Well if after 2 years there were no signs of acromegaly then I imagine it can be considered pretty safe. Did yo see anything regarding acromegaly in the studies you looked at Hastur ?

To the best of my knowledge, after going through countless studies and logs, there have been no reported incidents of abnormal growth. I don't think the GH ever raises to such a level and stays sustained long enough to elicit such an effect.

I kind of figured that much, acromegaly is from very high levels not naturally possible unless there is a tumor on the hypothalamus causing it to secret GH with no restriction. This stuff just kind of puts a wedge in the door so some can sneak out at all times. Not just flow freely.

Exactly. We can't really compare elevated pulses and above baseline GH to chronically elevated GH where the baseline is outrageously high.
 
Okay ladies and gentlemen, as promised here are some pics of where I am right now current weight as of Sunday was 210.3 these pics are no pump or anything. I am at a point where a little fat loss should make a pretty big difference. I am still on the come back and this is a big improvement from before. Hard to put them up when you aren't proud of where you are. However when a man says he will post pics he should do it even if it is embarrassing.

Haha, wasn't actually at you. There are several people that don't post up pics, but this was more about me. I REALLY didn't want to post these. I know I am built still far better than your average "Dad bod", but by my self imposed standards I am unacceptable right now. I have major insecurities about how my lower chest looks when I am holding any weight. I have had combination gyno/psuedo gyno since I was 11, and as you know if I am not lean I have a bit of moobage. It is my absolute worst insecurity. So showing pics while I am still sporting it is a HUGE step in humility for me. Humility is one aspect of strength far too many people who consider themselves strong people don't exercise enough.

You know I do, and yeah I already have 2 boys and remember them being little yesterday. They are both 21 now.

Mine's 25 and still is and will always be.

I can still see the underlying muscle some dieting and cardio should shape up fast

So last nights workout was modified due to my knee issue. The workout went well and really pushed me since I cut the rest periods to damn near nothing.

Burgener Warm Up - A series of partial movements building up to 3 full reps of a Snatch w Overhead Squat

SuperSet 1 back to back then 30 seconds rest between superset
DB Rack Squats 25x10, 40x8, 40x8, 40x8, 40x8 40x8
Lunge Jumps - 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10

Romanian Dead Lifts - 225x5, 315x5, 315x5, 315x5, 315x5, 315x5, 225x10 - I did this instead of a max attempt on Sumo deads to work around my knee issue. Rest was between 60 seconds here.

Kettle Bell Swings - 25 lbs for 5 minutes AMRAP - I only got 123 this time. I got more last time but the total volume was increased this workout and rest periods were shorter so by my 20th swing my lower back was already over it. I did sets of 20 followed by about 10 seconds rest until I couldn't do 20 in a row any more, then each "set" got shorter and shorter.

Cool Down = 6 minute foam rolling

It was a scorcher of a workout because of the pace I set for it. Since I was not going to be able to go heavy I decided to increase the work density by minimizing rest.
 
I had to look up pseudogyno - that's totally my issue as well (and what I had surgery for at the end of June, out of pocket). I still have a bit of glandular tissue but the Doc said he was able to remove so friggin' much fat with just lipectomy that he shut it down there so save all the scarring and dog ears excision of the gland would have caused. Now if I ever have to have it again I will probably have the gland cut out as well, but for me the much bigger issue appears to be the same tendency to put on fatty tissue over the lower pec. I never get glandular pain or itching/burning; my fat just wants to grow if estro gets higher.

The problem would be much easier if I just wanted to be a cut up sexy 190 (diet is freakin' easy, but there goes my strength), but I'm 226 and only intend to get bigger. The big problem is my estro runs high naturally and the higher the bf the more my aromatization. So I can relate.

Yes Sir, that is exactly right. We are in the same boat when it comes to that. It is why I am bald, more conversion to estro / dht than most guys. I am going to PM you about this as it is something I am looking into doing in the next year.

Day 1

Tonight will be my first dose of each product. I intended to start Monday but had bloodwork that needed done and missed my appointment Monday. I got it done this morning so I will be taking my first doses of each tonight. I plan to start at 4mg and 10mg to see how things go in the first week. I am tempted to go with 8 but let's see what happens with 4 first since I am not trying to bulk.

So last night went well. I was very happy with my close grip. Here is how it went down.

I worked my way up to 225x4 and then went for 255x2. I was shocked at how easily the weight went up so I decided I was going to try again. Put 275 on and crushed it for 2 reps. I had to push a little hard on that one so I didn't try for more since no spotter. I was very pleased with my push ups I am getting much more explosive. I even got a set of 2 doing a hip slap + clap but barely caught myself on the second rep. Definitely increasing hand speed too! The rest of the workout was great also, I did 225x6 on all sets. The L Pull Ups were ridiculously hard for me!!! I got 3, 3, 5, 4 it was pretty humbling but most pull up work has been as of late. Not sure why... Will work on that.

kleen, you got blood work before your run and that's awesome! I'm guessing because you are on trt you probably have them done every few months or so. I'm curious if these compounds have much of an effect on lipids either positive or negative or neutral. Will you be getting follow up blood work after your run and if so will you share the results?

Thanks Brian, I am really impressed with the strentgh I have right now considering I have not lifted heavy in so long and recently with this new training my strength is already hitting highs I have not approached in a few areas and will be insane in the next 6 months.

Yes Sir, I do. I will be getting more blood work about 2 months, it wont be right after this. However I am also starting a log for Diesel's new E2X which is going to be focusing on it controlling my E2 levels while on TRT as well as what my Adex does currently. I plan to more than likely at least get a female panel. Not sure if that includes the lipid values. If it does I will share them.

I went to the park last night for a little park workout. Did some stuff on the parallel bars first, dips, inverted rows and stuff. I also did a ten minute round of medicine ball work. Basically I was throwing the 15lb rebounding medicine ball as hard as i could then running to it then throw it a different way and chase it basically non stop until the time went off. Was doing chest throws, slams, underhand throws between the legs throws, push press whatever came to mind. I was half lumbering half jogging to the ball by the end of it.

At the end of that I decided to try and work on doing some fun bar work. My daughter is in gymnastics and I want to learn some of the stuff and ways to control my body so I can help her in training for it. So I set my phone up to video and got on the parallel bars. I did a planche into a hand stand I was so proud I held the planche about 5 seconds then levered my legs up while straight, and then pressed myself into a hand stand and actually stayed up for about 2 seconds. I hopped of all excited to go see what it looked like and a blade of grass had hit the screen and stopped the recording. UGGGHHHH!!!! I tried it about 3 more times but was out of gas already. I was having to use momentum to get up instead of being in control like the first one. That is when I used to much momentum, my legs went over, and I came crashing down. I slammed my shin into the round parallel bar so hard it split the skin. OUCH!!!!!

Here is a video of me doing it make sure you have your volume up loud so you can hear the bar ringing for a few seconds after I hit it. I hit it HARD!!!!!!!

It is bruised up and swollen but I can walk on it. I might even go ahead and do the heavy front squats tonight but not sure. I am just thankful I was in martial arts and spent a few years shin kicking things so my bones are nice and dense! I was sure it was broken. Still not sure it isn't cracked or chipped though. Too much swelling. I feel a dent in it for sure. Here is what it looked like just after I wiped the blood and stuff off before it really started swelling. The whole area is puffed up about 3/8 inch now.

What lesson did I learn here? Academy carries cheap shin guards and it would be intelligent to get some before working on that again. :)

Yes like I said i am so happy I spent years shin kicking heavy bags and posts to toughen up my shins. Surely that would have snapped them in two otherwise.

Yeah it was. I am not even sure how I held my composure walking out of the view of the camera like nothing happened. No sooner than I hit did "SUCK IT UP!" scream resonantly inside my mind! I almost puked just a short bit after. Plus I had to walk at least a good football field distance to the car carrying my water jug and a 15 lb medicine ball. I actually started sweating worse walking back than during the exercise.

Ghar1ne looks like a really good product I might be interested in running in the future. Based on what I've read in here this is something that could be taken long term. Would this interfere with a PH cycle or could it be taken with one to any additional benefit?

Thanks and welcome! It would actually be beneficial to a PH run. Extra GH increases IGF which has the ability to activate satellite cells to create new muscle fibers. Since the method of the GH secretion is actually natural you also get the MGF benefits as well which really aid in recovery. So it is a win win and is completely non competitive with a PH or other AAS.
