powerlifters log DMZ 4.0

I will be testing the squat again tomorrow. Yesterday I took the advice from all of you and put it into some practice squats at really low weight. Wrapped my knees and tried to learn how to use them more.

As far as the cycle goes, I feel like it was a huge waste. I got bloods done and im Curious to see what my test looks like. I literally noticed nothing out of the ordinary on this cycle.
 
I don't mind it for the most part. But it really sucks trying to get good at something when you have nobody to learn from. Owell.

Biggest issue for me is when I need a spot on max effort stuff sometimes. I hate asking folks I don't know. A lot I wouldn't trust either lol.

I just let safety bars spot me lol. If I fail, they take it and save me.

Same for me. That's why once in a while, I'll suck it up and invite a friend who kinda knows about lifting to train with me.
 
You guys can't get away with just using the safety bars?
 
Yes but I hate benching in the power rack and our benches don't have safety rails. That's really it for me. Having to dump weight on the bench is lame lol.

I don't like being inside the rack at all. Being so confined gives me anxiety. I have to squat and dead outside the rack.

That sucks to hear; I'm surprised you didn't notice anything. Curious to see what your bloods show

Yea it really does. I at least figure that I would notice something when I upped it to 4 caps. But nope. I made strength gains. But nothing outside of ordinary with good food and programing. I had a few days that I felt pretty aggressive, and 3 times with ed. But I think those were just flukes in all honesty. From my experience, when on cycle, I feel great aggression every. Single. Time. I train.

Owell. Guess I'll just try pinning a beginner cycle like solo test E. I THINK I have a source. But I have no way of really knowing. So I'll have to iron that out.
 
I'm really going to laugh if I make more gains from the pct than I did on the cycle.

My bodyweight is nearly the same as it was when I started btw. I'm up 4 pounds. But I've been eating in excess. Soooo... yea.
 
If you were going to run an inj cycle anyway why would you bother w an OTC?

I wasn't necessarily GOING to. It was in my mind. But like I said, I don't know for sure about the legitimacy of it. With that being said, I'm not just going to start injecting the stuff into my body and hope for the best. I have no issues waiting and figuring it out over time.
 
I got my blood work back. Guess what... nothing really happened. Estrogen was 1 point high. Test is 537. Free test was 101.9. Everything else was all in range.
 
This cycle was pretty much bunk lol. Owell. Live and learn I suppose.

537?! Wth that is ridiculous. If there was ostarine in those caps at the dosage they claimed no way would your test be that solid after 2 months of steady usage. It has a 24hr half life and trust me you feel the shutdown after 3 weeks.

I'm really sorry to hear this. I feel bad because I've always had positive results w both IML and these compounds. But I've never used IML's versions of these compounds. What crap.
 
Eh. It's no big deal. Guess I can still call myself natty ??
