unfortunately me and creatine have a bad relationship....
 
Ya I have a friend that works at gnc and they get me deals on a few things and I always give them some select or alphhamine for their help....them and their coworkers are hooked lol

Doubt it's worse than with me. Creatine was a real nightmare to me.
But E9 never gave me any sides.
However I split the dosage in 2 or 3 doses along the day, totalizing 1 scoop.
Give it a try.
 
Hmm, never thought of breaking the single dose down into 3rds. Great idea!

Guys thx everybody but with creatine, any kind, I'll be bloated in no time, lol it'll be like instant boom! Fat pig! :(

I've been the same but I'm willing to give e9 a try in the fall when I start trying to gain again. Worst that happens is I get bloated for a while then stop.. But it's worth a shot

In the meantime I had a look online and seems like everyone having creatine sides, whit E9 no sides so it's really interesting but I'm working hard with my cut and I have fear that I'll be booated... but considering I'll have 5 and a half weeks till the day I wanted to be "ripped" arrive lol, then I could try, I should have plenty of time to stop and recover from the bloating... What you think?

Just hold off and wait til u can use it long term. That's what I'm doing. No sense in playing around with a cut that's going well.

Sometimes the wait is almost unbearable. Like mentioned stay strong brother. Holidays always seem to delay shipments. Don't the postal folks know we need our PES and we need it now! Lol
 
Good luck with that. My two tubs of select, Alphamine & High Volume seem to have got lost in the Bermuda Triangle on their way to Boston. Still says they are expected yesterday.... :(

I wouldn't panic yet, man. USPS tracking info not updating (or a delayed update) is pretty common. Im in Boston as well, and it usually takes 2-3 days for shipments to arrive from PES HQ.
 
You guys are lucky buggers with your up to date tracking information.

Mine has a week long abyss once it leaves America lol.

I really love it when customs holds onto it for a few weeks before I get a letter. ;)
