Pretty sure I got 250x8 tonight, which is 5lb and a rep more than 3wks ago. Boom. And 350 is a 25lb slanger PR. Technically the biggest assisted press of my life. No idea how I PR'd my dips considering this is the heaviest I've ever been but endurance was crazy good tonight.
