A RAD sponsored log feat. Olympus UK's Radar1ne

Haha the apple pie description might given me a half chub!

As for the elbows I went through heaps of elbow grief. There's this little f**cker between your bicep and tricep that gets overlooked which caused a bunch of my probs. Hit that guy with a massage ball or get your wifey to stick her thumbs into it. If you crook your elbow at 30 deg and feel around on the outside you'll feel a band of muscle that goes at roughly 45 degrees from just underneath the shoulder tip/point to your outer elbow. Chances are it feels like rock. Hit it both with your arm crooked and with your arm straight.

There's another little nugget in between bi and tri at the bottom just above your elbow too which is the top of the bit that wraps into your forearm which you need to hit.

Attached a pic, middle diagram that guy in the middle of the bi and tri.

Interesting. I'm feeling all kinds of stuff in there. And it all feels good to rub.

I may just give any heavy curling a rest for a while. Stick to what doesn't hurt and focus on a pump instead of heavy weight.

I'll get my heavy bicep work in weighted pull ups and heavy rowing.

Which may be to blame for the pain, but those movements don't hurt directly.

Mine started with curls but eventually got to a point where I literally couldn't do wide grip pull ups at all and most other pulling movements hurt a whole bunch - just don't let it degrade too far.

I could tell you what the physio told me - take two weeks off - but you'd probably say what I did, "Pffffft, f*ck that - I paid you $75 for that advice?"

Trust me, it's in the back of my head already. Probably not 2 weeks, but 5-7 days is in order after this cycle. Stim Break, Gym Break, Brain Break. It's overdue. And I'll probably get a ton out of it.

Take that break at the lake or beach and it'll be 100x better.

Problem with going to San Diego is my inner Skater / Beach Bum / Stoner / Hippie comes out and I want to sell my house, quit my job, and raise my kids and dogs by the beach. Skating to my job at the local surf shop.

I'm not kidding. My sister-in-law lives in the coolest beach neighborhood straight out of a movie.

Me and my wife will be leaving the rat race behind and live that life after we get a couple of these kids outta here!! Lol

Fluctuating between 216-219. My total cals the last 5 days has been: 3527, 4193, 4131, 4042, 4012. And pretty sure I forgot to log my snack before bed on Sunday for that total.

If after another week I am still in this range right here, I will up cal goal to 42-4300 or so.

4000 seems to be a recomp in my current state, which is cool. But I'm running this to put on size before I chill for a few months. It is undeniable though the changes it has made in the few areas I've stated, arms, chest and legs.

Something I really want to make a difference on though is the separation between my triceps and rear delts. And if that takes feeding to grow while focusing on those muscles then that's what I have to do. I have good tricep definition, but I need it to grow outwardly to cause that separation.

what are you running in addition to the rad if anything?

Test at 250/week

Mast at 250/week

Honest question - do you really think it is fair for you to give an accurate review on RAD when you are running those compounds simultaneously? In theory, it would be more accurate to log it as a standalone . I am taking rad too and also am on AAS. . 3 caps per day.. I am 5"9 200lbs . Nothing dramatic to report yet here unfortunately or out of the ordinary.

Considering I've run darn near everything under the sun standalone and with Test, I have a pretty good grasp on what is what. As well as stating these facts in the original post for everyone to take this all into consideration regarding my results.

I realize some people may miss it, as you did that I am running those compounds with it. Although at moderate doses.

So can I personally give a review on it running it in this fashion?
Absolutely without question.

My results, experience, sides, etc. are all based on RAD with Test. That is the nature of the log and in it will hopefully inform those who consider running it this way.

Also OL UK was made aware I would be running Test with it on a cruise dose. There was no issue from the company.

I used to skateboard all the time!

I've only been to the beach once, and that trip is a blur.. Lol considering it was spring break in South Padre.

I have ran all the oils and orals too bro. I am not here to prove you wrong. I am an experienced friend.
How long into your test/mast cycle are you and how long had your weight remained the same, or had your weight/gains even plateau'd before incorporating the rad? Were you continuing to progress on the test and mast still before incorporating this? This is important in relation to the review. How much do you normally gain on a test cycle from start or are you on trt? I don't typically gain weight on mast, as many don't, so no point in inquiring if it influences your weight gain on test before/after the rad incorporation

Respect from San Diego North County . Come celebrate your inner hippy.

I had been on a cruise dose of Test and Mast for about 6 weeks coming off of a 12 week blast of Test, DMZ, Tbol, Tren, and Mast where I topped out at 218lbs.

So in that 6 weeks or so I came down to around 210-212 and held there consistently for over a month prior to starting the RAD.

Also not trying to discredit you, I can tell you know what you're doing. I have also seen the mighty cycle you are running yourself.

But can I make an honest judgement on an 8 week run of this with a low dose of Test? Yeah man, I'm personally confident in that.

muay thai just caught the last bit about being a SD res. I'll be there unleashing the "chill" beast in a few. But my heart never leaves!!

Also didn't mean to come off so defensive. I understand what you're saying.

I can't say I know a great deal about RAD140 but I believe one of the reported benefits with RAD is the ability for it to help mitigate the androgenic side-effects of testosterone. I believe there will be a great deal of people experimenting with RAD/Test cycles in the days and months to come. For that reason alone, stacked logs may be just as informative as solo logs, but in a different way. Especially when the results are reported by experienced users.

Now if they can only develop a SARM that completely blocks any negative androgenic affect in scalp tissue while having enormous anabolic affect in muscle tissue, while at the same time not competing with Testosterone inside of the body, nor having any negative affect on the HPTA.

Lol. I won't hold my breath.

Yes, RAD-140 is synergistic with Testosterone. Studies have shown that that RAD allows Testosterone to build more muscle, while also protecting the prostate from the negative androgenic effects Testosterone can exert. The study was done on mice given RAD-140 and injected with Test, so really I think this log will be extremely useful for many people out considering such a stack.

Now, on an even more scientific note, I believe there is a correlation here...

Dude, I stacked the Radar1ne with Cytotoxin and killed my workout yesterday. The synergy is amazing! I enjoyed Radiophobia as well, just streamed those two albums off YouTube. Listening now actually!

As did I this morning. Woke up to your post, so I put both albums on shuffle in the gym. Made faces in the mirror like something that came out of the radioactive fallout.

That's how every morning should be! This log delivers. On multiple levels.

I think because he's been on those two he can give a better feel it would be different if he started all 3 compounds at once. But I believe he's been cruising on test and mast so rad is the only new compound.

gnarly cycle! love it. masteron is godly if you are lean enough - and by pics you seem to be attesting to max benefits
DMZ for me was strongest pH other than Sdrol. I am going to take your word and order another bottle of RAD.
This is a good and detailed review - thank you for your time explaining. I agree, I think you have a great perspective on what you are running and its immediate effects. Thank you for clarifying.

I am same way bro, dry humor, straight shooters that get mistaken as defensive. We are two in the same. Hit me up when you are down there - I am in the fit/mma industry. My company sponsors ufc fighters and bellator etc. Lunch on me!

also... I like at the gates when I work out, in flames, kataklysm, bleeding through, i like metalcore/hardcore more than death and grind..... I have seen many death and grind and crust bands.... I also like 80s and rock in espanol haha

Good stuff man. If I am able to make some time when there, I will hit you up. I'll hit you with a PM right now.

At The Gates are masters man. Haven't listened in a long time. All I need is a little reminder!! Probably jam them tomorrow now.

Also, I don't know that I'm lean enough for the Mast to shine in that body composition/drying effect. But I love the DHT benefits it provides with my Test. The libido, aggression, as well as keeping my AI usage to a minimum are all worth running it to me.

Bro, crust, hardcore, metalcore, deathcore, death metal, technical death metal, slam death metal, etc... It's alllllll got good stuff. I love old In Flames before they changed their style, and actually was listening to Kataklysm during cardio yesterday! I'm about to throw on some Gorguts and knock out some cardio before my next RAD dosage. Cheers my metal brothers

I saw Killswitch went back to their original vocalist a while back, that surprised me. But what the hell got the AILD vocalist a life sentence!?

Hired a hit-man to kill his wife!!

I saw Killswitch a couple years ago with Lamb of God. Epic show, Testament opened.
Got this shirt at that show. (From this morning cuz I'm a tool)

booneman77 the reverse grip pull downs with the arms extended in front of you rather than to your sides, really hits that tricep peak.

This is a great exercise and i love it! crazy pump and it also has helped with grip strength for me as i like to go pretty heavy.

That arm thickness too!

Well I couldn't wait any longer. Ordered the OL Hydro3 with free Vital1ty. Can always use more Vital1ty (got a nice stash). But I'm a pump-addict, and reading the feedback coming in, man I gotta have it.

Damn! He couldn't just get a divorce!?

Killer shirt, bro! Looking jacked! Well I never saw Killswitch live, but I saw Lamb of God at the 2007 Ozzfest in Columbus, got them to sign their album Sacrament! Here is my day summed up:

Hastur do you like the new Gorguts? It's no Erosion of Sanity, but it's decent.

I'm huge fan of Gorguts' entire discography! Their album Obscura blew my mind as a kid! And yes, I even enjoyed Colored Sands!

That is awesome, dude! You have to be a killer father, I'd have been stoked to see a metal concert with my Dad. I hope you tear the pit up!

Look at those veins!!!!

NEED MORE!!!!

You can never have enough. OL Hydro3 should hook you up with more vascularity, I've heard nothing but good things. Still need to try it myself, but that could be said of a lot of products by OL/O UK. I heard Ep1c is also killer for that, so I'd like to try that too...

Ep1c is legit. I realize I didn't list it in the OP, but it has been a staple for me for several months. Just ran out the other day, first time since I think February I haven't had either Unleashed or the OG version. I'll be honest I'm not directly missing it, but may be missing some of the secondary benefits i.e. lipid values, BP, etc. I've become such a stim-dependent junkie, that my endurance is through the roof with my PWO cocktails. So not missing it there...yet.

I can appreciate your honestly, a lot of people are over the top regarding the supplements they take. Most of the time they really are subtle things, at least, if you have your diet and training dialed in. Unless of course we're talking about serious gear, haha. But yeah, I get you man, I still want to try it just to see what it can do for me. Most of the guys affiliated with OL/O UK rant and rave about it, I'd say most the reps are on it, and it's got me curious to say the least! I've tried zero epicat products thus far.

I started using it between cycles, on NO GEAR and it absolutely has noticeable benefits/results. Decided to just keep running it throughout the cycle and beyond as long as my stash lasted. Figured the endurance benefits would help once I started running Tren. It did at first until I upped the Tren and also switched to a superior labs' Tren. And by then even walking the dogs got me winded!! LOL, I'm serious.

Ep1c Unleashed had me raising weight and reps every work out in a big calorie deficit and less than 50g of carbs.

See, it's anecdotal reports like this that really make me want a bottle!! I'll have to snag some for PCT. Did you ever use Albuterol while on Tren? I've heard anecdotally it helps with the winded issue, quite a bit.

lucky i'm good looking so I'm allowed to be super late Dan!!!
