get the treatment done I practically skipped out of there when it was over.
The pain went from a 10 to a 2 immediately. I was in shock at how effective it was. No amount of pain killers did what this did.

I still can't bend over & touch my knees. The area seems really tight still even months later with regular stretching. But I can walk again.

Moral of the story, if yours gets sever check around to local physical therapists & see if they offer that sorta treatment. It's seriously a Mericle. & only costs 50$ with out health insurance.

What a horror story.
I'm a skeptic and science guy- but when it comes to chiropractic, it definitely helps. Got saved by a chiropractor once myself, after 3 month of "official therapy" with no cure in sight.

I hope my sciatic never gets that bad. The first time I got it, it was bad. Ever since then, I have managed it and try to keep it from getting worse. Not being able to walk would absolutely suck ass.

I won't lie I haven't done legs since that day. I'm terrified that it will happen again if I do. And I simply can't afford for it to happen again financially or physically.
I can no longer use machines for legs either. I cant sit up & keep my legs straight for say a leg curl machine.
The highest I can sit up while on my butt with my legs straight out in front of me, is up on my elbows.
At the age of 25 my mobility is completely shot.
So I'm permanently an upper body bro, while my legs wither away.
I hate it because they were just starting to get strong. I pr'd that day at 275lb squat X 2.
FML.

Hopefully things get a lot better for you. At 25 years of age you have so much life to live ahead of you. I would keep looking for a way to alleviate that particular situation. Do whatever you have to do, little by little.

Day 33: get big day.

Squat
135lbs x 20
225lbs x 15
315lbs x 5
365lbs x 3
385lbs x 2
405lbs x 1

Deads
135lbs x 20
225lbs x 15
315lbs x 5
365lbs x 3
405bs x 2(PR for reps)
425lbs x 2(PR for reps and weight)

Leg extensions
145lbs x 15,15,16
Superset
Lying leg curls
90lbs x 10,10,8

Well, I hit PR's on 405lbs reps and 425lbs weight and reps on deads. I am very happy about that but I think I paid for it though. I felt a cramp and then a burn right under my left pectoral near my serratus.

I was also afraid of going heavier on squats without a spotter and my sciatic acting up. As I write this it is bothering the **** out of me. I am going to have the wifey kneed it out tomorrow or something. If I am feeling alright tomorrow I will finish bis and abs as well as throw in some more chest.

My dosage for furuza is now 250mgs until Saturday. On Saturday it will increase to 300mgs.

I will post some videos.

I am not really noticing any difference with the edition of furuza. Maybe a little more hair shedding but that is about it. The hair shedding thing sucks though. I want to keep what little hair I have left. I wish it were the opposite, lose hair from my gooch and sack and grow some more on my head. Haha.

Also my nips have never been this itchy before on anything so I don't know if to attribute it to the furuza or the extra fat that I have now and never did before. I don't think it is the furuza because I have read repeatedly that it is a dry almost anti estrogenic compound.

270lbs x 12,12
300lbs x 9

Sciatic is still bothersome but not as bad as previously. I hope everyone enjoys their weekend.

Great workout! Man you are going heavy here, at least from my point of view.
The 405lbs deadlift looked easy for you in your vid, you are a beast!

Thanks. My 425 was sloppy as **** and I wound up just muscling it up. Bad for the body but the aggression got the better of me. I have to find a way to keep my ass down which would provide a better drive through the floor.

Your recent back workout looked intense with you time under tension. Those 3 second holds must be killer.

Seeing you with the 405lbs, I would have expected that the 425 go up easy. Next time they will, maybe bare feet, as some guys do them.
The cut eats my strength away can't get heavier on the weights, a bit paranoia about injuring myself plays a part too, that's why the rest pause sets -or time under tension with moderate weight.
I didn't see any weak spots in your exercises. Mine are upward pressing- and to a degree chest, not talking about legs that I can't train right now.
If everything works out with the cut, a lean bulk will start, than I will go up with the weights, chasing your numbers, lol!

Day 35 & 36: OFF

Took these two days off and rested somewhat. Had decent sleep on day 35 but day 36 was only about four hours.

Diet is the same minus the pre workout meal(shake and banana) and aminos. My balls are the size of peanuts and it takes me longer than usual to bust. Plan on hitting chest nice and strong tomorrow, hopefully with more volume. Tomorrow is my only day to meal prep as well.

Day 37: 186lbs(+12)

This was my second to last weigh in while on cycle. I will weigh myself one more time at the end of the cycle which will probably be my heaviest. My weight has sort of stalled out and is now leveling out. I don't think I am going to get much bigger than I am now.

I did not get as much volume as I wanted to get in today simply because I did not have enough time, plus I did not even get to do close grip presses.

Ever since my elbows started to get really bad I have been trying to do different tri exercises to try and alleviate some of the pain but I am not finding any alternate exercises that are working and am thinking that my tris are becoming underdeveloped simply because I can't work them to their potential.

I was worn out after this workout. This one kicked my ass for sure.

Day 39: OFF

I took the day off and rested today. My right forearm and both of my elbows are really crushing me. They are hurting like a motherfcuker. I will taking joint help tomorrow and see if I can alleviate some of this pain. I can't even lean on my right one without pain.
hairygrandpa I looked into the Armaid and found one for about 100 bucks. Does that thing really work? It looks like some medieval torture device. I guess it is the same concept of a foam roller but I don't know if it is going to make my elbows better.

It is worth every penny! It's for trigger point therapy. Far from foam rolling.
You use it to physically squeeze the tendons and intentionally "damage" them superficially, to provoke more blood flow and ultimately heal them. You can keep training while using the Armaid, it gives almost instant relief, and with time you are healed.
As for keeping the inflammation down on a hurry, try to get a prescription for Indomethacin, it's way more effective than Ibuprofen.
Currently I'm using the Armaid again, have some golfers in my right elbow, avoiding only BB bench press for now, until it's healed again, should take 2 weeks.

Drop set

Standing calf raise
180lbs x 25
270lbs x 25
360lbs x 10,8,8
Drop set
270lbs x 8

For some reason my calves were on fire today and I had a pump in them that was painful. Consequently my reps were lower(much lower) than last week. I kept the weight the same but tried to bang out as many reps as I could.

I really have to start running and tightening up my diet during pct. My gut piece is looking disgusting. I am gaining some fat around the belly and love handles. I also don't want to lose all of my gains during pct.

While we are on the topic of PCT my plan was nolva at 20/20/10/10 however I am looking into making the first dose somewhat higher as a bolus dose to jumpstart my hormones. Has anyone tried this type of dosing? Opinions and/or thoughts?

When did this kick in for you?

I am two days shy of three weeks on Halo, 75mg per day except first 5 days which were 50mg...not sure I am seeing anything as yet.

Edit: weight seems to be up about 2.5lbs but weight tends to fluctuate from over the course of week...heaviest Monday morning, lightest Saturday morning...tends to keep cals around 2250 Mon-Friday, up them to about 4000 Sat-Sun.

By week two I had an extra rep in sets here and there. By the end of the third week it came on strong especially the strength increases. Your weight gain whether on or off cycle is primarily influenced by diet.

At least by the end of week 3 you should definitely start to see it "kick in". I have ran three previous halo runs and they all have kicked in by week 3.

Thanks. Trying to recomp so not looking for large weight gain so won't judge the cycle by the scale.

I had read it takes two weeks to kick it so was curious.

Hopefully I will feel it kick in so in a few days.
