Day 12 - arms / second day for back and chest

Not feeling it today. Felt flat, tired and weak. I had 8.5 hrs of sleep last night and my cal intake had been higher than normal. Diet is on point to be strong by now and its not happening yet. Will give this one more week, Im really hoping this picks up. It's summer time and my cutting season felt better than my reverse diet. I'm open to other explanation at this point. Maybe bump up the 4ad? Never felt like this on a cycle before. I'm going on week 2
 
I have been shopping around to something to stack this with. Tbh my dosing is on point. The other day I was feeling better so today can most likely be an off day.
 
Off days do occur.... sadly more often that not lately (speaking personally)
Yes, maybe I am expecting too much too soon. Not sure why the sudden step back when I'm supposed to be beastin it now. I try to make everything count and always make sure I'm on top of everything so when things go off I tend to reevaluate to save precious time ON cycle.

Thanks for the encouragement! I feel like two compounds are really starting to work. Honestly prior to running this I wanted to use the tridermal as a test base for all my cycles.

At this point I have done my research and it seems like 4ad conversion rate to test is at 15%. At 200mg a day I will be dosing test at ~210/week. Now if I usually have test levels of above 700ng/mL then it might not be able to match my natural levels ergo the low days I'm feeling. My next option is go all out tridermal w/ a 40% off discount I can add an extra 100mg/day. Or get another external 4ad that has a sublingual delivery and dose of at an extra 250mg/day and this will (best case scenario) give me a dose of ~470mg/week. I definitely should feel good by then.
 
I am working w/ a chemist to also figure some things out right now. So if there are other chemists in the house pm me I need some help.
 
Thanks anything more I'd go broke ;) prior to planning this cycle I've read a lot about these compounds and even with the enhanced/improved absorption through TD application I feel like one needs to dose these at a higher amount.
I really like the dosage amounts you've chosen. I also like how you started the first week at 21 ml before bumping it up to 28 ml the 2nd week. I love seeing how I respond to things. Really enjoying the log man!

Hey Goodvibes, do you prefer the TriDermal to separate 1-AD, 4-AD capsules? I was thinking of doing the Hard Rock stack of 1-ad, 4-ad at 300mg each; but the idea of the Tridermal seems like a great alternative. What do you think?

I personally havent ran capsules but the TD version can offer better conversion rate. You can probably calculate the per mg cost of td vs caps to help you decide better which to choose. I'd give you a straight advice only if I hve experience on both which I dnt.

4-AD (4-DHEA) – 4-AD is a two step prohormone that converts to actual testosterone. The problem with 4-AD is that at some point it causes a negative feedback loop (the body recognizes increased levels of testosterone) and begins aromatizing to estrogen at a greater degree. That means there is a proverbial ceiling on how much you can increase testosterone. In my years of use, and extensive experience with 4-AD, I believe you can replace endogenous testosterone to about 25-50% of your normal levels. That means you won’t get a “testosterone high” but it can certainly help maintain your libido, energy, and decrease or limit lethargy.

So your 25% number seems inline. The EpiA should be helping with the 1-A lethargy too, plus it has some AI activity. I wonder if it was just like said above, an "off day" and not lethargy? Maybe give it a couple more workouts?

My number is actually at 15% that's best case scenario and basing it off from the true 4ad conversion. There's no way we can get 25% off this.

Invalid Link Removed (that's a one step conversion, and a real citation is missing). That could be broscience just staying uncorrected. Since day 1 I've had an off day with the exception of one shoulder session and I made sure I noted that. Post # to follow up. It's not an off day, I'm on week 8-9 on ostatine and I'm suppressed. I know how off an day feels like, and trust me eca will cancel that out in a minute. Lethargy from suppression is different.
 
Yea I think its just the long term supression with no real test that has ya down a little bit.
Yes I believe so, if I started tridermal on week 1 w/out exogenous androgenic compound I'd feel great by now. 1dhea cannot shut me down to zero in less than two weeks. It does give me an idea how high I need to dose 4ad/epiandro. I might for a few days double up on dose and run 6mL to see how this helps me

My cal intake is going up, a bit high on the fat intake but it's not like that everyday. I'm harder now w/ minimal weight gain. Might do a 2 week update progress pic tomorrow or the end of this week.

I did legs yesterday, similar performance compared to last week's but my deads I was able to rep out 2-3 more reps on 275lbs. for a total of 10 reps. Lowered my cardio to one day now.
 
Lethargy comes and goes so I'm back on ec stack 25mg preworkout. After the first bottle I'll be taking up the doses higher by an extra 200mg for 4dhea. Hopefully I'll feel more alpha then. Tomorrow is chest so I'm set in going back to heavier lifts, if not then next week for sure
 
1-2lb gain these past two weeks. I love that it's not going up fast even with my high cal intake. I'd rather have leaner gains
 
Week 2 update. Hardness and muscle fullness is "on" like I'm on dmz minus the strength gains. Weighing from 163 to now 165 at calorie surplus of about 700-1k from diet intake. I'm not gaining bloat/bodyfat so I'll keep eating this way. If I look different I'll bring my cardio back.

Missing the alpha mentality but it's not as bad with the eca. I feel ok on the energy department now.

Ok first dose started today. The carrier feels like OLs dermatrest but smells exactly like formestane. Smells good and dries really fast.

I'm contemplating in doing a morning dose preworkout and then another after. I can apply around 9am then another after showering around 3-4pm.

I have been following and have a quick question. My Tri-dermal arrived yesterday and the consistency is very watery. I was expecting a gel-like lotion. Just making sure I didn't get a goofy batch. Is your Tri watery as well?

Thx for ff. I'll start logging my lifts again if they start going up. So far it's staying fairly similar w/ small hints of increase but nothing notable yet.

Weeks 4-8 will be epic I can feel it.
 
I'm almost at my comfort level in eating too but clean quality calories. Im not starving 24/7, I just get hungry an hour before my meal and I stick it out to stay on diet. If I eat like my usual I'd just get fat. Id say I'm at 75% of my comfortable food intake
 
Are you adding 4ad caps to get to the 550?
Yes I'm adding outside source to add on this stack. I'm happy with my current dose of 1ad/epiandro for now and I'll be going up on those for another +100mg next week across the board.

Im feeling pumped all day now so the tridermal is definitely working. I do have to run some dermacrine (3pumps/day) until my extra 4ad comes.

Proud of myself for staying lower than my 175lb tdee. Lol

Weighed myself this AM and I'm staying at 164-165lbs but with better hardness and muscle definition. I'm planning to get another bodyfat reading today using calipers. Today will be shoulders.
 
So quick weekend update, I lost 2lbs from my weigh in this morning! My usual weigh in is after I drink a glass.of water but before breakfast. I actually dnt mind the weight loss, I welcome it at all times even when I'm trying to do a lean bulk. I do look leaner and harder so im happy with that. I am on a surplus and it is well over 600-800cals from my diet consumption. I will be adding 200-300/day more cal from carbs this week. Since the tridermal isn't a true bulker I can always shoot to gain or recomp depending on how my body reacts the Nxt few weeks.

Note: the eca stack I restarted to battle lethargy so that's a big factor in this.
 
Had a proper cheat day today. Massive amounts of rice, sweet n sour fish, pork bbq, clams, chicken and veggies. In less than 2 hrs I was hungry again but held it off by consuming a heavy protein shake.
 
Day 22 & 23

Finally man! I thought this crap would never kick in. I was so ready to give my final negative review. Past two days I am straight Alpha again. I did add 185mg of 4andro sublingual on top last week but I still wasn't feeling being ON. It did help on lethargy but it's nothing like the past two days.
 
Chest day:

DB bench

10 sets of 6-8 reps (from 130 to 210 lbs)

Flat bb bench - some short power moves to test how my shoulder will hold. Got up to 245 for 5 reps w/ no problem and maybe I can go to 275lbs Nxt week. Will see.

Incline BB

185 x 10 - 3 sets
205 x 8

Chest flyes

~10 sets of superset w/ elevated pushups.
 
Not breaking records but I just feel strong so I'm happy w/ it. Weights feel lighter so instead of going higher weights I focused on muscle contractions
