Woke up pretty early this morning and started my squat day.

Felt pretty good overall. Strength was there but the cardio is a different story. After I get under the weight, I take a huge breath and walk the weight out. This breath lasts me to the top of the first rep. After that, I take a breath at the top of each consecutive rep. Here recently I've noticed that it's kinda hard to get a deep breath in with the weight on my back. Any pointers?
After the workout, I felt pretty stellar. Wasn't worn out at all. Did some drop sets on the leg extension. Usually I amrap the stack (I beleive it's 200. Not sure) and drop the weight 2 plates at a time after 45 seconds rest. Today, however, that wasn't enough. I amraped the whole stack for 15 and did it again for 2 more sets. Then I started dropping the weight by the normal 2 plates. Muscle endurance is definitely up. As well as pump.
For more accessory work, I did some stiff RDL'S at

Muscle endurance with the RDL were also much higher than normal.
My sickness is pretty much over. Just have snot leaking from my face while squatting. Other than that, I feel 100%
I may actually hit chest later today. I have nothing better to do anyways. So why not?
Day 19 on cycle... it is working. Biggest things to note is muscle endurance and some pump.
Sides: tallywacker isn't working. I'm batting 0 for 3 in that department

I'll probably order some tada (funniest name ever for a penis pill btw) later today.
