Also gonna try conquer out today for back and shoulders hypertrophy - hoping the pump lives up to the hype ? no doubt it will!!!

Weight is 197 today . Everything's going smooth , need to mainly focus on getting in enough cals as I have a habit of getting up late on days I have off and that screws me when it comes to eating . Gonna go back to making a smoothie that's calorically dense to help get those extra cals in . Aside from that I feel like either the rad or maybe the dmz at moments gives me slight euphoria , aswell as some cloudiness like I can't focus . Will update tomorrow with chest Tri's and shoulders . Also side note my buddy visited Japan over summer and came back with a yukata (mens kimono) as a gift for Christmas . I love Japanese culture so I was pretty excited to get it .Invalid Link Removed

Today is day 22 and a much needed rest day . Over the weekend I've been slacking on eating, gonna start using the same meal plan I did as on my lgd cycle . Replying the weight is easy , but staying on schedule with diet allways seems to be the hardest .Saw starwars the day it came out and ehhhh , I was a huge starwars fan as a kid growing up so episode 7 was a little disappointing .

Awesome pump today and I hit a new PR on deadlift (I've only started deadlifting what maybe 2 months if that ?) I'm thinking of switching back to my old workout routine as it seemed to helped me gain mass pretty well on my lgd cycle , however the clear decider is making sure I'm eating enough ( I've allways had to force feed myself to gain weight and let me tell you it sucks) also thinking about adding in lgd possibly a nd extend this to a total of 10 weeks overlapping the lgd the last two weeks of dmz and rad.
 
Good job on the pr. Deadlifts will absolutely help gain overall mass. There is something very primal about that lift. I love it.

I'm up 7lbs currently however the beginning I wasn't hitting my cals like I should have been . So far j haven't seen much in terms of size but strength has gone up allot . I may be a weird responder . I'd compare the strength gains to lgd but obviously more powerful. I also decided I will be adding in lgd at 8mgs and extend this cycle for a total of 8 weeks , I figure if I'm shutdown might as well go balls to the wall haha . You'll like it, just make sure you got that dermacrine cause lethargy is no joke .

Any updates for those of us lurking in the shadows? (O_O)

Got a couple more days left on dmz and rad , I've also added in lgd and gonna run for an extra two weeks so a total of 8 weeks (was gonna do 10) I started the lgd like two weeks ago ? I think . So far it's going good strength is up but weight seems to be sitting right at 198 I think maybe because of the rad . Dmz didn't blow me up like I thought Brett but oh well , I'm deff gonna be doing test next cycle cause all the pills I'm on is a haste . Aside from that only negatives I have so far is my nuts are pretty atrophied ( go figure lol) , some dark urine but only when I don't drink enough water over a certain amount of time . Dermacrine has kept the lethargy away pretty good . Rad makes me feel like I'm deff holding water weight and a little bloated but aside from that nothing's been going bad . Down stairs is working fine with the ladies , strength is going up , I have good muscle hardness and definition, pump is really good . I've liked the cycle despite the dmz not blowing me up like a balloon but hey that's how she goes sometimes . You on cycle Brett?
 
Damn time flies. Feels like you just started this cycle. So you're up ~8 pounds right now? That's not terrible. Hopefully you can pack on another few with the LGD before you head into PCT.

Yeah with all the holidays this cycle whent quick . Imma really try and push it these last couple of weeks to milk it out . I've just been sluggish lately . Hopefully next cycle some test and maybe dbol or rad for a kicker will pack on the lbs for me better . Plus I don't have to eat all those pills

I'm no needle version ( used to give myself injections for allergies ) but in the anabolic world yes I have yet to try the nectar of the gods I'm gonna start stocking up so I can run it around may or so

What are you thinking of running in terms of dosage and length? And what ester of test
 
I'd go simple either cyp or Eat 500-600mgs a week for 10-12 weeks maybe use rad or dbol for a kicker

Sounds perfect man. I'd definitely go 12 or more. You could do 15, if you have 10mL vials and use 2 a week, you'd only have to get 3 vials and you wouldn't have any extra or not enough.
 
3 would be prime , imma start a thread real quick to see what people's first cycles were out of curiosity. Should be a good one lol

That was my first one too. My experience was that water retention and other estrogen sides, and I wish I had just done test as my first go.
