What are you doing to combat the spike in BP ?
Hydro3, epic unleashed, and hawthorne berry. Armicare pro will start with the epistane. Bp is sitting nice right now, just had a little system shock at first
 
Hit upper body this morning. I was really happy to see that my program actually called for upper body today. Legs were still very tender. I thought I was being smart giving them a break...then decided to drive hubby's 6 speed car today (in traffic, in the city). Yeah, they got worked anyway. :D

I then had a fun filled day out with the nugget. We joined a group of friends, at the park, to celebrate the Fall Equinox. Lots of yummy baked goods (I only had one pumpkin cupcake), apple cider, laughs, & dirt covered kiddos!!

Trest is kicking already, feeling very high energy despite dropping almost all stims 2 days ago. The initial bp spike was very profound. Up to 159.5 this morning, my body is really enjoying these 1000 more calories with higher carbs! Will post some more pics this weekend before I add in the epistane (finally) and I think you will see quite a difference already.

I'm glad that my epi didn't get here right away, has taken this week to get my bp where I need it to be. Got things leveled off for the most part now so I will add in around 45mg of epistane ed starting on sunday. Had to take my first dose of exemestane already too :( trest hits hard and fast and you better be ready for it. Thinking about throwing in a few pyramid weeks into my routine just to check my strength and switch things up a little bit. Well, off to the gym for a little cardio and some ab work then I will concentrate on sneaking out of work so I can turn my phone off and kick off the weekend! Hope everyone else can do the same!

Weighed 161.5 so 10 pounds up from lowest weight of my cut. Definitely some of it is water retention. Other than that feeling great! 4 day weekend with nothing going on, it's like I'm still on vacation.

Good morning!! Updating for yesterday a bit late, but yesterday was full of cleaning & date night. I had to go a little lighter on some things because my right wrist was bothering me....damn nagging injury.

Workout felt great, other than my wrist being a pain in the ass. Yesterday was also the end of the 5th week of my current program. So, I have 3 more weeks left. I'll continue to run the Ep1c Unleashed & Dermastrength for those 3 weeks. We are also starting to look at which program I will impliment at the end of those 3 weeks as well. I'd love to go back to a 5 day split with some hypertrophy & strength days. We shall see though.

Weighed 164.5 this morning. My skin is super tight, look really swolen. Might need to up my ai but hopefully the epi will level this out. Other than that strength and energy level are climbing steadily. Trest is just an all around enjoyable ph/ds and I think my wife enjoys me being on trest as well :)

*working on dropping the assistance* weight on these. Dropped it 10lbs...now to get my reps back up.*

Not sure why, but I've been feeling a bit fluffy the last couple days. Hoping that keeping my diet on point & adding a little extra cardio in will help with that.

Was going to go for a bike ride today but the rain made me sit inside and do absolutely nothing. Was a nice needed off day and I am well rested up for the morning!

I pretty much was useless until I went to Insanity class tonight, too. It was a nice day of just hanging out with each other!!

Class was really fun tonight. There were a few of us that stayed for the whole hour again. My push-ups are improving each week, and that's a nice benefit in itself for me!!!

Strength is starting to go up, really starting to feel king of the gym status. 10 days on trest and 4 days on epi and I'm up 14 pounds, I didn't even experience this kind of weight increase on superdrol! My mood and energy level has been through the roof, I feel great from the second I was up in the morning until I finally make myself lay down and sleep. Needless to say, this new version of trest is just as potent as the original version. Can't wait to see what this epistane is going to do.

Catching things up!! Between Sunday's workout & Insanity on Monday my legs were really sore. DOMS had really backed off with the EU, but my legs seem to be getting worked a lot lately. So, I am experiencing more soreness. Still nothing too crazy or intense...especially considering what I've been requesting of them recently.

Yesterday was back & bicep concentration. My program is starting to throw in more concentration days. Which I really like!!

I then went to PiYo last night. So glad I did. My back was already pretty tight. After class it felt nice & stretched, and was barely sore this morning.

I was really happy with my incline press today. yates84 even complimented me on how good/proper they looked. :)

Now, I have to pack for me & nugget to go see my Mom for a few days. She's having a procedure done on her heart tomorrow (ablation for atrial fibrillation). So, nugget & I are taking her & spending a few days with her. Hopefully hubby will join us over the weekend.
