Were you doing 2 ml all at once? I think splitting the TD dosing would be best, and then the 2 caps pre-workout. Welcome to PR city man
I was doing two pumps in the morning, applying one pump to each arm, so 4 mL in the morning. Worked well for me, and that way I didn't have to worry about splitting up the pumps. I got a 1 mL dropper thing recently, so I guess now I could use it to measure 1 mL for each arm 2x a day.
Hold on, you tried epi 2.0? I was interested but i couldnt digest the ad; they claimed sulfer atoms destroy epi when taken transdermally: having added 30lbs to my cleans at the time putting this goop on my arms, i couldnt accept their premise. Anyway, how was it?
Haha, yeah I bought Epi 2.0. I like Strong Supp Shop and Vital Labs. Ads will be ads, but I thought the ingredients and price were right. I thought it was a good product. Seemed to make more gains, but it's hard to say what was from what since I was also taking DermaStrength, Ep1c Unleashed TD, LJ100, and ECA through various points of it.
