Your favorite non stim fatburners ?

Which once do you guys like?

I used old Shift before with great success but I know they changed formula so I'm not sure if it's as good as the old one or if it's something better out there?

A combo of Brite and F95 for my non-stim fat burners and then oxymax xt for my stimmed (as oxymax contains all the goodies like F95/amento I want and I don't have to drink coffee in the morning)

^^^ agreed. supplementing in F95 would be a good option for sure

Other than Forskolin, most of the other "Non-Stim" recommendations have really weak efficacy evidence in people. If you can find cheap Fucoxanthin, that has shown promise, but you need to continuously dose for months. BAIBA is expensive as heck, with no human (as in: fat people took this pill and lost fat) evidence - but the rodent data looks good, as does the correlation to BAIBA levels in humans (Framingham Heart Study). All the other stuff like GCB, Garcinia, CLA, etc... is iffy at best, some with conflicts of interest (ie. some CLA "studies" use doctors/researchers that have a stake in a CLA company). If you can find it cheap enough, it won't kill you is all I can say :)

I'd say a caloric deficit, fasted cardio, and 20% Forskolin is your best bang for buck.

The new Shift is improved in my opinion and contains forskolin 95+. If you had success with the old formula, I would definitely give the new version a shot.

SNS TTA-500 is an e****lent addition. You might also look into SNS Lean Edge. Forskolin is always an e****lent recommendation.

F95
TTA
BAIBA (jury is still out on this one)
DCP 2.0
Green Tea Extract (possibly)

Shift, lipomorph, and epitome= Shred city

TTA
Baiba
Forskolin 95 plus some amentomax
Cardarine (if it counts is probably the best)
Ghar1ne( if it counts its decent but bloats you worst than TTA)
LCLT
recompadrol and burn24 are both good too.

I see a lot of love for Forskolin here...but, the prolactin effects from Forskolin can be terrible for some.

for me, Original DCP - Lucky to have some stashed
BAIBA - I don't think the jury is out on this one...it's spend, but awesome!
Lipomorph (also has baiba)

Currently using BRITE & TT33 in my recomp. My wife is doing PES Coleus 95% @ 100mg .

TTA is always good stuff.

Thanks guys, some good recommendations!

One question to all that recommended Forskolin, is it really that good? I tried it before but didn't really see too much difference...

All this stuff is fractions of degrees of improvement over a caloric deficit. Nobody here takes just ONE fat loss aide when cutting either - so even with reliable measurement equipment, nobody knows what is doing what. I'm pretty dang skeptical, but even I throw a bunch of stuff at adipose tissue during a cut if it's got reasonably good data (more the better) and is fairly cheap. Forskolin has decent *Human* data on it's effectiveness and is cheap depending on where you buy it (20%).

But really, Starting with 'most human data' and cost, how much more fat loss can you expect after: Caloric Deficit > Caffeine > Ephedrine HCL/Sulfate > And/Or Yohimbine HCL ? In the 90's, people got paper thin shredded on just those ^

Back to the OP, yeah forgot about GTE/EGCG. Some other Non-Stim stuff that has some human data is 300mg/Day Lactoferrin (LEF 60 Caps/$35), Capsaicin/Cayenne Pepper, and Cocoa (although there is some slight stimulatory effect with this).

There have been a lot of great studies that provide data to show Forkolin being beneficial for increasing lean mass and decreasing fat mass. The_Old_Guy covered it though, your nutrition and creating a calorie deficit will be the biggest factor in fat loss.

Is there a reason you want a non-stim product? Stimulants can do a lot for you during a cut. There are some non-stim options, but stimulants will help far more than most non-stim products IMO

I'm already using a bunch stim products (including Alphamine) so it's nice to use something that's not stim heavy. I'm trying to do at least 1 day a week without any stim.

Smart choice. That's what I figured the case was, but I wanted to be sure. If you're using Alphamine you really don't need much more stimulants hahah. Alphamine is like jet fuel for me

TAA, Lean Edge, Reduce XT, Forskolin are all great choices.

Can TTA be taken indefinitely like FORSKOLIN?

I wouldn't recommend it.

Causes impaired cardio efficiency indicative of cardio-metabolic stress/damage.

Ahhh gotcha! Definitely goes against my fitness goals of increasing my cardio and running endurance capacity.

Never got prolactin effects from coleus.. interesting.

Forskolin is as good as a stim free single ingredient gets, in my opinion it's up there with creatine.

Shift is also my top recommendation,

Lockout also still has stock of EBF's Metabolic Powder which is a nice addition to any stim free cutting stack, with fun dosing possibilities

My wife only uses non-stims.. I got her 2 bottles of PES Forskolin. After ordering, I decided to look this up and was like, damnit I shoulda got this to. I'll get her this next month for sure.. She likes Forskolin and TTA. I think she will like SHIFT.

synephrine can have slight stim-like effects. It probably won't affect her too much. If you are ever looking into adding more yohimbine into it performax is coming out with a solo y product!
