Today I officially finish my 13 weeks workout program, I'll start a new one on Monday, it'll consist in training 2 times all body parts every week, first three days mass/power and then rest on 4th then 5,6,7 progressive training/quality.

Supplementation will be the same, abe elite new+epro+ + e9 and obviously select proteins :)

The aim here is the same, obtain more mass and only lean mass :) so let's call it recomp +lean mass phase 2 :)

Phase 1 was successfully as you can see on the pictures, let's see what will happen now.

I will also increase carbs to 241g per day from 119g I am now so to recap macros will be:

2115kcal
241g carbs
200g proteins (I was on 189)
39g fats (I was on 49) of which saturated 10g

Doing this I hope to get leaner and fuller and mantain my actual body fat%

Cardio will be the same HIIT but ill go from 5 times per week at 50min to 6 times at 40-50mins I'll see what will be better following what my body will "tell me" and also based on what mirror will say :-P

Hopefully you'll be still following me for this second part.
I am still far away from what I have in mind but I'm working hard on it.

So far so good I wasn't expecting all this strength, I was able to go up again and I felt stronger and less fatigue :) good start for the new workout :)
 
good morning everyone, so to recap, I went from

71.1 to 65.9, yesterday i weighted myself again and I was same weight less % of fat I was 5.2% (obviously it is not correct but I use this to monitor the situation), so pretty good huh! :) defo recomp worked here thanks to pes supplements/diet/training and my effort :)

started new workout and diet yesterday hopefully I will try to keep the fat% the same and put some mass, even 1kg would be great :)

yesterday I found myself having lot of strength and I was pleased with it :) today its shoulders/arms day :)
 
Damn! You are definitely a hardcore fan! I'm following your new training routine and considering starting something similar myself.

honestly I feel more stronger than before, probably cause I have been doing super sets and fst-7 for 3 months and therefore the weights were not the same I am lifting now, I am trying ot go harder and raise the weigh at every set, I feel more powerful lol, maybe its epro+ that kicked in or maybe is carbs (added double the carbs I use to have) anyway I don't feel tired and I don't struggle at all, my coach saying I am not putting enough effort and that is why I am not struggling but I can tell you guys, I got stuck under the barbell twice this week so.... I am putting all myself in this :)

today is legs day and then tomorrow start again from chest/back, so training twice all parts of the body every week should hopefully improve the results :)

I will keep you posted.

Proteins got released from customs, not I have to wait until tomorrow to pay the charges £153.................... *************** ******** ***********************!!! anyway and then HOPEFULLY this coming Friday I will be able to taste vanilla and wcm

one more thing.... even if started with new increased carbs diet on Monday I still look really lean and I am really happy about it, i am not getting fat! ahahahah I am scared about it :)
 
Legs day boom! Strength and performances increased and I look leaner guys lol the epro + is kicking in I can see it.

Libido is also up and I'm having some acne too! LoooooooL

Felt full and stron and overall great wo, I went up a bit with my max and tomorrow start again training chest and back for the second time this week :)

Training twice a week each muscle require a lot of energy tho but abe and epro+ are working, e9 is definitely giving me also a lot of energy as pre wo :)
 
woke up after 7h and 34 minutes of great sleep :) and I am hungry as ****! going to have my great breakfast with oats and select :) and today probably my order will be delivered :) ha! after one month, and 100shipping+153£customs I will put my hands on vanilla and wcm booM! ill be addicted in no time i know that :)

feeling great, looking full and lean :) I did try to take the epro+ before sleep and I slept well, i had sensation like when you take valeriana or similar supplements to sleep :)

training is going great and today is shoulders+arms day :) and obviously HIIT+abs :)

felt great yesterday while training, full and lean, I also start having compliments from the guys at the gym lol I wish it was from girls but hey hahahha

a quick update after 3 weeks of erase pro+, this is the 4th week and here my first impressions:

1. strength is coming back, i don't know if its because of the added carbs/macros but it is defo coming back :)
2. veins....!!!!!!!!!! V E I N S EVERYWHERE! ha! this is something definitely coming from epro+, i had some before starting taking it but not that many, also coming out nicely on the shoulders while I am training and a bit on the chest :), lower abs are also showing veins :) so great!
3. endurance is still up and I don't feel tired during workouts
4. libido is skyrocketing, maybe its coming from ABE new elite+erasepro+ but its defo up and i got boners often LOOOOOOL
5. sex drive too is great, again maybe because of the E levels going down and a consequence is T levels going up, I will test this anyway with blood work at the end of my run to testify this, even cause I had one before starting and I was already in a pretty GOOD conditions in terms of hormones...
6. I have noticed that I am leaner especially in the night, much more than in the morning, and this is probably due to cortisol levels high in the morning and lower in the night, especially after my workouts :)
7. one more thing is that if I take epro+ before sleep, I sleep much better, this is probably due to the new ingredient KM-something :)

I will continue for 4 more weeks with e9+ABEeliteNEW+epro+ and then I will stop epro+ and add PES forskolin+ and see what happen :) so I have planned to run the forsk95+ during my break from epro+ and abe elite

I am NOT taking any thermogenic and I don't want to take any just now.

I am still trying to get fuller and leaner, recomp+ hahahha!

I feel good overall and I am happy.

I had something "out of diet" during the weekend and I am happy to say that I have not developed any water retention or anything like that :D I am trying to get my body adapt to the additional quantity of food/carbs during this perio so that it'll be more easy then to get even more ripped and to have my body with a great hormones balance, from 119g to 241g of carbs that was a great jump but it was worth it :) I see myself fuller and leaner at the same time, supplements are helping but diet is the key :) training too has changed to shock my body, doing 3 days mass/power and 3 days progressive training/quality, feeling good till now.

ok, that was my update for the week :) weight and fat is ok, weight went up of roughly 500g and fat down from 6.2 to 5.2 or something like that, I know that the fat% is not exact but as I always said, I use that values to see if I am going up or down :)

today is arms+shoulders day :)

yesterday i felt really strong, I went up with weight comparing with last week same day, I was able to add at least 5kg each guys! boom, I even did more HIIT in the end without feeling tired or anything like that :) great wo :)

today I am feeling good and rested, I will try to beat last week performance :)

In the meantime I can tell you I just finished my workout and I went up again with all weights boom! Veins are popping out like spider webs :)

I am going to attack the iron pretty strongly tonight lol I am feeling great and full of energy. mirrors is saying im great lol, actually mirror is saying "Chris, you are using epro+ dont you!?!?!?" hahahahhaha
