What the hell was that guy doing? That was strange lol.
But nice work there, man lots of reps.
You know, this is becoming a habit, having to tell you congrats on PR's every day. Heck, I think you set PR's even on your off days...
Oh, did I tell you congrats?
Congrats Man!!
Lol - too many BCAA's today, think I got drunk on them...lol

Quiet, Turff, you're so drunk!..... where did I put that shaker...*hiccup*...damn, why is it always empty!
I can't decide what's better, your deadlift progress or squat - both have been soaring as of late.
New Finaflex product: Whiskamino! After 8 oz you won't feel the pain! Nice job in here! Allergies?

And a steal at 60 buck for 28 servings I bet
I get mine from Costco 48 buck for 5# I think
Hopefully it's priced like the Stimul8! I get 80 servings per container on it and can find it cheap at most retailers. Arguably the best PWO and cheapest per serving. Imagine if the Protein ends up being the same way!!!!
I like how it said reduced sugar why in the hell would that matter with a gainer? Lol
That means I only need 1/4 scoop...lol
I agree with Brian - your constant PR's are crazy impressive!!! I hope you enjoyed your rest and are feeling better! That's an exciting add for Finaflex!! I can't wait to try it!!
Beastin' in here big man. Awesome stuff.

As I was walking in a dude was walking out with a homemade kabuki mace. .
What is that?

The Super D mobility put some DOMs on my traps and rear delts. I couldn't quite get the last movement to feel right, tho.
It's a tricky one to break yourself into. I started with a light band and over time got to an average and then a heavy band. I was also coached on each of those moves and coach everyone I teach the routine to.
To get the shoulder smashed all the way back, you have to relax the muscles in the back. Lock your elbow, keep it locked, and let the band put your shoulder where it goes. Which, by the way, is how to set the shoulders on any press as well. Let the weight put your shoulders down into their pocket. As far as externally rotating, that can take a little bit of a motor learning curve if you haven't done it. You'll get there, keep at it.
If you got sore, you must have woken up shyt that wasn't pulling its weight before. This is awesome to hear. Means it can really be a boon to your training over someone whose shoulders act right to begin with. By the time you're proficient at the routine, you'll be thanking me.
Damn allergies! EMOM OHPs sound brutal especially combined with the rest of this workout! Nice!
