Got it today, I will start on Sunday. I thought the logging opportunity was for two bottles? Is the second one coming later on?

I read the label and it is very open with dosing. Is there an optimal dosing scheme?

1 cap in the AM and PM with or with food? 1 cap pre workout? 1 upon wakening and 1 upon going to bed?

I was hoping for 2 bottles too. Don't know how to run this I have seen it dosed at 200mg+. Not really sure...

That's what I'm kinda waiting on, I started taking 2 a day yesterday though thinking they might just be low on products and going to send us another in a couple weeks or something so I'm tempted to just go with 3 a day like I was originally planning.. I think 1 every 3-4 hours should be perfect with the delivery method, then again I plan to play around with it and try 2 in the am and 1 in the pm..with the delivery methd on these 3 shouldbe a decent dose with 225 of the 1AD and 150 of Laxogenin, cause lax is good at 75 and up for me I notice good results by the 3rd week..

So in your experience, this should be ran at 3 caps a day versus 2?
 
Still waiting on mine, haven't gotten anything yet.

Yea I think 3 would be perfect for the most part as far as being the best without exp[eriencing the sides, everyone reacts different though so its always good if your new to all this to start at 2 a day for a week and move up from there if you feel like its not doing anything..

I am going with 2 a day and seeing how that works a then going to 3 a day.. I am very interested in seeing what this does to me causes I haven't used to many dhea type products..
 
guys everyone was supposed to get 2 bottles so they could run it at 4/day.

Guys, the log is for 200mg/day(4 tabs) to be used...no other dosing is allowed for the purpose of the logs.

I am still waiting on mine but I will post a log as soon as i get it..
 
each user will be getting an additional bottle shipped, this was a mix up in shipping but it has been corrected

Could I still start the log now? I'm assuming these will go out ASAP before the first bottle runs out. I just want to double check to see if I should wait until the second bottle arrives.

I am just gonna start, I doubt it's gonna take any longer that 2 weeks to get the second bottle. . I will post a link to my log in a bit
