Late lunch I lil while ago. Home made egg salad on wheat. Some portions of some meals over the next week or so prolly won't be "healthy". I got groceries I gotta eat up that ain't exactly top notch. Imma eat the bad stuff as sporadically as possible though

I tried to healthy it up. Used this cucumber dressing I got instead of mayo. After it was all mixed up tasted bout the same which is a plus. I rarely eat egg salad because I hate mayo.
 
Dinner and lunch ended up closer together than I like my food timing to be but I'm on a do not eat after 8 rule.

Well it's about g8 time. Mobility work first thing in the morning then legs sometime later in the day. First leg day in forever. They are gonna hate me tomorrow

I took some G8 last night too. When my alarm went off at 0330, I just said nope. lol
 
Legs was light and easy. Tomorrow is chest. Then another rest day on Sunday. This week has been a pretty "casual" lifting week. Next week will be more regimented and structured. I'll also start posting routines up in depth

Ribeye steak with all the fat trimmed off
1 whole egg
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup shredded cheese

1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp salsa verde

1 slice wheat bread
1 tbsp natty pb.
 
Just ate lunch and that's making me hungry already...

Good idea! I hate mayo too so I use Greek yogurt in chicken/tuna salad. Haven't had egg salad in forever!

Times are tough lol. I'm in the poor house atm. Gotta take intake easy till next payday lol. I'll have a casein shake in about an hr though
 
Well, can definitely understand that then...sorry man. A little closer and I'd buy you some chicken and ground turkey at SAMs.

I might be able to. If I just use the bar. And don't wanna walk tomorrow.

I don't know if I could do that even bar only. When I warmup for squats, the bar squats give my quads a pulp. lol

Chest. Lots. But felt good so I kept going. Tomorrow is rest then I'm switching to :

Shoulders
Arms
Back
Legs
Chest
HIII/compound movements
Rest

There will be some form of low impact cardio done everyday. For a while my compound movement focused Saturday's will be core focused for the most part.

Love your dedication, just don't want you to get counterproductive by not taking in enough protein.
Like your schedule of workouts. I too do back, legs, and then Chest. Mine is:
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - Arms
Wednesday - Shoulders
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Back
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Chest
Very similar. Bike cardio on rest days.

I also had a shake immediately post gym before bfast.
8oz almond milk
6 oz egg whites
2 tb natty pb powder
1 scoop protein
4oz water.

Right now I'm highly limiting my intake. No counting calories. I just eat when I'm hungry. Not to get full but just to not be hungry plus 3 shakes a day. On a daily basis before I stared posting I was eating fast food 3 times a day. Plus junk all day at home. I'm doing this to stop my stomach from craving junk all day. Plus two weeks at this extremely low intake when I jump to my target 2800 for my first goal I will feel way fuller than I'd feel now. Honestly that's a big issue for me. Appetite suppression/control so I'm seeing if this will give me a little edge on fighting it
 
Another light meal. Dinner will be larger compared to most my grub posted thus far.

Baked and seasoned Brussel sprouts

8 oz chicken
1 cup basmati rice
1/2 onion
1/2 orange bp
1/2 yellow bp

The seasoning on the chicken is sriracha, mustard , and black pepper. Simmered the veggies in 1 tbsp evo then cooked it all together for 15 mins. Turned out better than I was expecting

What all can I use this on? I it good solo? Will it dissolve in coffee?

Shakes, sludge, ice cream, can bake with it. If so inclined can add it to pancakes too.

Had the munchies. Oat meal and pb won the battle. G8 soon then calling it a night. Rest tomorrow but lots of roller/lax work at home.
