Hi I am brand new to the forums and to ph in general I was going to start a cycle of 1 ad a new formula with almost the same mg%..i will log everyday if you would like and would supply before and after pics...im 26 years old been lifting for 5 years im 5'7" and 175lbs and lookin to get lean i train 6 days a week i do cardio fasted 4 days a week...

Again. I may not have the post count, but have been around a long time. Take a chance. My work schedule is 48 hours on duty. 96 hours off. All I do is workout on my days off haha. And I get to workout when I'm at work. I have plenty of time to put logs up. Like Shia Lebouff said, just doooo itttt and pick me! Haha. No but seriously I promise you won't regret it! Ok pitch over
 
I would like to log this for you guys. I am very active on AM and update my lifting log with my training and nutrition, pretty much daily. The only exception is Wednesdays, but I can make a post in the log for this then. My goal with this would be to put on a good 3-4 pounds, increase my lifts, but keep my body fat the same or just a small increase in body fat.
 
Looking forward to seeing the 5 people who are picked, I hope I am one of them..lol
 
Yesss herreee wee goo!! this looks like an awesome little sup, I hear people have lethargy on 1-andro, never noticed myself but some people supposedly had severe lethargy and had to use dermacrine or 4-andro. ??
 
With OG ergopharm 1AD strength went up fast and i gained some lean mass after 4 weeks. I never felt lethargic on it but I had buddies who did get a bit of lethargy. Nothing bad though from what I remember. It looks like this one is what a 2 step conversion process? May need to eat more pills to get original type gains.
 
The bottle say "cyclosome delivery" so it should be more bioavailable.from what I know..there is another company that also has something like this and that is what those guys say....
 
I'm new myself but I spend hours reading through this forum, just now finally made an account. I would love to try to this product, I could do a full long updated 3-4 times a week. I'm currently trying to bulk, hopefully this product can give me 5-10lbs.

I've been doing some reading on 1-AD, let me preface this by saying I have a SERM, AI and supports on hand before I applied.

From what I have read, an AI is not necessary, am I correct on this? I do have aromasin on hand already if it is needed.

I'm assuming clomid at 50/50/25/25 would be more than enough for PCT based off what I've read, correct?

Can't wait! I'm really looking forward to the 5-a hydroxy effects at 150 mg +, never went above 75 - 100mg, should possibly help the effects of 1ad,

right, no AI is recommended on cycle. Clomid at 50/50/25/25 would be more than enough.

all our PH's need CEO approval to ship, so they take longer than stuff like mesomorph and what not. He is out of the office today, but I am hoping for as quick of a shipment as possible
