Next PES Insider Deal???

Currently talking my wife into buying 6 tubs , or re upping on norco and shift if all else fails ! Wish me luck! She wants a one stop pill but the powder intrigues her. I'm like a Pes salesman right now it's classic lol

So how hypocritical is it that a Canadian posts up a picture of the new Alphamine despite the insider saying it will not honour international orders and then there is nothing PES can do to help me in AUS.....awesome.

Here is the thing.

Yohimbe is prohibited in the overwhelming majority of international countries who purchase our insider.

We make a strict no international shipping rule (we can make exceptions if someone wants to purchase in a country where they know it is legal).

First, we get complaints from people who want us to send it to them, against customs laws.

Then we get people complaining that other people received theirs.

On one of our insider deals, we made an exception to our international shipping rule for Japan (excluded due to cost, not laws) and the package was returned to us due to customer error with the address. In total it cost us $110 for a product which the customer never received.

This is exactly why our rule 'had' to be strict. If we send it to one person then others complain.

It is what it is. It doesn't make sense for people to get angry at us. We are just doing things legally. :)

Disclaimer: prior to anyone complaining about shipping, someone I know is visiting the UK from America. :)
 
I'm not crying about the shipping, it's just a supplement, I'll get it another time somehow.

But I am actually curious though, can't you guys just ship it and if customs rejects it, then too bad no refunds? I know that is how it works with the sites where I get my Y Alphamine from. If it doesn't get through customs it either gets returned to sender or abandoned and destroyed, but you pay knowing these risks.

We have had a few customers ask that.

The risk isn't a customer losing their shipment. I mean, it is a risk but it isn't the biggest one.

The biggest risk is sending something that is prohibited for sale in that country. We could be, in essence, shipping over a controlled substance.

Oh I didn't know you guys could get in trouble. The other sites made it seem like if it gets stopped, they will raise their hands and slowly walk away, no hamr no foul. Thanks for the clarification.

On top of what Ben said, most people aren't so easy going and would be angry/ blame us if they don't receive their package

Why couldn't PES release a INTL version the same time. So all us Alphamine addicts could enjoy the new products together. Hopefully us INTL customers will have a PES Insider deal in the future ?

I can't speak for PES of course but
I'm sure they will make an int'l version (sans yohimbe) with these new flavours...
In terms of a Int'l insider, don't hold your breath. The insider mailing list is not segregated by country as far as I'm aware so logistically difficult.

I'm sure they will make an Int'l version too. Hope we have a insider deal to go with it. We got the deal for the new version of Shift.

hahaha yeah I figured as much. I expected the no International with this insider which is why I asked in this thread well in advance. It's not a big deal I hope people aren't pissed about it, it's completely understandable.

PES also seems very focused on customer service and I know no matter how many times you spell it out for some people, they would blame you guys even though they knew the risks going in.

There is actually a much more complicated reason to this than people realise.

We have distributors in each continent I.e. Flush in Australia and Prometeus in Europe. If we make an international version it needs to have two different profiles for each of these markets (ignoring Canada for now as we aren't well stocked there).

So, all of our products go through them, they are the people to order from us prior to it going to retailers.

Essentially, there has to be demand.

If we make 5000 tubs of an EU formula and the distributor only buys 1000, we have 4000 units sitting in our warehouse and can't do much with them.

Long story short, we can make an EU or AU specific formula but it needs to be requested by the consumer. These requests trickle their way upwards and then the distributor will request us to make a flavour batch for them.

I hope that makes sense. :)

Unfortunately, this is true.

I personally get complaints on here, via PM and even on my social media pages.

I remember having to deal with a complaint that a free package we sent out to Taiwan (forum competition giveaway) didn't make it there.

We love taking care of customers and always include international options where available, even on forum and social media giveaways.

There are instances where it is simply out of our control, unfortunately.

Thanks for the informative reply. Hopefully you will have the demand to make the INT'L versions. Maybe all of us in Europe should email Prometeus haha. What about Predator Nutrition here in the UK. Would it be worth me emailing them to ask them to get some INT'L version:thumbsup:
