LGD and Ostarine: first try

Hi there
I am 38, 172 cm x 71 kg.
I read the guide and I have few questions

1) Which brand do you suggest for LGD? I was thinking about Brawn Nutrition or Olympus UK Mass GH (or Legend)
2) For Ostarine what do you suggest? How is EPG Ostalean? Olympus Labs is more reccomended?
3) Regarding PCT: is it clomid mandatory? May I use Nolvadren XT as AI (I have it already, I would like to use it)?

Thanks guys!

A SERM is recommended (clomid or nolva) + tst booster + Reudce XT (cortisol control. That is what most people run for any type of cycle.

I think I didn't get it. Probably my bloody English
Can you tell me which is your question exactly ?

Ok clear.
Not at all. LGD for bulking period and Ostarine when I am going to decrease my calories.
I wanted to go for Olympus UK Mass GH for LGD + Elim1nate

Great. Olympus UK stuff is deffinitely good to use if you choose that. PCT I always recommend a SERM either Nolva or Clomid will do the trick. It will become especially important if you go straight from LGD to Osta and extend your cycle length.

Thanks a lot for the advice, appreciate
Maybe not verystraight from LGD to Ostarine, but this is more or less the plan.

No, my plan was to avoid clomid or nolva because, as far as I know, you need a medical prescription for them
Anyway the guide is quiet clear, so if I do it I have to follow the right way

I haven't done LGD, so I cannot comment from a personal point of view. However, I have just finished a 6 week cycle on Osta at 25mg and am now doing an OTC PCT. So far I have done pre-cycle bloods and post-cycle/pre-PCT bloods, with post-PCT bloods planned also. All of this is logged on my First Osta cycle thread. Around page 6, a number of the guys have weighed in and there is a good discussion about OTC vs Nolva/Clomid PCT.
Of course keep in mind that my decision to do OTC PCT was based on individual blood tests, but people like booneman77 have had very different experiences with Osta. It is user dependent.
