Roller and leg raises - to failure, cnt remember howany sets

Machine row for cardio - 100 calories

Preworkout: bullnox + bronkaid + 5g leucine

Hopefully my lifts will get stronger once I start adding more carbs Nxt week and tridermal hopefully kicks in. I had some energy from the stim but the lifts werent as solid as I want it to feel. Felt like I was just pushing weight, not really feeling it.

Thanks, it's actually the bronkaid that's fueling me in lifting any heavy weights. Without it I'd be lifting 50% less right now. The day before I only had about 75g of carbs all day and I wake up midway my sleep to take care of my newborn.
 
My workout is ~3 hrs away from my breakfast, normally I'd like to keep it within 2 hrs
I know that's tough, hard to lift without fuel! Will have to experiment with it next cut.

You want to try it? I honestly dnt see the benefit. I'm spaced out that way right now just because I dnt have time to squeeze another meal in within the time period. I'm just eating whenever I can and just try to hit my macros for the day.

Bronkaid is insanely effective. Well eca in general is, not just bronkaid. I sometimes throw a tab of primatene if I want to go around 35mh of ephedrine. Those are nights that I barely sleep. After Nxt week though I'm dropping ephedrine and start relying on tridermal and carbs. The feel of my workout should be different then. Mind muscle connection is stronger when I bulk.

I think I missed some but it was more of a pump day than anything. It's all also a day I get to incorporate some chest and back workout. I do like hitting them twice a week now.
 
Reverse diet started today. Had 75g of carbs post workout using basmati rice w/ salmon steak and some mangoes. I'll stick to having 2 low carb days on rest days then normal carb intake of 150g on workout days.

None, if any I felt better last week on dermacrine. I was tighter and muscles a bit fuller prior to switching to tridermal. I'm expecting a low point from now til Nxt week. That's why I made sure this cycle overlaps w/ my ostarine run.

Leg is my weakest point but I still do it. My L5 is really unstable and I've had herniated disk issues along w/ sciatica. I still do legs at higher reps because I dnt want them to lag. Luckily they're still at a very decent size. I just focus on mind muscle connection more when I do legs.
 
Note: I carb loaded yesterday, felt tight and really pumped all day when I was out with the family. Cnt wait for tridermal to kick in within weeks 2-3 and just have that perpetual pumped and full look. So far I have to credit my diet for the temporary fullness I'm feeling
 
You ever try super setting leg extensions with a compound to help alleviate the back issues but still add quad size?

All the time. I run my lunges and then superset leg extensions. I do these 4-5 times over. My leg size isn't an issue though. They're decent size. Its the heavy leg day I missed now.
 
Good vibes. Love the thread. Refreshing not to see people lie about weighing 135 lbs yet squatting 2,000 lbs and benching 750. Makes me stop reading/following.

Thanks bro, I hve accepted my weakness and I'm continuing to improve on it. Maybe one day I can post that I'm squatting 1000lbs and when I do I'll video tape it and edit the hell out of it. ;)

I think at the end of the day it's the final product that matters. Meaning if my goal is to recomp/gain I should be able to see a clear significance from my start point. If I didn't then all the lies I type on here doesn't matter.

Thanks fellas. Will keep this log goin. Today I'm resting, my little girl doesn't want to sleep tonight so I'll chalk this up to a needed rest day. I'm currently going at least 5 days a week and a cardio day on the 6th day. Starting fresh tomorrow. Hopefully this little one goes out soon cause I'm ready to get another hour or two of sleep.
 
Day 8

First day dosing 4ml. That's 1 & 4 andro @ 200mg and epiandro @ 300mg. Method of application:

10am - 1.5 mL (preworkout)
4pm - 1.5 mL (post shower)
12am - 1 mL (pre bed)

Tightness and muscle fullness coming on today but lethargy is hitting on top of the eca stack preworkout. This is my 8th week on osta and the past two days I've felt tired. Hopefully the 4ad can saturate my system w/ enough test to battle this. Being patient so I'll give it more time to build up.

Note: After the tridermal application I do follow it up with some hand sanitizer 20mins later to get rid of the white residue which comes from unabsorbed compounds. I'm also using a dropper/pipette and I'm aspirating from a much smaller glass reservoir to minimize waste and maintain better accuracy with my dosing.

Yesterday post workout I felt fuller already and my aggression is higher. I'm just waiting on that 4ad to kick in but from what I'm feeling the 1ad & epiandro is already taking effect

My macro splits normally looks like this but it will be carb driven @ 40% in a week or two. I'm slowly introducing it. This is today with my carb up day since I'm doing 3 days straight of heavy lifting. Yesterday was back day but I'm not logging it because I'm mostly just going high volume work and it's a lot to log.

Current BMR is ~1700 @ 163 lbs.
TDEE @ ~2300

Goal TDEE to start gaining for 175lbs will be ~2700.
 
It only got up that high because I had chicken sandwich before I'm heading to bed and then I had two carnivore protein brownies which was close to 200 cal per brownie. I've just been really hungry so Im trying to catch up on lost cals. I had a really active day at work, basically walking and just thinking nonstop. The analyzing part is what gets me hungry tbh.
 
Basic back workout:

Pulls ups body weight: 3 sets of 10
Weighted 20lbs: 4 sets of 8
Weighted 35lbs: 2 sets of 6

Bb bentrow: 135 to 165 lbs 6 sets of 10-13

Hammer strength wide grip row: 5 sets

Hammer strength pull down: 3 sets

Cable close grip row: 5 sets


Skipped deadlifting for my leg day workout. Made up for it in hammer strength rows.

Note: lethargy nonexistent today, feeling better. Could be my work load keeping me busy but it's probably the 4ad kicking in. Cnt conclude anything yet just keeping it real here.

Looking great so far. This seems to be an effective product (you are going to be dosing pretty high though IIRC), but let's wait until the end of the log.

Yes I'll be dosing a bit higher than recommend. I actually just got an email for 40% off (not board sponsor) so I might buy one last bottle instead of buying just extra 4andro. If I waited a little longer I couldve saved a ton. I wish Mr. Primeval would throw me some hints Nxt time... Anyways back to the log, I'll be hitting shoulders in a few hours. Logging again tonight.

Outside the gym I feel full all so it's definite that this stuff is kicking in. I'd say the pump is similar to my dmz run. Love that feeling but I'm still a bit tired maybe more due to the lower amount of sleep than normal. Optimally I get 7-8hrs, been getting 6.

Strength not there yet but then again my weight is currently 20lbs less than my usual self.
 
I have to get my cardio session back Nxt week and also cut down on my cal intake by about 300-400 less. I'm eating clean whole foods but my hunger is hard to battle. I always had good appetite even when I'm on eca stack. My TDEE for the past week is for my 175lb goal, I should still be eating like I'm 167-170 so I dnt gain too much fat this next couple of weeks. Will adjust this Nxt week with two low calorie days.
