Well after 8 pages of me going on and on...lets get to the facts and my review.
Final review:
GW1516 is not a cutting weight drug. Especially if you're already lean. I'm sitting at 218.3 which is a total loss of 10.7 lbs in 12 weeks but I have gained a 6 pack.
This compound screams recomposition. Losing bodyfat and gaining muscle. Even on a calorie deficit I got some PR's which is very impressive considering it is not a PH nor is it as "strong" I guess as a PH.
If you have to make contest weight then stay away but if you want to recomposition then go ahead. I thought I would cover fat loss and body weight loss before getting into the more specifics of the other goodies because I see some trying to use it as a pre contest drug.
Now for the other benefits.
Vascularity is up. I know part of this is from losing bodyfat but I have gained some new veins that have poped up as if it was over night.
Endurance is where I have noticed the biggest effect. This can also attribute to fat loss technically. More calories burned (at least for me and those who are bodybuilders) equates to more fat loss. I went from barely doing any cardio to being much more proficient in a matter of a week. The Endruance effects did taper off some at the end here. I started at doing 10 minutes at 6 on the bike to kicking up that resistance to 13.5 for the same amount of time. That's an increase similar to using actual ph's. (epistane, halodrol ect) Very please overall on the endruance I have gained and GW1516 shines here.
I cannot properly gauge the muscle building part of this compound because I was not in a calorie surplus. These people that say they "look" bigger do in fact "look" bigger. Probably due to bodyfat loss. GW1516 has allowed me however to make continuous progress in the PR department. I added +25 lbs to my bench and even hit 270 for 1 which is a 1rm for me. Other less impressive numbers are +50 to cable crunch, + 50 to calf raises, +10 to barbell curls, and + 30 to both squats and deads for reps. I like bench better, haha.
I highly suggest running GW1516 if you haven't already. The only "semi bad" side effect was I felt very "awake" the first 8 weeks. Shockingly so. No blood pressure problems, blood sugar problems or anything else.
The best way I would use this drug would be RECOMPing in the middle of a bulk. Aka, bulk for 8 to 16 weeks or 2 to 4 months then maintain that weight on GW @ 10mg for 12 weeks. then 2 to 4 more months , then back on GW.That's a ****ing fitness model setup right there. That's probably what I'll be doing because I liked it so damn much.
