It seems like taking forsk with meals or even like after 20mins I had a meal works better for me, in the morning I'm not having issues anymore I can take it empty stomach.
Strength is increasing, maybe true zma + forsk? Anyway today I did my best and increased weights easily.
Endurance is there as always and I'm feeling full and lean even if not taking erase and abe.
Zma will definitely set in about now with a force. Nothing better than some zma sleep. I have wild dreams on it and feel like my rest is much more fulfilling. Wake up refreshed and ready to go even with less sleep than I should get. Your results sound on par brother.

That's what I've done yesterdayThis is how I'm doing it. I take ZMA about an hour before sleep and then a Select protein shake about a half hour later or no shake at all depending on the day.
I'm doing HIIT now and I feel still pumped and great.
I just finished a legs sesh and I went up "again" with weights this is incredible guys and my weight is going up, the mirror is still saying I'm good and lean
