Went pretty well, knees getting a bit creaky but beyond that all good.

Looks like my tub is empty so going to drop my last review. For a small update, Crimped my neck while sleeping 2 nights back so stayed out of the gym to wait out this stiffness. Overall my experience was a great one with the product, I do have have trouble at times getting down all necessary calories, but the awesome thing about this is that it is easier to drink calories, hence my gallon a day of milk. I did drop from the side of the earth for a little bit because of jobloss/school, though looking at linearly I did make some adequate gains and recovered easier with the added in product. Weight and strength fluctuated as I was out of the game for a bit, but I ended up at 176lbs and strength slightly lower in my lifts by maybe 10lbs or so.

Now I will head off into the sunset and continue on bulking, which id watch out for a log in the anabolic section in this next month as my strength returns I will get back on.
