Haha it took awhile for my body to get used to it. I love it, but I'm not one the "crossfit is the greatest form of exercise on earth" type people. It works for me - I have exercise ADD so the variation keeps me going!
Some of those crossfit people get ridiculous with the whole "fittest people on earth" mantra lol
Ya some guy was telling me they all think it's perfectly acceptable. I was thinking that's a really nice car or a small house house payment.
Isogenix is a liquid diet type protein shake. A buddy of mine tried it. At 6'1" and 245lbs (40% bf) he was consuming about 800 calories a day. 2 or 3 shakes and one meal. No wonder there is weight loss. Super expensive program for making people eat very little.
Shakes were nothing special.
You got to be kidding! That's just nutsIsogenix is a liquid diet type protein shake. A buddy of mine tried it. Yeah, my buddy spent $450 Canadian for a 30 day "weight loss program" that had him eating barely anything (lots of fibre bars to fill him up). He also had energy shots to keep him going. I said that at $450 for a month you could pay someone to follow you around and stop you from eating and drinking the crap that's ruining your diet!
I guess the idea of spending that much means you are going to stick with the program since you won't be able to afford any other food!
As far as I know its also a direct sales (pyramid though they say it isn't) company. If you get friends to buy from you then your plan is cheaper... So for a gym to have that as their nutrition program is a real money grab and not really in the clients interest in my book.

Was that Bernstien?
I Iike that you start with incline dbs .... and then work up to 100s no less.
Love a good shoulder workout!!
Can you not order orange triad online? Usually cheaper anyway.
For injury flair ups I like joint help.
For maintnence I use finaflex active multi
I use Supercissus as well. However, we take turmeric, boswellia serrata and fish oil 3x a day on all three of those. Really helps with joints. I have 0 joint pain, don't lift quite as heavy as you guys, but my husband who is a bit older also has no joint pain.
do you think there is any products that have all those ingredients in one ? im looking into iforce now online. my whole right side is banged up its crazy how much pain i get the next day.
umm i had the most random workout but it was a good one, i dosed 3 caps today because i needed that extra kick
so random but i had to get something done, i was going to do legs but i was just not feeling it today.
