It was great and effective and not too harsh. But 1-test wasn't very well absorbed if taken orally so it was then methylated. This created the famous or infamous M1T. A very toxic steroid. I hope this didn't happen here with is product as I'm very eager to try trest! I'll be watching this log with great interest MrKleen.. happy cycling!

Its a 7a methyl, toxicity is minimal at best. I ran trest up to 200mg ed for 9 weeks with no issues.
 
Sounds good, I figured it was a misprint somewhere.

I don't know that it will increase libido too much if you are already starting to shut down from MSten. Some stano might help especially if you can find it in a transdermal or sublingual.

Nice, although from what yates84 said he is not gyno prone but combining the 2 at any dose and his nips got sensitive.

Last nights workout was a beast! By the end I was toast, Hyde I managed to keep the intensity for sure!

- These felt good, I could have gone a little heavier once the feel of them set in. They were awkward at first.
Feet Elevated Ring Rows x8, 8, 8, 8 - felt real good and was the right choice for my brachialis that was bitching at me.

Superset 2 - 45 seconds between supersets
DB Rack Walk - 75lbs x 100 ft x 4 sets
- I was feeling these bad boys!
Band Back Extensions - orange band x10 - Was to be a regular back extension but with a lack of a hyper stand I used the band and stepped as far back as I could to increase tension then flexed glutes and hams in top position and held for a few seconds for maximum contraction.

Tire Sled Drags - 120lbs x 100, 120lbs x 100, 100lbs x 100, 100lbs x 100 - these damn tires!!!! Every time I pull them it amazes me how hard they are to pull compared to a regular sled! The 2nd 100 feet tool me a little over 2 minutes, it is basically pulling something with the brakes locked up!!!! Had to drop a little weight for the last 2 just to get them back up the driveway. Then again the driveway is a slight incline so it was brutal.
Work Grippers x 30 seconds, 30s, 30s, 30s

10 minutes of mobility work and foam rolling.

I was covered with dirt and sweat b the end of this and came in feeling like a man!!!

Again impressed with the intensity from the tresto and hexa pre workout. I haven't added the TD Stano or the Dermatrest yet. I need to manscape this weekend to have a better place for application.

Great! So far it is treating me nicely! Yeah M1T was very toxic. I never ran it for that very reason.

Exactly it is basically methylated in the same manner as vitamin C is for bioavailability if I remember correctly. No reason to use liver support with it, but since TUDCA also helps with lipid values might as well use some anyway.

This weekend I did some shoulder work and arm work, a few carries and some goblet squats. Nothing too impressive just getting some work in.

I can definitely feel it EVERY TIME I DOSE TRESTO!!! Yep I am calling it that from now on because that is what my bottle says. :) I can literally feel a slight pressure in my head about 20 minutes after dosing on non lifting days. I don't notice it when lifting because well I am lifting already by the time it would kick in.

So far I am noticing a little more fullness, my appetite has probably been the biggest difference so far. I get so hungry about 2 hours after eating. I also get hungry earlier, many of you already know I eat when I am hungry. I do not nail down my feeding to specific times I just spread out my nutrients over my meals. Typically I get in 3 square meals a day and it works quite well for me. I build muscle easily and lose fat with the same ease. However I am noticing I am more of a Breakfast Lunch Mid afternoon snack and dinner guy right now. I normally skip the breakfast due to not being hungry yet. Allow some fasting to take place, burn some fat then get myself nice and anabolic for the periods surrounding my workouts.

On tap for tonight we have some Zercher Squats, Ring Rows, Split Squats, Hip Thrusts, Pull ups and Plate pushes and heavy ab work. Should be one hell of a workout!!!!!

Yeah I knew he said not to touch it that it was a bad combo. I have 3-4 bottles of Dermatren at the house and was contemplating running the Dermatrest with them and he talked me out of it quickly.
 
Workout went well but I really have to start getting up early. I have so many things to do in the evenings that end up neglected when I have to wait to lift.


A - Silverback Warmup - Perform this bodyweight warm-up complex for 3 rounds as quick as possible.

Air Squats - 10

B - Zercher Squat+ Abs - Perform paused zercher squats for 6 sets of 3 at 60% 1rm, with hanging knee raises in between. 1 minute rest intervals.

Barbell Zercher Squat - 135x10, 225x3, 225x3, 225x3, 225x3, 225x3, 225x3 This was a good weight I was slowing down a little in the later sets.
Hanging Knee Raise - 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10

C - Split squats + 1 arm ring row - 4 sets of 8 split squats, and 4/4 1 arm ring rows. 1 minute rest.

Split Squat - 65x8, 85x8, 105x8, 105x8 My ankle was bothering me and the bench wasn't flat so I couldn't go too heavy here.
One Arm Ring Rows - 4, 4, 4, 4 Leaned back as far as I could to make this even heavier.

D - Thrusts + Pullups

Hip Thrust - 135x10, 135x10, 135x10, 135x10 My bench is too tall for these. I am going to build a 3 sided plyo box for this in the future.
Chin Ups 10, 10, 10, 8 - Had to do chins here because my brachialis got pissed as soon as I went to do a pull up. It is getting better but not there yet.

E - Silverback Cooldown

10 minutes of light yoga, foam rolling, and mobilization as needed.

Whew my legs and back are toast!
 
Well it is official, fasting in the AM seems to be a thing of the past for me right now. I was STARVING by the time I got to work. I had to make a nice spinach, cottage cheese and almond salad. Yeah I know not exactly breakfast food but man was it good. I used 2 cups fresh spinach, 1 cup low fat cottage cheese and an ounce of almonds with a little salt and pepper and some organic dressing. As hungry as I am lately that will probably last me about 2 hourse before I get into 8 oz of mixed smoked beef.

Over the weekend I smoked about 8 lbs of beef, had some lean sirloin steaks, some bottom round, and a bunch of skirt steak I trimmed the fat off to be leaner. I smoked all of it and cut it into strips and combined it to lower the overall fat content per serving since the skirt steak is higher in fat. It is VERY good and only about 29g of fat, and 48 grams protein per 8 oz serving after doing the macros of the 3 cuts of meat combined.

Overall macros for yesterday ended up being 180 protein, 200 carbs and 120 fats for a total of 2600 calories. This may sound low to some of you but this is actually my maintenance calories believe it or not. This should continue to allow me to lean up while adding a little bit of muscle. The anabolics should really help with this as well.
 
Holy crap, hunger is insatiable! I eat and am starving again in no time.

Tonight is going to be a tight evening. I am supposed to be doing some bench work but my daughter has her Weapons belt test tonight at 7:00 so I may have to reschedule the lift for tomorrow depending on when I get home. We tend to go out for dinner to celebrate when she gets her belts or has a performance.

I am noticing the added volume is taxing my joints some, it was a quick change over to this program. If things continue will will more than likely pull out of this particular program and design my own. Right now I am shortening rest periods on the accessory stuff to keep it lighter and hoping the connective tissue can start to catch up with the change in programming. If not I will go with more full body style again having specific days I do the big 3 but peppering the rest of the body into the same workout instead of crushing one main group each time I go in and having the carry over from that effect other areas of my training.

I am also going to purchase this sled, the wife gave me a $200 gift certificate for my BDay and I hadn't decided what to get with it yet but I think this is the best bang for my buck. :)

Dma378, for the price of this one it would be worth getting for the house if you have room. It is only $154 shipped from JET, holds over 600 lbs and has replaceable skids! Plus for the first time orders on JET you get another 15% off... I intend to order an extra pair of skids, and a wall mounted pull up bar I think.

No doubt that would be perfect! So no way I will make it out tonight to lift. About to head to the Karate school then we always take trinity to dinner which had slipped my mind. I will either do the lift in the morning or just move the workout to Wednesday and the hit it up Friday and Saturday. This would also give my elbow an extra day of recovery.

Sounds Oh so good and if you learned it in Texas has to be good! We have the best BBQ around. I don't care what those folks in the Appalachian mountain belt thing with their vinegar BBQ sauce. :) I can say that, I was raised there until I was 14 and know the difference!

So I got my bloods back and everything I was concerned about looks great except my Vit D, and Estroidial levels so far. I think I may have one more test out for labs. I didn't see the lipid profile but don't remember if she ordered one either. My creatinine levels were 1.48 which is great for me, kidneys are on point, and Creatinin to Bun Ratio is great too @ 14. A few things to note here with the blood work. My high hematocrit is mostly responsible for the mild pressure in my head every time I take a dose of the tresto, this makes a lot of sense now. Also explains my slightly elevated systolic pressure.

So my daughter got her first Weapons ClassBelt last night on the Nunchaku, Arnis fighting sticks, and bow staff. She is so awesome. Her skill level was definitely above the other kids testing. Then again she is one belt away from being a Black belt and I am sure the other kids were newer belts. When the instructor cam back to bring the belts he was playing with the kids and said they only had two and the kids had to fight for it. Trinity smiles and says "Sorry one of you won't be getting a belt today!" LMAO!!!!!!!!!


We went out for dinner and I crushed 16 oz of lean sirloin, some sauteed asparugus, garlic and cherry tomatoes. It was AWESOME!!!!

Going to hit up some banded benching tonight, then hit all the chest and back accessories.

I really like it but not sure how much it likes me... so far my medialis just above my knee is aching, and so is my brachialis. I think this weekend i will end up writing my own programming that doesn't hammer one group nonstop for an hour. It was a huge jump in volume and is effecting me where I had not had any issues like this for several months training 3 days a week with more of a full body focus.

My brachialis and knees are my overuse point as well. I found that front squat/ thruster type movements, and cleans really hammered those two areas hard when I would include high volumes of those movements. Definitely small areas that are susceptible to overuse and strain.

No doubt! That is why I think I will have to do my own programming to make sure I take care of things.
 
I have taken 7500-10,000iu of vitamin D daily for the last year probably. You can take far more than people realize. When my sister tested low, like 20, she was put on 40,000 iu/day for like 5 months.

Don't bother with pain/hot creams that aren't marketed for animals. You want the good stuff it better have a horse on the bottle. Just my .02 lol

Yeah they are saying the minimum good dose a day now to be effective is like 10,000 which is better than what they used too. A little bit of sunlight will help a lot there too. Exactly: if you routinely tan or spend good amounts of time in the sun, or you're a redhead that still gets out some, you're not gonna be deficient. But many people aren't getting jack for sun after very early fall til late spring.

Thanks! She is awesome you are correct about that for sure! Yes my doc understands as well and told me the scarring is the only reason I am listed as having a kidney issue. When i had a pain in my back and they initially thought I had blood in my urine 2 years ago it through up flags at my Urologist. However my PCP who is an internal medicine specialist was not worried at all but sent me for an ultrasound since I had pain in my back. It turned out to be nothing but a sore muscle. However due to the scarring the kidney doc insisted I not use creatine anymore and keep my protein intake lower. I stick around 200 and it does not effect my gains at all. So since that is cheaper I haven't bumped it back up. I actually went and gave blood yesterday during lunch. So I had to hold off on lifting last night and do the workout this morning. I was exhausted and feeling weak when I got home, plus as you know they tell you not to lift that day so you don't give yourself a nasty hematoma or a chance for a clot.

Flat Bench - 155x10, 235x8, 275x4, 275x4, 275x4, 275x4, 275x4, 275x4 - small pause then an as explosive a lift as I could muster with this weight. Bar speed remained pretty good. I can tell I have not done floor presses in a little bit because the lockout slowed down on rep 4 of the last 2 or 3 sets. Not by too much but it was noticeable to me.

- The no rest and high reps were kicking my azz by the last 2 sets!!!!
Supinated HS Machine Dorian Rows - 70x15, 70x15, 70x15, 70x15 - weight here is per arm, and I paused and squeezed at peak contraction on these too.

There was an arm specific super set here at the end, but I chose to make that last superset the end of this workout since today will be a 2 a day. I figured I would save some in the tank then do that last bit on arms after the dead lift session tonight.

Thanks! I am giving it hell. I have some plans to make for next week and my training. I am going to take it into my own hands for a while. I like this new program for sure but the volume for one body part per workout crushes my already worn areas.

With the tren still there you shouldn't see too much of a fall off. Will probably start feeling a little better actually. SD is harsh as hell on the system even though it kicks ass and that gets you on that high, the lack of toxicity will not go unnoticed. Perhaps a slight drop in weight as some people hold a tiny bit of water on it even though it doesn't aromatize, and you may not be quite as full unless you bump the tren dose a little.
 
Yeah the products are treating me nicely. I look leaner and am the same weight, muscles a little more full looking again. The bump from this stuff pre-workout is great though!

Probably! I had a migraine yesterday and a little ache during my workout today, I believe it was due to a combination of dehydration and high BP, so I upped my hawthorn berry dosage and have been chugging water constantly ever since yesterday morning. I'm feeling better.
I have winny on the way and more tren so I can definitely bump the dose if I feel that I need to!

Yes I did and will probably do some progress pics this weekend or maybe Wednesday of next week that will be 2 weeks. It is not as fast as being on a methyl, but I am definitely filling out and I lost a few lbs then stalled on weight changes. Seem to be getting a little leaner and bigger though. Focus is on strength and slow fat loss right now. Not in a rush to lose the fat or gain size just get stronger again. I was on when I hit my PR's and of course lost a little strength of cycle when I slowed down a bit from the crazy work schedule and traveling a lot. However it seems to be coming back now.

I had to take care of a few things with my daughter last night and didn't get the chance to workout. Tonight I am doing Deficit Deads & accessory work, the plan is 445x6 according to my old max but I may end up doing about 425 if 445 feels like too much.

On another note, and I hve mentioned this already but appetite and blood sugar has been an issue. My muscles are soaking stuff up like crazy and I just find myself hypo and ravenous feeling.

When I went to the gym the other day the people who had not seen me in a while were all telling me I looked great, that I was big as a house. That is always good to hear!!!!

That was a great boost of confidence I'm sure! It sounds like this stuff works fast. I get that hypo feeling from time to time and it's not a good feeling. Keep the calories steady my friend!

Yes it does, now keep in mind I have the stano and the 50mg of dermatrest as a base. I am sure those have something to do with it. However the boom of intensity off of the 20mg I get preworkout from the tresto is ridiculous! If anyone has a 50mg cap of oral trest they want to send me so I can compare the 2 and see how the 20mg sublingual stacks up against an oral 50mg dose I will. I am very curious myself.

That's the east side of the Appalachian that has the vinegar base. It's ok if done right but a good Memphis/Texas style is my favorite BBQ.

Thanks Brian! Yeah I liked BBQ up there but I loved it once I came to Texas. Life changing BBQ! We do BBQ right in the South.

What part of Texas are you at? BBQ all over the place! When I went to East Texas last week there was some good BBQ joints down there.
