How shall I run all of my new goodies?

Ok so here's what I have on the way

Brite Hybrid
Brite Beta
DCP
Epitome
Strafe
Myosynergy
BMP x3

I've been cutting for a while and am starting to reverse diet now. I'm still in a deficit that will be shrinking weekly until I hit maintenance. I'm currently about to hit the end of my first bottle of Epitome. Also running Xgels at 1.5g preworkout and PA/Lecithin granules at 1.5 servings everyday. My question is how would you guys run the supps listed above if you were me? Would you go all at once? Save brite/dcp/epitome for my next cut, or run them now since I'm still in a deficit and then run the remainder of the supps once those three are gone? So many options!!!
 
Many options, indeed!

Where are you at now with your stats as far as bf%? How long do you plan to go at maintenance? Are you going to go for a slight bulk or recomp? When are you going to start cutting again?

Tons of ways to utilize everything you have, but if you answer those, I'll offer up a few suggestions.
 
Well I'm going to reverse diet back up to maintenance and depending on how things go at that calorie range I'll start a very slow lean bulk. Body fat is sitting at around 12% My plan is to minimize any fat gain during the lean bulk to avoid falling back into the dreaded bulk and cut cycle where it's pretty much 2 steps forward and 1.75 steps back. And is there any info as to whether the brite will interact negatively with ArA?
 
Shouldn't be any issues with BRITE and ArA that I'm aware of.

As for incorporating everything, I'll see what dsade has to say specifically, but there's almost no wrong way to use it. You can obviously save some stuff to use when you cut next. BRITE is made for long-term use with the browning of fat, so there's no real wrong time to use it (if you were saving one specifically for when you're cutting, I'd do that with the hybrid because of the sesamol). The STRAFE and MyoSynergy would be solid to add in right now as you're adding back in calories and will help with recovery as well as allowing some recomp. And BMP can be incorporated at any time, as well.
 
I figured since I'm already using the epitome, I'll just finish off both bottles of epitome and brite. That should take me to the end of the ArA run and then I'll start up the myo/strafe/bmp. How does that sound? Also any benefits/drawbacks to taking the brite pre or postworkout? I appreciate your help.

Oh and I originally thought it was 2ml for the hybrid and 3ml for the beta v2 but I think the hybrid I have isn't the one with the extra sesamol in the 6oz bottle. So in that case should it be 3ml for both?
 
The hybrid dose is 2ml 3 times a day. The final 6 ounce will be the same dosage, just pack a bigger punch.
 
Oops. I was originally dosing it that way then switched to 3ml 3 times a day out of confusion. Guess I'll drop it back to 2ml. On the positive side I didn't notice any negative effects of that dosage and definitely noticed an increase in body temperature and sweating.
 
You are welcome to dose at 3ml. The betas were cheap enough to try.

Nerve Restore

I was going to save the myo and nerve restore for after I run out of ArA but I have a nagging injury that I would like to use the Nerve Restore for and I've heard that it goes great with Myo Elite so I don't want to run it without that as well haha. So many supps.

No reason you can't run all of these together.

I need to find my BRITE, and I'm freaking out. It got lost in the move.
 
All these products have suggested dosage/timing info, but I'm not clear which (if any) should ideally be taken with/without food.

Strafe and Brite are clear... Specifically, I'm unsure about Epitome, Ammo, and BMP.

Strafe with protein; Brite, Epitome, Ammo, BMP doesn't matter with or without food. Ideally you shouldn't dose Epitome close to workout but with/without food doesn't matter. Hope that helps.
