I actually had some dick problems when I first did EP. It's powerful, so be careful and don't be afraid to dial it back to 1 dose every other day if you need to. I'm giving EP a shot solo again soon but if my old problems persist I'm gonna wait and do EP+ with ABE(or + if that is released).

Ive taken it without food this month

2 caps shift
2 scoops alphamine
1 erase pro
1 bronkaid

I wait until 1230pm to eat usually so i guess its kind of like IF not really though thats just when my break is usually.

,i noticed a good deal on pes website for trucreatine. Creatine anhydrous doesn't cause bloating? mono does make my face swell up so i stopped taking it and i have noticed a clear difference. Will creatine anhydrous not make me bloat for sure or is it just more purified creatine so can it cause water to netflix and chill in my body ? :D

There is no guarantee, but there is no reason anhydrous should bloat you at the given dose.

With mono, were you loading it?
5g or more?
Other supps?

i was taking 5 mg creatine mono with water . no loading. other supps were vitamin,bcaa ,fish oil ,protein .
i stopped taking mono and noticed a difference in my face .
Mono did bloat me which im sure of.
I was thinking if i take anhydrous i wont bloat but i guess creatine is creatine?

Yeah PES reps are truly top notch. They are helpful, knowledgeable and actually use their own products.

Less likely to cause an issue.
I can't imagine trucreatine causing bloat in anyone, and for the price may be worth a shot.

The same is in Ergonine with which I have not seen that issue, even in a few guys who claimed they bloat to creatine.

Thank you. When we formulate a product, one thing I always ask myself is, would I actually use this? I'm only interested in formulating products that I would personally be willing to use

Alright guys got my order in. Went with 2 EP+, 2 ZMA and 4 F95. Had no real desire to try ZMA but **** it why not

I see a sample of "watermelon splash", which is the same flavor as samples I've received in the past. Why isn't this an option for purchase on the PES site? It's much tastier than the "watermelon".
