Been off the lifting due to (my excuse) a house move and constant DIY projects taking it out of me.
Im fasting as a way to limit my calories and some weights coem off but I reall yneed to ge tlifting again
I just get home and CBA! Really CBA, dragging my *ss out of the bed int he morning, bit of a zombie
IS there anything you could suggest to give me perks? Nothing like caffein etc.
anything DHEA related, sarms, transdermals, anything of that order?
Libidos also on the floor, but as the missus is also wiped out from the house its not really needed atm.
