I'm up to 221.3 however let it be known....I had a spur of the moment thing with my parents in town so...over ate a little. I would say 1000 calories yesterday surplus. Celebration of family and such. I "look" leaner than last week via my private nudes(yes nudes because glutes) so, maybe water?

Not much to update except for the fact I need to check my ego and go back to my rep ranges I had before. I was lifting heavy as **** this week because I'm trying to test 1rm atm. So far...my bench 1rm went up 10 lbs for a total of 275 DAMN LONG ARMS but no excuses. I want to hit 300 by the end of next year and 265 for reps. Should be obtainable but that's my long term goal. I may start a "daily log" After this is done. These updates have been fun and I can PUSH MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL

Which involves gaming. I may do fitness related topics as well on those videos. I don't know yet. Please let me know if that it something you would like me to do. I said a while back I may offer coaching online but decided against it. However...that doesn't mean I can't do a youtube fitness channel or give my general opinion on fitness/health related subjects. It's an idea for now...my wife thinks I should. IDK yet.

Life is going good as well as the CUT here. GW is fantastic so I will be using again. I've got a cut off weight. 210 or 215. I will decide apon reaching those numbers.

Oh and here's my public congratz to my boss CNPWayne for getting married! WELCOME TO THAT MARRIED LIFE BRO! Guess I'll have to stop sending him nudez.... :(

So...I decreased my carbs and upped my fats. Contrary to popular belief...if you're lacking energy in a calorie deficit look to your fats. Especially if you're a low(er) fat guy like myself. I am going from 65 to 68 g of fat (which is below .3per lb which is less important in a surplus) to 80g of fats (fats = more important in a calorie deficit due to not only hormones but the relationship with lipids and energy through the day.)

Hopefully I won't get that tired feeling at around 3 pm today. I'll let you know.
 
I'm also finally implementing weekly refeeds. Today will be one and my volume leg day with 5 sets of squats is a good day to do it.

I payed for myfitnesspal premium so...I'll also be carb/fat cycling. I'm getting lean enough it's affecting my energy.

So...higher fats (88g ) on my " off days" or cardio only days as they are now and higher carbs and only 80 g fats on my training days. This is the last push people.

I'm not saying carb/fat cycling is the only way to go...this is just what works for me.

Plus with carb cycling I can reap some of the benefits of GW.

I am also noticing GW is not a cutting drug as others have mentioned. Clen and t3 was a cutting combo.

This is a recomp agent. I wouldn't use this if you want a constant downward progression on weight or to cut weight. I was skeptical but this can put some size on you which has contradicted everything other logs have said. I'll use it again too in my bulk instead of mk677.

Although please my goal next bulk is to stay leaner. This is a bad ass little gem.
 
I weigh in at 219.8 today and I said I would get cut. So...Dropping calories to 2700. 2500 is the limit now. I'm so wishy washy when it comes to decisions like this. I "feel" pretty okay at 2800. Until I get uncomfortable I won't stop. Hunger is not that big of an issue yet. I'll post my menu tomorrow to show you how I do 2700 calories.

80g fats on workout days.
88g on cardio days
250g protein erry day
the rest is carbs which equate to about 274 today. More like 250 on my cardio days.

This is where the fun begins. My top 4 abs are showing like a badge of honor at the moment. My wife said my obliques spread out like a cobra when I flex. I don't know if that's a good thing or bad, haha!

No increasing cardio yet. I'm saving that. If I need it, fine. If I don't? Even better. I feel scaling back activity can make reverse dieting more difficult than it needs to be. I'll be posting a video to go along with my menu tomorrow. Gaming video of course. Stay tuned!

Also I was asked a question about chaos and pain I would like to address. Yes we do have some online retailers however...Invalid Link Removed is our main store platform. The reason being is that we sell our products at correct price as is. We don't mark up a pre workout on our personal website to make it seem cheaper on an online retailer. That's not our business model. Less middle man ,more savings to the customer. If you're interested in buying from online retailers I do however have a list.
 
OK so just letting you guys know where I'm at so far..


I started at 229 and now sitting at a much leaner 219.8.

I will be stopping this diet in 2 or 3 weeks which will make this diet 13 or 14 weeks in total. Top 4 abs are very prominent and the lower 2 are already showing.

I'm pretty much done. Full review at the end day of the diet.

I will also track my reverse dieting either in this thread or in another new one. I've decided to do a kenpoengineer type daily log .

I'm getting some side effects from this prolonged diet.

It's times like this either you're a winner or second place.

I'm struggling on the last 20 mins of my workout. Only 2 more weeks. Maybe less. We shall see. I'm getting low enough bodyfat to the point I'm becoming uncomfortable.

Please note I was fine until this point and gw had helped that. Anyone who has ever been truely 10% or below knows the feels.
 
Just as a reference these are my hands. Calluses covering them. Little bit of vascularity too. I have veins crawling up and down my hands. Pretty sick looking haha

I just ripped a callus on my right hand.

I claimed victory today. Now 2 more weeks to go!

I am now 220.5 .The gw is really doing a good job as a recomp agent. My last cut I got down to 200. This is great news. I've only lost 9 lbs in total and I can tell that I'm still growing at even as low as 2700 calories. I'm completely sold on this compound and I will be using it in the future as already said. My lifts have all gone up too in conjunction with the body comp changes.

Lean, strong and NO pct. GW is bad ass.

This is my last week on GW and the cut for a total of 12 weeks. I decided to shave a week off because at this point I don't want to lose much more bodyfat.

I will do my final review monday and I will also log my reverse diet in this thread to log the after effects of coming off of GW if any.

Well after 8 pages of me going on and on...lets get to the facts and my review.

Final review:
GW1516 is not a cutting weight drug. Especially if you're already lean. I'm sitting at 218.3 which is a total loss of 10.7 lbs in 12 weeks but I have gained a 6 pack.
This compound screams recomposition. Losing bodyfat and gaining muscle. Even on a calorie deficit I got some PR's which is very impressive considering it is not a PH nor is it as "strong" I guess as a PH.

If you have to make contest weight then stay away but if you want to recomposition then go ahead. I thought I would cover fat loss and body weight loss before getting into the more specifics of the other goodies because I see some trying to use it as a pre contest drug.

Now for the other benefits.

Vascularity is up. I know part of this is from losing bodyfat but I have gained some new veins that have poped up as if it was over night.

Endurance is where I have noticed the biggest effect. This can also attribute to fat loss technically. More calories burned (at least for me and those who are bodybuilders) equates to more fat loss. I went from barely doing any cardio to being much more proficient in a matter of a week. The Endruance effects did taper off some at the end here. I started at doing 10 minutes at 6 on the bike to kicking up that resistance to 13.5 for the same amount of time. That's an increase similar to using actual ph's. (epistane, halodrol ect) Very please overall on the endruance I have gained and GW1516 shines here.

I cannot properly gauge the muscle building part of this compound because I was not in a calorie surplus. These people that say they "look" bigger do in fact "look" bigger. Probably due to bodyfat loss. GW1516 has allowed me however to make continuous progress in the PR department. I added +25 lbs to my bench and even hit 270 for 1 which is a 1rm for me. Other less impressive numbers are +50 to cable crunch, + 50 to calf raises, +10 to barbell curls, and + 30 to both squats and deads for reps. I like bench better, haha.

I highly suggest running GW1516 if you haven't already. The only "semi bad" side effect was I felt very "awake" the first 8 weeks. Shockingly so. No blood pressure problems, blood sugar problems or anything else.

The best way I would use this drug would be RECOMPing in the middle of a bulk. Aka, bulk for 8 to 16 weeks or 2 to 4 months then maintain that weight on GW @ 10mg for 12 weeks. then 2 to 4 more months , then back on GW.That's a ****ing fitness model setup right there. That's probably what I'll be doing because I liked it so damn much.

I hope you enjoyed this log and no worries. It still has 4 more weeks. I'm going to see if there's any bad **** about coming off of gw. I'm your test rat so to speak. Oh... and here's a video:

No negative side effects from coming off this week. I do seem to be losing some endurance but not to a significant degree.

I fail on my last sets basically.

Down to 217.6 and I was at 2800 calories. I have bumped them up to 2900 this week.

This week may be a "wash" because I'm going to be at the fall festival over at robbers cave in Oklahoma saturday. If you're near by don't hesitate to message me. We can meet up and feel each others biceps. Car show,rides and my epic beard my wife wants me to shave. Damn life is good but that does equate to extra activity...especially because I run around like a kid and I'll be with my wife and kid.

So I expect to lose weight this week haha!

I am already planning my summer cutting stack. I have usually been doing 11-andro and Ostabol. Last summer I added SARM LGD which was awesome. I believe I have become sort of immune to 11-andro, and getting tired of taking 9-10 pills of it every day (900-1,000 mg). Seems like I will replace 11-andro with SARM GW1516 from C&P.
