I am freaking exhausted!!!!! I finally found a program that will help me reach my goals. These high reps killed me and I rested a bit longer than I should have. I feel a lot better today. My sleep is getting back to normal and my diet is pretty good. I kept my session pretty light because of the high reps.

I wore my IGF-1/MGF patch through the entire routine on my waist band, I think it actually helped and my DOMS aint too bad today but I still feel pumped and solid today!
All in all I hit it in approx. 45-50minutes with very little rest in between.. had the most incredibly solid and uncomfortable pump going I could barely go through my range of motion and had to keep stretching the entire rest period, on the last 2 sets of dips I started feeling an annoying cramp/tingle in the side of my neck, must have come close to straining it, nothing later on or today thankfully but it was really messing with my last couple of sets.. endurance wasn't too bad, strength felt good, first time I went through my whole routine without my earbuds just listening to the 80's and weird random music they were playing there... heres some pics from last night, the gas station people were trippin out on me and I figured I have them snap a shot or two for me for progress then took a few of my own when I got home..

superset with DB incline press with 65's

flat DB press's 3x15/12/12 with 75s
superset with hammergrip bench machine

cable crossover flys drop sets 4x15 upper chest/lower chest (4x30 total)

dips 4x15/15/12/11 (had to barely touch my toe to the step to assist in the last two sets)
superset with decline pushups 4x12/12/10/8 (last set had to put one knee down cause the pump and burnout destroyed me for the last 2 reps)

Today (7/9) Back & Legs (gym was crowded so I had to kind of improvise)
Leg Press 7x15/15/15/12/12/10 (8 plates first 2/10 plates remaining 5) first 4 were regular/wide stance, last 3 were in close, don't know if it was toomuch pre-workout but the last 3-4 sets my legs were practicall convulsing halfway through the sets had to rack it for about 5 seconds and then unrack it and it mostly went away..

Superset with bent over DB rows (using the damn leg press back for support cause literally everything was taken!!)

doing both of those huge groups winds the hell out of you, talk about cardio lol with less then 120 seconds rest between supersets

calf raises (8 plates) 4x25/20/20/15/15 (would do kind of a superset after my calves were burn I would do a half rep leg press emphasizing strictly my calves with a little lower quad/hammi's) for about 6-8 reps each til the burn was excruciating!

Seated ez-bar rows little wider then normal grip 4x15/15/12/12 (185/225)
supersetted with kneeling single arm wide pulldowns supinating my fist as I came down and pulling in hard at the bottom 4x15/15/12/8 (4 plates/6 plates/7 plates last two sets)

B/W Squats 4x25 superset widegrip pull ups 4x12/12/10/7

after that I ran out of room, too many damn people, but I felt I got a good enough one for now, ill go back tomorrow and finish possibly with BB squats, lying leg curls and leg extensions with shoulders.. feeling pretty good lately been leaning out a lot more still eating everything in site. pumps are insanely painful but its cool as long as I can get my full ROM on my routines were good!

Solid work mate. Improvising in a busy gym is a pain in the ass, but sometimes when you have to mix it up, it works best.

Thank you!! Yea, I think I actually did my body good Cardio Wise today as well as doing the different grip seated rows and kneeling single arm pulldowns really hit my back from diff. angles, something its needed, Def. got a good one, cant wait until tomorrow! IGF-1/MGF Patch day lol

Thank you, tryin to get my upper chest to come back kind of lost it over time not quite sticking to my best routines for it.. missing it now! I hate not having the upper, makes the rest look kind of droopy to me :-/

just slapped on HGH PowerPatch #12 30 day pack #2 down, 1 more 30day (6 Patch) pack left. Should Run out of both Patches about the same time the way I'm running them, I'm using the HGH PowerPatches every 3rd Day (1 night on, 2 off)

So far the DEEP comatose like sleep and hardcore dreams is the main effect I notice which if I had good dreams would be awesome, but I actually hate sleeping because of my F'd up dreams, part of some PTSD type symptoms ive suffered from he past year & 1/2, but faster recovery and even if I sleep 3-4 hours I feel great once im up, little better cardiovascular feeling as far as my breathing feels stronger, I don't get winded as easy, recovery in between workout sets seems faster, definitely notice the GH effects when sleeping and upon waking with the slight tingling in hands, sometimes feet, some times its more intense then others,

metabolism seems faster, still leaning out but not losing any weight really or lean body mass.. hoping cutting down to 2 days in between will really give a little more effects..

Yup, got my patch on. OH have to mention I've had a few people see this and either say "those are gonna kill you! those are steroid patches!" and just go on and on even after I explain the entire situation and how the patch works its still a "steroid patch" to these people, specifically these 2 chicks I know lol every other day they try to give me **** about them but on the other hand I'm trying to get one to pick up the fatburner one to check out and shes semi-interested she wants something like that, and the fact of not having to take anything orally appeases to her.. We'll see, I'm stll interested in the test booster patches as im on PCT now so maybe soon enough we can figure something out! Thanks again guys.

yea I understand, it seems like after 6 hours that GH patch really puts my ass out, literally between 6 and 10 hours of wearing it is when I feel the most knocked out.so I try to put it on 2-3 hours before bed so it really kciks in right when I hit it.

Were the sleep benefits immediate or did it take a while for it to kick in?

Last I heard she had to take a little time away, I'm sure she will be back soon with some good updates or i'm going to start putting a patch on each cheek I guess to ramp up the progress and updates for you guys!

Little late on the update things have been a little hectic

Everything has been going really good physically though, cant complain on that !

Tonight I did a Chest/Back Combo all sets were real slow controlled ones to focus on TOT and really hit the target muscles, felt like ive been missing out on some of that lately...

DB Incline Presses (started at 85 degree incline and went down one to two notches each time)
4x15/12/12/12 (55s/60s)
SuperSet with Seated Neutral grip PullDown Machine
3x15/12/12 (175/205/245)

Flat DB Presses (again slow about 3 seconds negative 1.5 second push) would turn my fist supination on the push so when I came down the DB would be at a 75 degree angle to my body
3x12/12/10 (60s/70s)

Superset Seated Row Machine
1x15 (205)
Drop Sets - 2x8/10/15 (275/235/165) (235/165/135)

DB Flys (first set flat, next 2 sets were incline at 65 degrees)
3x15 (25s) again SLOW contractions. Really squeezing at the top

SuperSet Seated Reverse Fly/Pec-Dec Machine (Traps/Rear Delts/Upper & Inner Lat Area)

SuperSet w/ bent over Cable EZ-Bar Pullover/Crunch (Really focused slow on these and felt it good, at the top in my lats and tri's and at the bottom chest was ready to pop!)

Ran out of time and was pretty spent anyways so I called it after that! Had the Monster pump going of course, not as painful this time YESS
by 3rd set I was pretty damn pumped but halfway thru it got even more serious!
I wore my IGF-1/MGF Patch through the entire workout, put it on my waistline with a little tape and I'm pretty damn sure I felt it helping with my Recovery between sets the most! also the 2 hours leading up to gym time I think it was actually kicked in cause I kept getting hungry! and I knew Ii needed to eat before I went, ended up eating two separate meals/snacks and a shake before I finally made it and I guarantee my body used every bit of it!

Just Slapped on my HGH PowerPatch, I feel the DOMs coming already from the super slow negatives and hard contractions I focused on, HGH coming to save my life tonight well I sleep it should be putting in work kickin up the GH pulse you guys think? ;)

Definitley had me crashed today hard, after eating about 3000 cals last night before bed I crashed and woke up at 6am, crashed until 1130ish! definitely not feeling as sore as I normally would so I think it all def. helped some.
 
Update!

Didn't Want to wake up today as I mentioned earlier thanks to Mr. HGH PowerPatch, definitely helped though!

Today was kind of a weird day and with that so was my routine AND PWO Drink.. half scoop NitroNOX, 1/2 NO BULL 1/2 Creatine Energy and the remaining tablespoon or so of my DAA about 4g or so.. it worked though!

LEGS

Squat Rack was full and I didn't feel like starting with leg press's this time so I had an idea thanks to jdg76 recent routine.. :notworthy:

Did a little pre-exhaust superset

Seated Leg Extensions w/ Seated Leg Curls
extensions - 3x15 (70/120/150)
legcurls - 3x15 (70/120/120)
1x12 (170/140) extrensions/legcurls

ok finally squat rack open!
been on a slower rep kick lately so lighter weight that feels heavier cause of the slow negatives
4x15/12/10/10 (135/185/225/225) <-that weight really made me feel weak in more ways then one but I gotta remind myself i'm focusing more on TOT then getting it done.
first 2 sets regular stance, last 2 were in close.

LegPress again slow, pausing halfway through and holding the weight for 5-7seconds
4x15/12/12/12 (8plates/10/12 last 2x)
First 2 Wide, last 2 in close

LegPress CalfRaises Superset with 5-7 more reps of Half LegPress Rep's Focusing on Calves & Lower TearDrop last 4 sets were also Superset with Lunges with 45lb plate 8 each leg/8 more without plate all done on a step so I would get extra depth in my Lunge.and have to push hard to come back up.

Single Leg CalfRaises w/ Leg Press

Seated Hip-Abductor Machines Superset (Inner jumping over to Outer) non-stop

And that was my LEG day.. not as intense as I usually have them but i'm feeling it for sure none the less with those super slow reps and supersets so that's all that matters I suppose.. had a good pump! and extremely hungry afterwards which is awesome that's when I know my body is really suckin up everything for the good! tempted to use an IGF-1 Patch Tnight since I don't want to go thru my remaining HGH patches TOO quick.. I might And let you all know if I do & results. ;) WISH you all a GREAT weekend!
 
I'm back!!!

Sorry for the disappearing act. Most of you guys know that I'm pretty famous for that. I took some time off just to clear my head and refocus on my life.

School is pretty good. I finished strong in my last class even though I had to curse some people out. I will be starting up again in a few weeks and I'm debating on changing my major, but we'll see.

The gym has been going well, too. I started a program called Train Like A Warrior and so far I like it. I've been adding a lot of cardio, too.

I decided to check out Ultimate Fitness tonight and I love it. Everyone was so nice and helpful and I learned more in one day than I ever did at my Muay Thai gym. The teacher was amazing and he gave me leg of the day, haha. :D My dilemma will be figuring if I want to keep my gym membership because this gym has weights and everything I need.

This gym will definitely help me get conditioned for my next career opportunity. Wish me luck! :)
 
One more thing, I'm still loving the patches. I've been sleeping and maybe oversleeping with the HGH patches. :D
