Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

Yes, I'm still alive and kicking!
Well, not so much "kicking" as I fugged up my knees doing a Trenavar-Epistane cycle.

This log will also be a motivation for myself.
Writing daily about my progress helps me to keep track and is a commitment to the few who follow me.
English isn't my native tongue, if you find errors in my writings, you can keep them.

In for the win!!!!!!

I saw on your log your initial struggle with jogging, I hate cardio too, but after a week I got used to the bicycle. It's my friend now, it has a lot off my butt-sweat to endure, lol!

Here what I did at the weekend:

Invalid Link Removed

It's called "Hand pollination", basically giving the cactus a hand-job to bare fruits later on. Not a real workout but worth for sharing.

Thats awesome ÷!! Where are you from ?

I'm a German who migrated to Paraguay 23 years ago, looking for freedom and to escape German routine, bureaucracy, ridiculous rules and laws.
Never regretted my decision to live off the grid, here I could fulfill all my dreams.

Wow, wasn't aware your journey just began a bit over a year ago. Well done in that time. Thanks for the invite man.

I guess I fall into the "older guys welcome" category...sigh

Thank you- and welcome to the "older guys category" , hehehe!
Frankly speaking, you and Kenpoengineer are my idols. I'm inspired by both exercise logs and compare them frequently with my training.

Senior lifter here! Wouldn't miss a HG log!!!

Today is off, but I will go anyway doing cardio.
I'm starting a Deca/Test cycle for 12 weeks, trying to fix my knee problems I got from a Epistane/Tren cycle a few month ago.
It will look like this:

1-4 Nandrolone Phenylpropionate (NPP) 2x100mg/w
1-12 Deca Durabolin 1x200mg/w
1-13 test-E 250mg/w
1-13 0.25 Adex EOD
Total: Test-E 250mg/week+Deca 200mg/week

Constructive input (help) welcome!

Since I already finished a cycle recently, I keep the dosages low.
I'm still on a cut and diet+cardio will define the outcome.
Afterwards I'll start TRT or keep cruising/blasting.

Edit: To avoid Deca-D*ck, I may probably use some Trest during the first 4 weeks until Test-E kicks in

I believe politics is a joke (a bad one) world wide. For most people living in USA, Germany -or UK it's as good as it gets, especially if you are an academic or professional of any kind, working for a big company.
In my case, I used a non-developed country to my advantage, to become an entrepreneur, you can't pull this off in a high competitive- first world environment.

It's all prescription grade:

I hired a nurse for 2 times a week to pin me, she is at least 70 years old but has a steady hand, no pain felt.

Invalid Link Removed HG laugh a little !!! Enjoy this 1 bro .

Hilarious!!! Hahahaha!

Yesterday was off, but I'm glad I went to gym. Did cable rotator cuff exercises for injury prevention and 20 minutes forced bicycle. With the right music, cardio is almost likable.

Today at night will be chest and back, a zillion pull ups are on the menu.

Diet is going well, I do not restrain myself from eating, it's all about WHAT you are eating. I keep carbs to a minimum, protein high and coconut oil for fat. I take the oil as a pre- workout, guessing it would help to put the body in "fat-burning-mode".

Chest/Back

Pull ups (40 sec rest)
BW 210lbs 9/8/8/7/6/6/6/6/5/4
Cable row narrow grip ( 6 set- 40 sec rest+2 rest pause- 10sec)
200 lbs 10/10/10/10/10/10 +5/4
BB flat bench ( 6 set- 40 sec rest+2 rest pause- 10sec)
165 lbs 10/10/10/10/10/9 +5/5
BB incline bench ( 6 set- 40 sec rest+2 rest pause- 10sec)
165 lbs 10/9/9/9/8/7+4/5

10 minutes bicycle mountain mode level 10

My mp3 player was without battery and I endured the gym music, like Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift.... I really felt how my gender changed while training... #Hairygrandma

That is where I live, hint: If something appears to be too good to be true, it probably is. Take it with a grain of salt:

Today it rained. This is how it looks here when it rains in the capital:

As it turns out, no investment was made for drainage...

Awesome pull-ups! Great work! I love dried coconut and use cold pressed coconut oil for cooking. Was that a street or a river bed?!

Coconut for the win! Palm trees are native to Paraguay.
I got 10 gallons fresh pressed coconut oil, unfiltered for about US 90.- , hehehe! I could take a bath in it.
Thank you for the compliment, considering I could only do 1 pull-up a year ago, I'm really proud.

Ah, in that video, it's a street,LOL!

50you gather of three and grandfather of one. It's great to see you keep a journal here at AM.

I only have one piece of advice and its very inexpensive (click on image to find at your local WalMart for $10.00):
Invalid Link Removed
I bribe my daughter to use it on my back. You can do the rest yourself. I'm not nearly as hairy as you but my back grows pretty decent since I started TRT some years ago. Once I clip down with no guard I am stealthy and sexy! :D

P.S. works great on my bald head too...;)

LOL, this would transform "Hairygrandpa" into plain "Grandpa". Have one for my head!
Could I bribe your daughter to do it for me too? :05:

Will think about it...

Subbed. Your gains are inspiring and you've come a long way, so will be cheering you on ... feel free to imagine me in a cheerleader outfit.

How are the women in Paraguay?

Reporting for duty!

Keep up that intensity man. Solid progress since you've started on this journey.

Hey, yeah! Cheerleaders welcome!
The women in Paraguay? Well.... I traveled a lot in my life and I must say, the women here are gorgeous! They have a Brazilian rear and a German front.

Just put "Paraguay Girls" in google and you get this:

The natives love their women to have full thighs, like race horses. To get to this ideal, women in the gym are always seen doing squats and lounges.

Today is a special day!

I waited a week for this day!

Guess what...

It's carb loading/alcohol day!

But first to the gym... will report later....

No financial interest.
