Weight is 197 today . Everything's going smooth , need to mainly focus on getting in enough cals as I have a habit of getting up late on days I have off and that screws me when it comes to eating . Gonna go back to making a smoothie that's calorically dense to help get those extra cals in . Aside from that I feel like either the rad or maybe the dmz at moments gives me slight euphoria , aswell as some cloudiness like I can't focus . Will update tomorrow with chest Tri's and shoulders . Also side note my buddy visited Japan over summer and came back with a yukata (mens kimono) as a gift for Christmas . I love Japanese culture so I was pretty excited to get it .Invalid Link Removed
