Help with Anabeta Elite + X-Gels + Follidrone run

Hi!

I'm planning to run a Anabeta Elite + X-Gels + Follidrone cycle.
I wanted to ask what do you guys think of the combo and what are the dosages and time to consume should be?
Time of the cycle: 60 days.

This is my plan:
1. Anabeta Elite - 2 Capsules - Morning and evening. (Total: 4 @ day)
2. X-Gels - 6 Capsules Pre Workout (Total: 6 @ day)
3. Follidrone - 1 Capsules - Morning and evening. (Total: 2 @ day)

Staples that will be used during the cycle as I always use them:
1. Creatine - 5 Gram each morning.
2. Multivitamin - 1 Each morning.
3. Beta Alanine - 1.6 Gram each morning.
4. BCAA - 8 Gram Each Morning.
5. Omega 3 - 3 Capsules Each evening.
6. Whey Protein - 1 Scoop Each evening.

Planning maybe to run a log during the cycle, what do you think?
Any advice on my staple supplements and on the cycle will be much appreciated!
 
Plan looks decent but here are my thoughts:

1. I personally dose my ABE two caps preworkout and two caps with my postworkout meal (approx four hours between doses) but seeing as you'll be dosing a bunch of other stuff preworkout (see below), your plan for ABE seems okay. When do you train? I would take two caps with breakfast and two caps with your postworkout meal, assuming you train in the afternoon/evening.

2. I'm assuming this is your first run with X-Gels/ArA, you could probably start dosing at just 4 caps per day and increase after a couple of weeks. There are some supps that increase the efficacy of ArA which you should look into, GMS and LCLT. There are more details in "The Arachidonic Acid Help Guide" thread.

3. There is nothing wrong with your dosing scheme for the Folldirone BUT I think the more accepted/popular dosing scheme is 2 caps preworkout.

So:

Breakfast - 2 caps ABE
Preworkout - 4 caps Xgels + GMS + LCLT
Preworkout - 2 caps Follidrone
Post workout meal - 2 caps ABE.

I would probably dose my creatine and beta alanine preworkout. Otherwise staples look fine.

I train in the mornings about an hour after I wake up.
so the beta alanine and creatine are preworkout as they are in the morning when I wake up - I should have written that I guess :)

so let's do some adjustments:

* I lift 4 times a week always 1-1.5 hours after I wake up!
in the other days I don't work out the staple supps stay the same.

NON WORKOUT DAYS:

On non workout days, ABE two caps with breakfast and two caps later in the day is probably fine and I think split your dose of Follidrone on non workout days.

You could spread these apart from your ABE doses so you're getting some good stuff flowing through your body all day. Eg breakfast ABE, lunch Folli, Afternoon meal ABE, Dinner Folli..

Looks good, you should have a good run.

Looks like you got squared away. Looks solid to me with the second updated post. Only addition is that I'd add a second dose of Beta Alanine at some other time to get 3-4g total for the day.
 
Looks awesome man! What protein are you using? I would bump up the protein. At least more than one scoop in the evening.

How far away from food would you take ARA?
 
It's advised to take on an empty stomach so I usually take min 2, preferably 2.5 hours from my pre workout meal.
 
Awesome I did the same stack not to long ago...same exact stack. Good gains, recomped well. I think spacing them out to keep that therapeutic level througout the day and night is key.
 
I just finished my Epi Plex/X gels run and loved it.
