I had my HGH patch on last night and I feel pretty good today. I wasn't lethargic but I wasn't super energetic either. I'm pretty excited about my diet getting back on track!
The next 90 days will be all about conditioning and leaning out. ??

Lol, thank you, Rocket. I can't believe I use to waste so much time at the gym. Now, I try to fit as much as I could in 45 mins to an hour with very little rest in between.

I have the HGH and IGF-1 patch as well it has been a week on and I will start posting in about a week to speak of results and start log. One thing I've noticed is vivid dreams, deep sleep from the HGH patch and the IGF I have used every other day so far and it's actually helping me with a good pump. Nothing other than that to report

I don't know, lately I've been training with extremely little to no rest in between sets because I want to rush home.

That can also have a positive effect of becoming a HIIT type workout :)

Got use to training on shorter rest time myself and can't stand to rest more than 2 minutes. Usually between 60 and 30 seconds rest time for me.
 
Update; been running the patches on que, was actually thinking about wearing two at a time but I know with the HGH I need to drag it out so ill stick to 3 days off 1 1/2 days on..

So aside from all my negative captain bringdown & the buzzkill talk, I've been making it to the gym to vent like any true freak would, and Friday was no different.. Legs..

went to the gym with the sole plan to be stretchered out.. came close;

damn squat rack was taken, but the guys using it were pretty cool, only had a couple sets and actually respectfully introduced themselves when I asked, so I went for broke and pe-exhaust, something I haven't done in a while on the leg press... dude actually helped me throw about 4 plates on each side to get my warm up in gear.. damn its nice to have solid people in the gym..

warm up set on leg press all reg/somewhat wide stance
1x20 360+machine weight
followed by 3 quick sets adding a plate to each side every time with no more then 1 minute rest time since my squat rack time was coming quick

last set threw two on each side for good measure.. already feeling tight in my left hamm

calf raises on legpress check this out, felt like pullin one of those "im gonna make up some weird workout in the gym" and took a 45lb dumbbell well I was lying down and I would do my set of calf raises 20 to be exact at 360, I would do DB pull overs at the same time, Hmm what did it take? a lot of concentration, awareness of where the back support for the legpress was, and a little bit of determination when my calves started burning and im still trying to focus on slow pull overs.. so yea, calf raises were 4x20/15/15/12 DB pullovers 4x20/15/15/15

needless to say I think after that I was pretty spent, my hamstring felt ready to snap after the second set of legpresses and I was in self destruct mode so I just did some stretching and kept adding weight to see if I could get it to, fortunately, as we all know its not that day or later that day when our anger and self destructive mood hits us, its always the next days, yea Saturday and now today that im limping around barely able to bend over, get into vehicles, sit down, stand up, lay down and just about anything else.. needless to say, there will be more to come as I currently have an endless reserve of negative feelings and self depreciation I have yet to take out on myself.. stay tuned for more to come this week and godbless you all.
 
Quick session tonight. I wanted to use my new powerlifting shoes so I did some squats. I freaking love them! It's like they absorb all the weight and shoot me up with ease. I also notice that they helped me utilize my hams a lot!

Thanks bro, yea they weren't too bad, kinda rough for sure trying to get the rhythm down of controlling the calf raises well keeping your core stable and doing pulling the weight over properly without going to fast or too slow and being able to focus on the mind muscle, then when the calves start to burn it really gets tough, but what the hell, I think it could be pretty good for the core as well, ill have to do that next time just to give everyone an idea of how to possibly doit if they wanna try it.. give me a few days of recovery and ill rock it..

speaking of recovery I think the patches are starting to kick in, yesterday I was still walking around like a beat up old man wore my HGH patch all night and all morning, woke up today I literally feel 10x better! that's what im talking about,.
 
Stuck my hgh on my boobs tonight. I'm a one arm under my head sleeper and that makes my arm sweat. Last night was super crappy. I didn't sleep until 230 am and missed the gym because I was so exhausted.
I was up by 530 and at work by 730 but I forgot my pwo! Ahhhh!!! I came home and took a 45 min nap before I started my homework that was due tonight. (Procrastination Queen) I am exhausted and I have a headache. Goodnight!

Oh, man.... Sometimes I doubt myself and how smart I am until I have a crappy group assignment and I end up rewriting everyone's part!

The Gym gods were not on my side this am but I managed to get it in anyway. I hit some back and legs in 40 minutes with no rest. I'm extremely exhausted this morning but I feel strong.

I cooked, measured, and prepped everything for tomorrow. I feel..... PREPARED. :D

no chance to hit the gym today, thought I was going to jail.. instead got served with a summons july 24th i might get locked up then for 90-120 days.. so I wasn't feeling it..

i'm not one for proprietary but ill have to check it out, plus 400mg of ATP solo, let me know if anyone has tried this yet or the old formula. ill be using this every so often to break up the monotony.

sported my IGF patch today, i honestly feel they are starting to work, noticing faster recovery for sure. little more energy and motivation as wel. and i notice i feel my body start needing more calories/sugar/protein..

Thanks Rocket, your the man! been starting to feel better as time passes me by, just gotta make the best of every breath, specially for so many who don't get this opportunity, feel like I would definitely be selfish and and wasting something precious of which I am not always completely grateful of but when I put it in that perspective of those I know and loved and those I've never known that never had this chance I feel smaller and more driven to do something, ANYTHING with this as long as it's positive in my eyes I will continue to do it. Thanks to everyone for the support in all my log's and admin for creating something they probably never knew would become such a positive and special place for a lot of people, thanks to the amazing members that make it that much better.

Thats the best feeling, especially when you didnt want to go in the first place. Some of my best workouts happened when i was reluctant to go.

My friend tagged along and complained about the weights being too heavy, how she can't do it, I had to strip the weights off for her, and she used it as time for me to be her relationship therapist. Blah...

Anyway, I had my igf patch on today and had a quick session. I think I'm due for a good night sleep tonight because I'm completely drained.

Sometimes a partner can really make or break a training session. Nothing like someone to push you, but hate when people throw me off.

Thank you, I been thinking about raising the weight, I usually just go from day to day on how I feel, one day ill just start throwing weight on, other days I just do the average weight but throw in some rest-pause/super sets/drop sets..

So i got my IGF-1/MGF patch on my waistline today cause i don't feel like takin it off when i get all sweaty so letting my shorts do the work and hold it on lol, we'll see how it works through the routine today.
