holy crap! Dem gainz bruh!

I keep going back to the scale to make sure I'm not hallucinating. Wife keeps commenting on how much bigger my chest and shoulders look. And I've definitely noticed more of the trap popping out. I don't feel heavier, just more "filled out."

Gonna hit it harder this week!!

Those gains are nuts and I'm jealous. I finished out my run at 11 lbs up. Just to be sure are you weighing yourself at the morning dry or an equal weighing time between meals for comparison? Congrats man and keep it going!

I did two separate weigh-ins: Morning after nothing in my body for ~14 hours (and peeing first), then in-between breakfast and lunch. The weights I posted are morning. In-between meals was up 1 or 2 pounds for both start and current weighs.
 
Always nice when the wife calls out the gains! For somebody that sees you everyday too, definitely means it's noticeable.

Oh wow...I wasn't even thinking about it since I'm aiming for 8-10 heavy when I near my final sets. That's awesome! Thanks for pointing it out. I'm excited to see how much more I can go up.

Totally ran out of gas. And back is crazy sore. Kinda bummed they didn't have a hex bar for shrugs--my forearms were shot and I almost dropped the 90 on my 9th rep. I should've started heavier because my traps were fine. But a good workout, nonetheless. Body is weak, but the mind is still sharp.

Does anyone find a difference in effort for flat back/lying leg press versus angled? I felt more comfortable with angled.

These are evening pic, no pump, rest day comparisons.

Fast weight gain. No fat gain as far as measurements can tell. No fat loss either, but I've thickened up a bit. Skin feels tighter and hunger still through the roof. Strength is going up pretty great, too.

Kinda wish I had taken post-workout, pre-cycle pics but oh well. Next time. I'll be sure to post a "pumped up" pic this week.

Plowed all day yesterday. Got up super early, but it was a nice snow so I got home at a decent hour.

Since I was up at 3:30, I took my dose of 1-Andro with me in a plastic bag. Took at 9 while plowing and I felt really good for the next couple of hours. Lots of focus and drive. (Back pumps while shoveling snow sucked, though.)

Makes me curious about scheduling a dose around a workout. Any comments on that, VaughnTrue?

If I was working out in the evenings I would dose mine about an hour pre-workout. I can't say if this is scientifically better though.
 
you can absolutely dose 2 pills pre-workout(30-40 mins) to capitalize on the increase blood hormone levels

Little bit more acne. Just minor though. Chest and shoulder. Barely noticeable, so no complaints here. :)

Had to cut my workout a bit short this afternoon. Will do leg extensions and revers cable curls this evening.

Took one tablet of 1-Andro about an hour before workout (only one, because I forgot I was going to dose pre-wo and took my morning dose as usual). I shoulda started taking my doses like that from the beginning. Felt great; solid focus; and power! I'd get these nice bursts of energy mid-set. Good stuff!

Starting to get some stretch marks on a shoulder. Chest ones are starting to become a bit more pronounced, too. I don't consider that a bad thing, though. ?
 
When you have to rip the sleeves of your shirt mid-set so you can roll them up because your biceps don't fit anymore.

Had to cut workout short today. Felt great all throughout, though. So awesome to see weight going up each week. Haven't done barbell rows in a while, either, and those felt great even though it was pretty light weight.
