KLEEN gets Lean w/ GHAR1NE & RADAR1NE!!! (Olympus Labs UK Sponsored)

I'd be up for some friendly competition. Although, not sure my transformations will be as impressive as some of you. The extra motivation will be nice though!!

I am down. I will be back from vacation november 1st. If it doesnt start till then or yall decide to accept late entries you can count me in. Please just tag me so i know its starting
I am pretty sure we would want to get started pretty quickly. At least I should say that I do. Also jealous you have a month vacation!!!!!!
I didn't realize you were going for a max pull after the blood donation. I would definitely try it before that or wait another day like Hyde said!

I decided to take the cautious road and not do the pull last night. With you and Hyde both saying it wasn't a great idea I decided to not let my pride put me in a dumb situation.

Oh man what a awesome challenge. I would need some time brother as I'm in Germany and doing nothing but working and drinking. Definitely would be what I need to get back in the game strong though!
Damn... HMMMMMM Maybe a judge?
I would be willing to do a friendly transformation contest. That is the one thing I am lacking a specific goal to work for.
Awesome!
I'm trying to transform now, my medium size weight belt almost doesn't fit anymore. I need to slim down.
Perfect so you are in then?
I'm in! I'm always trying to transform ;)
Nice!
I lurk on a few logs, rarely comment, but a 8 week transformation sounds good. Coming into summer in Aus, so need that beach body ready.
Sounds great!

Timing is right for me :)
I thought you would enjoy this to keep things going!
hey i wasn't included damnit.
Haha, I didn't even think you were still on here looking at my log. Of course you are included if you want in!
Would you be able to list the pros and cons from running this stack? I am looking to start one of the two products or maybe both for my bulk coming up in 2 weeks.

In all honesty I would have to say that everything seems to have been a Pro, or at least the "Cons" are really insignificant.

RADAR1NE - slight water retention but very slight, mild discoloration of urine, no aromatization, extreme nutrient uptake capabilities, fast gains @ first, then you tend to lean up at the new heavier weight. Strength gains seem on par for the new size but not a special trait. Many people complained about lethargy however I have yet to experience anything bad. A few times I was not as motivated but not like what some of the other guys mentioned. I think this may have to do with me taking extra vitamins because I thought the discoloration of the urine looked like B vitamins were being flushed out.

GHAR1NE - Water retention would be the only side I have noticed. Other than that sleep comes easier, and is more restful, not a lot of vivid dreams for me but others experienced this. Obviously other than aiding in faster fat loss and nutrient uptake in the muscle the other aspects of increased GH are slow to show up but include better joint health, skin tone and what not. Most of these things show up after 3-6 months of increased GH/IGF 1 levels, and all aspects just get better with time. The testing shows that after 2 years the IGF-1 levels are still elevated quite a bit without increasing the dose.

So if I was going to bulk up with Ghar1ne and RAD, what dosing would you prefer? Both of these will be taken with on cycle support and stacked with epic unleashed and growth by BSL.

I would start out with 8 on the RADAR1NE for the first week then move to 12 and set the dosing up so you end up completing the rad at about 4 weeks. Seems everyone else said the 4 week mark was when the lethargy got really bad. No one seemed to have any better gains going up to 16mg so to me it didn't look like a feasible decision.

As for the GHAR1NE I would start at 20 and stay there or go up to 30. I am running 20 right now and it is good but the new product I am starting has EPI-Andro mixed in so I will be going up to 3 pills which will be 30mg MK to get more of the EPI-Andro in daily. The money spot seems to be right around 25mg from a lot of peoples dosing patterns. There is also some good data from a lot of testing down at 25mg.

Once done with the RADAR1NE if you are not done you could move over to LGD or OSTA so you don't end up rushed by lethargy but can continue your bulk.

So some good news, or a few pieces of good news. The other transformation contest is back on, the restrictions were lightened. So that is awesome! Secondly we all can still do ours too since I am not limiting anyone in supplementation or use of gear, prohormones, peptides or any of that. Bring all your guns a blazing!

And FINALLY my big piece of news for today...

I just registered for the Underground Strength Coach Certification!!!!!!!!!!

Do you have any tips for shoulder stretches and mobility issues?

I've been trying to stretch more. My shoulders are always hurting after like one set of bench press or anything like that.

I was trying some stretches and I realized that my right shoulder especially is very stiff.

i will usually hold a 5-10lb plate or dumbell and have my arm bent at a 90 degree angle. i will put it across my body on the opposite side. then move it out until my arm is facing directly in front of me. it helps to warm up and strengthen the shoulder, upper bicep and rotator cuff. it also helped my shoulder a lot dring recovery from some temporary tendonitis...you can also use bands to do this is you dont have any weights with you

Proud of you man - glad you're pursuing your interests!!!
Thanks Hyde! I am pushing this more now than I ever have.

Well what part of it is tight? One of the biggest problems with people stretching is that they often do now hold the stretch long enough to actually ilicit the response they are seeking. It takes a MINIMUM of 30 seconds per stretch to actually get the golgi tendon to relax and allow the true lengthening of the muscle. You tell me which way you are moving when it feels tight and I can probably recommend a few stretches.

Okay not to the bad assery that was last nights workout!

Conventional Deadlifts - 135x3, 225x3, 315x3, 365x2, 405x2, 460x1, 510x1 PR BABY!!!! I am in the 500 club! Next major goal DL 545 going to get that 600 sooner or later! I held that bitch locked out for about 5 seconds put it down and roared like King Kong!!!!

100 Push Ups as fast as possible - 100 non-stop push ups = 55.37 seconds. Hellz Yeah!!!!

1 Mile Run (try to push the pace) - I still got winded and had to walk a little here and there especially with my leg tightening up a little at the back side of my knee. It isn't 100% from that slip during the hill sprints but much closer. My wind is still pretty pathetic in my opinion but I haven't been able to run more since I tweaked the knee on the hill.

I also got my other stuff done and may have mentioned I dropped my blood pressure even lower. Things are going really well. Only thing I really need a lot more work on is my running stamina.

By the way I will take pics in the morning and post them up and get a final review of the products done this weekend. Short summary... Loved it!!!!!!!

Maybe the cardarine will help bring that running stamina back up :)

Maybe the cardarine will help bring that running stamina back up :)

I am really hoping! It is odd because I can do interval stuff like an animal. Just so long as I get a tiny bit rest in between flooring it I am okay. Slow trudging along just wrecks me right now. Part of it is the high hematocrit levels. Part of it is I just haven't focused on running but it is going t become something I do more often. That and I have never been 217 and running before either. I was under 200 the last time I really did any outdoor running. Treadmills don't count, you leave the largest part of your legs out of it on a treadmill. No posterior action when the belt moves your leg back for you. Totally different than running outdoors.

Tomorrow will be my final weigh in, I am curios if I am still 217 have dropped or gone up. I am just a bit leaner than my last progress shot, and my belt is looser so that is a good sign but I was out of it this week until last night. Not exactly how I wanted things to go.

By the way I got my stuff in and will be posting up my new log today or tomorrow.

I'm the same way lol. I'm over 220 and haven't done any scheduled cardio since I was 205 at the beginning of the summer.
Thinking about adding some in to complement the cardarine.

You will probably want to with the group of us competing. Lots of competitive Alphas in that group. Will take some work for whoever wins.

Exactly!

Okay so everyone who is going to be in the transformation deal in here PM me saying you are in it for sure, and I will make a thread Sunday or Monday for the Transformation Contest.

Okay so I can do this stretch just fine the way it's shown, but when I switch my arms (right one on bottom, left one over the shoulder) I can't get either arm close to the middle of my back.

And I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but on chest and shoulder days, my front delta wear out very quickly and from then on they just hurt with my arms down to my sides.

Get a lacrosse ball or something and roll your pec and front delt tie in with it. Just put it against a wall and lean into it while slowly moving your arm around. If you find a knot sink into it for 30 seconds or until you feel it release. Make sure you are putting your scapula in the opposite back pocket when setting up on the bench. This will put your shoulders in a better position for lifting. ANY time you do overhead anything do the same. Really that is the optimum posture for most anything. It seats your shoulders down & back where they are supposed to be.

Other than that start doing that stretch on the tight side using a hand towel you can pull from one side then the other to stretch both arms in different directions. Also try putting a bar in a rack about shoulder or chest high stand in front of it with the bar behind you. Grab the bar palms facing up and lean down & forward until you feel it stretching your delts really good. You may even need to bend your knees to get a good stretch.

Other than that sounds like your biceps tendon might be suffering a bit. You should try doing about 3 moderately light sets of 15 curls before going into your benching so the biceps tendon is warmed up before you start benching. Also do external rotations for your rotator cuff.

Sorry to hijack...

I have similar issues to what you're describing. In the videos below, I do the SCAP retractions and super D routine prior to bench or OHP.

The front squat mobility video has a stretch where the band is behind you and you get that stretch your picture is showing. I do those before front squats and AFTER pressing or on days I don't press (sometimes it's taxing). It has greatly reduced my front delt pain on incline presses and made my mobility on front squats increase greatly.

Awesome job Chris! Welcome to the 500 club!!

Congrats Chris! That's awesome on the 510.
On the stretching - try and see if you can do that stretch in a hot shower. If not, you've got some other issues going on.

Not sure how I missed your log! CONGRATULATIONS on the 500 club! Jeez! Proud of you brother! Inspirational!

RADAR1NE and GHAR1NE log - Final Review

Okay Ladies and Gents, the time has come to wrap this bad boy up in style! I want to thank Olympus Labs for the opportunity to run this. It has given the me the exact jump start I really needed to get comfortable in my own skin again! The product stack was a big win in my book.

Let's talk a bit about the experience first and then I will zero in on a few traits of each product.

Week 1 8mg a day Rad, and 20mg GHAR1NE- Initial kicking was a holy shyt experience! I immediately gained 5 lbs in the first 3 days and was up almost 6 by the end of the week. This was while eating in a deficit!!!!! The GDA capabilities of the RADAR1NE are just incredible!!!!! I also started sleeping better from the first dose of GHAR1NE! Noticed Yellowing of urine, not like liver issues but more like peeing out vitamins type brighter yellow.

Weeks 2-3 I stayed roughly the same weight just recomping at that point. I was looking surprisingly good and the fullness of my muscles was insane. I attribute this to both the GHAR1NE & RADAR1NE since GHAR1NE is well known for increasing IGF-1 levels. I thought I began to feel a little malaise and that lethargy was kicking in but it never got bad like others experienced I think this was due to me doubling up my vitamins incase this was leeching vitamin B from my body. I also bumped my RADAR1NE dose to 12 here so I could be off earlier to avoid the lethargy.

Weeks 4-5 I got sick twice over this 2 week period. For the most part I had some type of stomach sensitivity throughout the run. However these two weeks I actually got sick to the point of vomiting and diarrhea twice. I can not be sure it was related to the products and kind of doubt it was caused by it. However, I can definitely say there was some mild stomach distress from the onset of the cycle. Seems others taking GHAR1NE said they had acid reflux and indigestion from the GHAR1NE upon starting. Most people this passed quickly but I actually have acid refux so I think I never fully got over the irritation. It was not a massive deal but I think the added sensitivity probably made it easier for me to get the 2 bouts of yuck the last two weeks. Not a show stopper by any means!!!!! Anyway I dropped my weight back down a good bit and have been depleted the last few days because I missed my workouts until Thursday so I wasn't eating many carbs. More protein and fats.

Noteworthy Attributes:

RADAR1NE -
PROS -
What appears to be massive GDA / Nutrient partitioning properties, extremely fast gains during the first week. Amazing for recomping while in a deficit!!!!! Strength definitely improved but pretty much in line with the new muscle size.
CONS - Yellowing of urine possibly vitamin leeching or affecting liver. (More likely the vitamins.) Others got severe lethargy, I did not but it started to kick in a little before I added extra vitamins daily.

GHAR1NE -
PROS
- Better sleep, some vivid dreams, helped with leaning, appetite increase (great if bulking), health benefits, joint benefits over longer period of time.
CONS - Seems to cause various levels of acid reflux in many individuals. I controlled mine with Nexium and it was fine after that.

Unidentified Source Cons - not sure which, Prostate definitely increased in size n this cycle. Also had a few recurring issues with mild constipation and had to use Magnesium and Triphala daily to stay regular. That did the trick so this is manageable but noteworthy.

All in all I really enjoyed this cycle and more so than when taking a stronger methylated DS because I got amazing results in my opinionand didn't feel like crap most of the time.

Now for what you have been waiting for. Some stats and of course before and after pictures.

Beginning 8/23/15 > Final 10/3/15

Weight - 210.3 lbs > 210.3 lbs
Waist at belly button 41 1/2 > 36 7/8 - almost 4 inches down.
Conventional Dead Lift - 435 > 510 - Awesome, some of this was muscle memory too, but the most I ever pulled before this was 475 when doing them regularly.
Floor Press - 315 > 325 - I think I have 335 in me.
Bench Press 325 estimated max via calculator - 345 VERIFIED today!!!!!!

I injured the back of my knee at some point so sprinting and running got put on hold and effected my level of cardio as well so I can not update on increased speed or stamina.

Now for the pics. The first set are OBVIOUSLY before pictures. Keep in mind I am exactly the same weight right now. Probably be 213-214 and fuller if I had more carbs in me though.

So what do you guys think of the final result? No games played, or doing anything trying to look good for the pics. Got up emptied the bladder, brushed my teeth weighed myself and took the pictures. You can tell I was still half asleep by how my eyes look in the pics.

Dude great final review and you got some badass results! Before and after pics are night and day. Looking at your work out logs you definitely put in the work. Also, it's very reassuring that you got these results and your weight was the same at the end. I've been aiming for similar results on my cycle and my weight has fluctuated a couple pounds here and there but is currently the same as I started. Thanks for the boost in motivation! Looking forward to seeing your results on cardarine (as well as my own) :)

Nice review!! I can definitely see an overall improvement in your physique. Great change in your traps, upper back, lats, shoulders etc. Leaned up for sure too.

Nice work and attention to detail in your log.

Those traps! Damn! Great log kleen, very detailed and professional.

Wow there is a big difference man. You look more toned and the size of your upper body
Thanks!!!!

Yes in all honesty I just stuck to my game plan as much as possible. Made adjustments where needed, and things worked out very well. This Cardarine is like CRACK!

Thanks Toren! My overall goal was to lean up and lose as little size as possible so this was an extreme success for me!

Those traps! Damn! Great log kleen, very detailed and professional.

Thanks, One thing I really notice is that my posture has improved greatly!!!! All of the band pull aparts, and snatches have pulled my shoulders back into the proper position and made my traps and rear delts really pop! I mean the traps are downright silly but I love it!!!

Wow!! Amazing progress and changes!!!!! Great job as always!!

This is how you do it man. Great log and dedication. Also inspirational as it seems you've found your way back into the lifestyle. Very rewarding for all of us to have you around here bro.

Appreciate it Brother!!!
Impressive results... your traps are friggin huge...
Thanks they are pretty ridic!
Looking freaking amazeballs!
Coming from a sessy thang like you WOOHOO!!!!

Okay so we can add a 20lb gain on Bench Press to the numbers too! I hit 345 for the first time in 20 years!!!! I think I can just call it a PR...
I didn't even really go up intelligently either. I made a big jump on the 2nd set and should have done a slightly smaller one. I know I have 350 in the tank now!!!!

Warm up on elliptical got the heart rate into 150's and broke a little sweat.

Medicine Ball Chest Throw - 12x5, 12x5 12x5, 20x3, 20x3, 20x3

Flat Bench - 135x10, 225x5, 275x3, 295x3, 305x2, 315x1, 345x1 20 year PR!!!!- This was pretty awesome! I haven't put 315 on the bar for a full range rep in YEARS!!!!! Honestly like probably 12-15 years. The 325 Max listed was an estimated max from a 1RM calculator. I was even a little hesitant on the decent with the 315 when I brought it back up the guy had his hands near the bar because of how I brought it down tentatively. It came off of my chest so easy I had to ask if he touched the bar. He said he didn't just got close because I hesitated on the way down. I was stoked!!! I knew I had a nice number in me and decided 345 was the number I wanted to push for. It came of my chest easy, slowed down for a 1/4 of a second when switching more to triceps then went the rest of the way up no problem at all. I jumped up yelled "HELL YEAH!!!!!" nice and loud because I was so pumped and used to working out at home. I got a few looks but they looked at the bar and nodded. :)
