You could go with RAD and osta at around 10, the only problem with RAD on a cut is you tend to get quite ravenous.

Maybe just use the rad while you are steadily dropping your calories. That way when you get to your ideal deficit you can drop the rad and continue osta in full cut mode

I don't know if I could use RAD on a cut. I'd be starving all the time. The nutrient partitioning on it is insane! I can carb load for days & the scale doesn't even move. I have only done it once, but I was surprised at how I looked leaner & weighed the exact same after those few days.

Yes that is the question but you would not have to reduce calories much at all. My guess is if you just ate around maintenance you would cut up pretty quick, question is, is that even possible.
 
Well after this cycle and PCT we'll have to see. I'll be the guinea pig. Oh darn

Sounds good! I might recomp on rad before I start this next cycle, bridge the two together.

Rad bridged into tren/pheraplex is my next run. Final answer.
 
Yah Sarms have given me more options as I don't go too crazy with the potency of my enhancement aids :) I seem to have a really good endocrine system for my age and want to ride that out as long as I can. Sarms seem to be getting the job done right now.
 
Hello everyone! Killed back and shoulders on Tuesday, felt really good and didn't really keep track of all my lifts. Everything is still consistent with last week's back/shoulder work so I'm happy. Now...

Worked a little past my comfort zone today and my legs are definitely wrecked! A few too many sets but that's ok, I felt pretty good today and the extra sets felt good. I doubt I will agree with that statement I'm the morning after I try to get out of bed and end up face first on the floor. Chest and arm hypertrophy in the morning! I'm ready now damnit!
 
I promise to ask if you are ok first...then laugh...when you fall face first...because I'm sure I will do the same in the morning!! :D

All that being said I think RAD is best for recomp. I think you can eat a fairly significant surplus and gain Mass and get leaner, just like Chris said. I ate like a pig and stayed about the same body fat but I had Cardarine going as well which is a a good combo but you're going to crave carbs like crazy. I will go with that combo in the new year again.

I agree. My intentions were to bulk, but it seems I'm recomping now...after the initial quick weight gain. Cardarine is one I will be staying away from, but I really like the RAD & Osta together. So, it will make its appearance again in the future for me.

Now I want to run some rad :( too many choices!

She has an existing brain tumor that is dormant and based on some of the research I've read carderine would be the worst idea possible. I definitely will never have her on carderine just for that fact. I love carderine, I use it more than I should for bp control but I have no preexisting conditions that might be effected negatively by carderine.

THIS!! I'm really not trying to wake that thing back up. I've also had cancer on my cervix already. With my predisposition to cancer on my cervix & with my brain tumor, Cardarine is just not something I'm willing to take a chance on. It's still not known if it does/can have the same implications in humans as it did in the rodent studies, but since I know I have those preexisting conditions I am not willing to be the guinea pig.

You don't need to cut, just recomp and maintain the size you are currently pretty happy with. Pheraplex adds water but it goes away after. Diet would dictate the results regarding leaning up. Sou you could expect to see some weight gain while on, but when the water dropped you would probably be close to the same weight and noticeably leaner.
Now I want to run some rad :( too many choices!

You have some solid points there. I believe it pulls water into the muscle much like superdrol and I didn't really bloat off sd so I think I could pull off a good clean recomp with that pplex and tren. Thanks MrKleen73, you fixed my adhd!

I HIGHLY doubt that!!! It will change again, I'm sure!! :) Cycle ADHD...I like that!!
 
It's a double edged sword. I often have to stack it with some pre-workout for focus.
You really need to grab a tub of conqu3r unleashed, focus is unreal!
 
Well, it's an off day for me today and I am going to try my hardest to do absolutely nothing today. My body is tired and I need to heal up for these big power days this weekend! Now, to make it through work today...

Maybe, I have quite a stash right now of pre-workouts. Looks good though, it's funny how mixing certain ingredients we can enhance them because the are synergistic. A lesson we've had to learn because of some of the stronger stuff has been taken away from us. Now it's all about how you combine your ingredients.

They'll have to, there is no choice but innovation. It's an ever changing environment. That's why bans don't worry me, if anything is made the industry come out with better safer products.

Finished off with drop sets with Ez bar curls. Another great workout imo, very happy with how I have maintained so far. I'm down 1 pound and haven't lost any strength. Looking forward to lower body power tomorrow already! Motivation is up higher than on cycle, life is good!
