My prescribed work sets were 150x5, 165x3, 180x1. I knew that my lack of progress was because my training max was too high, so I backed the numbers down. It worked. Looking forward to next TC with more accurate numbers.

Squat goal is to hit depth. 405 then 425. I'll repeat them if I'm not low enough. I don't know why I stopped high last time. I feel better getting a bounce out of the hole.

425 WILL happen.

If it happens the first go, then I may try BWx34, which will be 230 unless I can find two 1# plates. lol
 
Quest bars - CCCD, vanilla almond nut, s'mores, White Choc Raspberry. Will try the Mint Choc chip tonight. And of course the PB cups are great broken up in some sludge! Must be close to lunch time, just made myself hungry...

Maybe I naturally slowed down last time. My calculated max is up close to 450, so I should have 425...
 
I don't put much weight in calculated maxes unless they're 5 reps or less. Especially on bench.

And pop/bounce or whatever you wanna call it out of the hole is good. Just wanna avoid a "crashing elevator" squat like turf said
 
BWx34 ain't happening. That would be a 490 calc 1RM. lol

425 will be deep and fast. Then I'll attempt 450.

Smoke detector decided to tell me the battery was dying at 2AM. The beep was timed every 11 seconds. That's just insane.

Anyway, had to get it down and took a while to go back to sleep. A little tired, but the squats are still happening.

CYCLE 1:

I used a calculated 1RM to start since I never really had a max. First number will be my estimated maxes (cycle start), middle number is the most weight I've had on the bar for that exercise PRIOR to this cycle, then ending is the new max (new cycle will be 90% as my training max).

OHP: 174/150/180

Bench: 252/225/265 (hit 275 once and 265 for a triple)

Squat: 388.5/370*/425

^^Wasn't hitting proper depth. My proper depth max was closer to 300-315.

Deadlift: 418/385/510

Weight start/end:

210#/227#
