Five mile forced march, ~65lbs, 75°/70% humidity 70 minutes.
Breakfast: 3hb eggs [2 whites, 1 whole], 1 banana, 1 grapefruit. Good start to the day.
Grapefruit...yuck. But gotta get back to eating them myself. At least the taste grows on you after a while.
