Day 11 , awesome pump in the gym noticing strength beginning to climb . Will be adding dermacrine in next Tuesday , however still no lethargy .

Chest press 140lbs 5x10

Fly 225 3x12

Shoulders

Military press 65lbs 3x8

Day 13 . Gym was closed yesterday for a employee Christmas party so I did back and biceps today and will catch up doing legs and abs tomorrow . Current weight is 195 so weight is now starting to go up , pump was crazy in the gym today I blew up pretty nice . Hope everyone has a good rest of their weekend !

How's the endurance?
 
Very nice. Maybe you should capitalize on that extra endurance and the the shorter rebuild time with some extra volume.
 
Bro for mass gains I highly recommend you the high volume training.Lighter weights but with more reps like 10reps minimum.Also by using lighter weights your form in each exercises will be better also the squeeze will be better.I'm doing this for quite sometime and it works extremely well for me. The pump is hurting and my muscles have more quality ;)

Sounds good , I still plan to do power days . But will increase volume for my hypertophy workout days

I do as much volume as I can stand on cycle, if I feel like doing a few extra sets I bang them out.
 
Yep cycles are the time to feed the fcuk out of your muscles with lots of reps and sets
 
Well didn't do legs and abs yesterday as I decided to go shoot guns and ride dirtbikes out in the country . However today I will be back on my normal schedule with upper body power today . Also I've started to get what I believe to be a little bit of lethargy coming on , sluggishness that started late afternoon yesterday and I am noticing it today . Dermacrine gets here tomorrow and will be jumping on it asap . I also am contemplating starting rad Ontop of this to use as a finisher . Any thoughts on this ?

Upper power

BB bench 165 3x10

Added 12mgs rad today and will ride out till end of cycle . Got dermacrine today and will be starting tomorrow ! Cycles still going good , weight is getting lighter , tried to focus on form today and got an awesome pump . Cheers!
 
Day 16

Lower power

Leg extensions 115 5x10

Ham curls 110 5x10

Calf raise 225 3x20

Wood choppers 60 3x10

Sit ups 3x10

Oblique twists 3x20

Started dermacrine this morning . Nothing to note yet . Libido seems up after starting rad yesterday . Good pump today , I know my legs are gonna be hurting tomorrow . Weight is 195

I literally blew up when I took your advice on volume!!!
 
Now get some Hyrdo3 and Conqu3r Unleashed on top of the PH pump and you're in for a hell of a ride... My pumps are insane even now at the end of PCT.
