However you end up dosing, I'd definitely recommend taking a dose before bed.

Those gains are nuts and I'm jealous. I finished out my run at 11 lbs up. Just to be sure are you weighing yourself at the morning dry or an equal weighing time between meals for comparison? Congrats man and keep it going!

Forgot my intra; completely ran out of steam physically. Mentally, I feel like I can workout all day.

--Day 17--
Plowed all day yesterday. Got up super early, but it was a nice snow so I got home at a decent hour.
Since I was up at 3:30, I took my dose of 1-Andro with me in a plastic bag. Took at 9 while plowing and I felt really good for the next couple of hours. Lots of focus and drive. (Back pumps while shoveling snow sucked, though.)
Makes me curious about scheduling a dose around a workout. Any comments on that, VaughnTrue?

Had a great 3 day rest weekend! Felt the pump from Thursday's afternoon workout all the way into Saturday evening. Took the family to St. Louis to look at a seminary. Cool place.
