If you hate them so much, why would they be programmed into your diet?
Nutrition wise they are great sources of potassium and carbs etc. If im programming theyre not in it. But if someone else tells me to do it... Its done. I dont eat for flavor anymore except cheats and my select protein (tooo dam good)
Eat sweet potato. Much more potassium if that is what you're after.
Sweet potato + Snickerdoodle + Plain Greek Yogurt or Carbmaster Cinnamon Roll all heated = holy s*** balls. Add melted peanut butter for extra epicness.
Yooo i just bought ten pounds of yams about an hour ago. Will try the the greek yogurt and snickerdoodle after i hit the gym tonight
Post up the thoughts.
Hate bananas? Sorry, that doesn't compute...compute...com....p...system failure (smoke)(fizzle fizzle)(poof)
You know what is nicer than banana protein? Snickerdoodle protein.![]()

this sounds like a great idea. what's your preferred sd:yogurt ratio?
My god man!!!! This sounds so delicious!
Usually do around 0.5:1 ratio of protein:Greek yogurt. Sometimes will go 1:1 if I need more protein.
Always depends on what I'm doing. For sweet potato concoction, usually around 200 grams sweet potato, .5 scoop SD, and 1 cup Greek yogurt. If I add peanut butter, just depends on macro count for the day but usually around 1-2 tbsp.
I'll skin the sweet potato, then poke with fork, wrap in wet napkin, and throw in the microwave for 7-9 minutes. Then mix protein and GY then throw sweet potato in and then re heat it all for about 30 seconds.
hhhhnnnngggg
thanks for the recipe, bro. carbmastet yogurt and chocolate milk are about all I miss about my time away from home for grad school.
I actually just picked some of the Carbmaster chocolate milk up the other day. Haven't had chocolate milk in a minute, stuff was magical lol.
I don't have it locally but always pick a ton up when I drive to where it is sold.
I've never even seen a Kroger.![]()
Me neither, just stores like Smiths and King Soopers. Never in the town I live though.
You have trader joes too![]()
Yeah, I have 2 trader joes within 10 mins.
new flavor for HV my guess
Trader joes, whole foods, Kroger, publix, Walmart, Costco, Aldi all within 2 miles of my apt![]()
So you live in Atlanta?
I've never tried carbmaster products. I want to say I have seen them before (maybe it was in a Target?), but will need to try it sometime in the future.
Fuk, I was at Kroger's yesterday when I crossed the border into Michigan. I didn't look at their yogurt section because I was too focused on the ice cream lol.I actually just picked some of the Carbmaster chocolate milk up the other day. I did get Choco Cherry/raspberry & caramel macchiato lean&fit Greek yogurt at Walmart.
Im down for this. miss my high volume, and at still waiting for flush fitness here to actually release it lol
If an international distributor hasn't released one of our products, our customers haven't nagged them hard enough.![]()
Only in kroger, not target.
Yep, you're right. Good call.
I've become a fan of the Carbmaster fauxgurts ("cultured dairy product") recently, too; the QFC nearby only has the typical boring flavors, but the Fred Meyer has a few ones I've really enjoyed--particularly Cinnamon Bun and Caramel Spice Cake. $0.40/pop for a 9g-protein-60-calorie snack that's at least mildly satisfying is a pretty good deal.
This thread made me all excited to go find their chocolate milk, but nobody seems to carry it here. Sad times.
The chocolate milk is f-in delicious man. I fudged up only buying one.
I did grab 20 yogurts though lol.
as a man of the people i often frequent the hood. so last night i lifted at a great gym in a crappy part of town and to my surprise i was time warped back to 2002. all the hood fitness bros are championing mhp products- downing dark matter and probolic (or whatever it's called) post-wo. a few of these dudes know my academic background and ask me what they think so i proceeded to low-key **** on their lives while creating 4-6 new pes customers. i think i should be a brand spokesman. srs.

strawberry pina colada is now my favorite vs appletini and the old flavors (not including mango) seems to have grown on me, as i have tried different water ratios with it at 2 scoops has been the best, 10oz at 2 has been my pick so far![]()
Cracked open a margarita yesterday. It's even better than I remembered. Glad I decided to get two instead of one ha.
Love that moment you go back and try something and remember just how wonderful it was. Instant high!
And when it's even better than you remember... The feels.

Always a plus. Like discovering something new that you wish you would have had or known about sooner!
This describes how I currently feel while sipping my morning Alphamine. It's been a life saver this week.
