How long can we run EPIC unleashed for?

I used for 3-4 months straight but can't really tell if it's working anymore.

It's always good to take a break off supplement due to your body getting used to it

But due to health benefits I think epic has even better effects at longer duration of consumption

I've been on it since May. Still alive.... Still feeling and looking good. 2 caps on training days, 1 on off days.

I really don't think so from my experience. I have been on a caloric deficit and am slowly adding cals back. But my workouts never really suffered. UE shined in the endurance, strength, and pump department despite being on a deficit.

I don't want to come off but I might. If even for two weeks just to see what I see

I am going to come off for a week or more

I do remember reading EPI gets better for longer durations
