Where do you live now? I used to live south of Miami but moved to palm beach county this year. We go to Orlando every three months or so

I hadn't trained that style before. I recommend trying some opposing muscle groups sessions poliquin style. Slow the tempo down.![]()
What kinds of shrugs do you employ? When I want to beef up back there I like to do them on shoulder, and back day. :dance:
I like the sound of your shrug drop sets
I fell like when they burn more after failure it really starts to kick your ass
Goblets hit a different angle for sure. Seldom see people doing them any more. Great for mobility too!
