The New Product Release Thread

Repped for awareness.

Hope BPI never becomes a board sponsor because I would hate to see their reps here more often.

They were for about a week

I just looked on stack3d a little bit ago and I thought it said retail for $31.99? I like the fact there's a ton of protein, but for me a 30g scoop of cereal isn't realistic. I eat half a box

just mix up some chocolate protein in milk and add it to some cheerios, lol!!!

I think its time for a new cereal pic, lol.

That's what I read as well... its a $20 discount to their normal price. Btw, its not cereal. It's cereal flavored protein powder.

I know this was on the last page, but I absolutely hate this new fad of stim BCAA supps.

I much prefer labeling it as a stim with bcaa's added, this trend has been going on for quite awhile now...lol

We do it as well. The difference is we actually put in an efficacious dose of BCAA's vs a big dose of non essential amino's.

Just another reason Scivation gets my money

I like stimmed bcaas. Dont tend to need a pre workout, but something like that I really enjoy.

In saying that, your green apple psycho is amazing

Lol posters on this forum found it a lot harder to hold their tongues.

ya they gave out a ton of samples and about 50% of them got awful reviews on everything except flavor... and the protein got awful flavor reviews ha

I gotta say pump hd gave me as good of pumps as high volume, and I understand that makes zero sense to anyone who understands sups; however, it was the
case no matter how under dosed it seemed. It outdid every non stim pump product I've tried besides high volume which it was on par withincluding ans dilate, noopump, San megaton, purple wrath, and several others .

That and green apple xtend are solid. The most overlooked flavor on their line.
Curious to see what the new xtend flavor will be coming out soon.

I am a big fan of AminoLift. As a preworkout, it's not crazy but it gives me good focus and energy. One of my favorite preworkouts.

this!!!

How do you know your BCAA's are fermented?

Manufacturing paperwork. The same way I know my Bioenergy Ribose is fermented.

Interesting. Most of the leucine in the market in the next 6 months will not be fermented. I'm in China every 90 days and audit the factories where amino's are made. Sometimes, factories aren't quite what they seem:

Ok, looks like the acid process you might be familiar with. I'd post that on all the BCAA products you sell at nutraplanet. Take care and thanks

Don't gotta try to knock my products, 14 years bro. Rem back in like 2003 you told me GET DIESEL would be a has been company by 2005.....

Glad I was motivating to you. Just giving you a heads up you might not want to claim fermented.

Ok thanks, wasn't motivating, I just rem the user name. You remind me of that one guy that use to be on the boards from Gaspari or another company. He always would talk about all
the factories he inspects in China.

Also l'll question the process harder and let my people know you said my BCAAs are "probably not"
fermented because you inspect all the BCAAs sold in the US before they get here. That drum pic just insinuates some low budget
manufacturing, but I don't see that pic no where at NP.

The material in the COMING months is unlikely to be fermented. Meaning things being made now and next few months will likely be. Fermentation was being used for awhile as it was cheaper. Then someone just dumped 200k/kilo's of hydro leucine which screwed up the market. I've been posting about my trips to china for years, with pictures. The "low budget" manufacture you think that picture represents is the 2nd largest producer of a certain amino acid.

I said you posted the pic insulating my BCAAs are made in that drum.

That drum actually looks pretty standard from most manufacturers. It looks a lot worse than you think.

China based production facilities are pretty dirty and gringy and most of the time that's not a good or bad thing depending on what's being produced.

Except if your really bad like apple inc. I've seen those places in Thai Wan. It's horrific.

Now back to new products.

Technically it is discussing new products. Manufacturing and formulations has everything to do with new products.

Yeah, it gives consumers insight in to what they are buying. Labels, stak3d and company info pages don't tell the story. No matter how bias any presenter may be, it still is insight that is way better than some bs hype review at a review site.

Xtend Free is out (no artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners), I have crisp apple and mixed berry. Haven't open the mixed berry, but the crisp apple taste way better
than the traditional "melted candy" versions of Xtend w all the artificial sweeteners. It actually taste like salty apple juice
cut with water. But if I had to, I'd go with salty apple juice, over jolly ranchers intra workout.

Then they can make a new thread. This thread has a purpose and as I've said before, I want to keep it that way.

Liking the trend of companies offering products without artificial sweeteners, colors, preservatives. Hated taking mass amounts of that crap it cant be good for you and most products are waaaayyy to sweet.

Now to the stevia extracts. I have been reading reports that certain extracts such as Truvia aren't quite as good for you as regular stevia. Its not even natural as it contains erythritol and xylitol. Cargill had to settle out of court for claiming Truvia was natural.

Same thing with Reb A etc. Some of these extracts aren't what they claim to be. I would still chance this over sucralose etc but it would be good to know

So which extracts are yall using to flavor your products?

Truvia is a "blend" like a commercial product that contains stevia. Reb A determines the intensity of the licorice after taste of stevia. Ive used high rub A stevia for over 11 yrs in products. Also sucralose is no where as bad as as-k.

what are the supposed benefit of using stevia(the "good" extract) over sucralose? every study I have seen shows similar gut microbe issues(which are small, but equal in both) and no actual benefits. I think the whole sweetener thing is total nonsense

It takes so much Salt and as-k to make bcaas taste good its rediculous. Id say 3-5x more that what is used in a preworkout. I also dont see the reason in adding so much artificial color to a product that the powder product is actually blue, red, green ext in its dry form. Artifical flavors not so bad. They are techically hypoallergenic compared to natural flavors.

The benifit is that its a natural sweetener and some consumers dont want artificial sweetners. Im more against as-k. Do you prefer artificially sweetened apples or natually sweetened apples? What gets me is "workout" people want their food extra clean, but love their supplements "extra dirty."

Most ppl would say "why in the world would I eat artificially sweetened fruit." Like whos gonna by bananas from the grocery store w the sign "artificially sweetened" over them?
