SHIFT PEScience

Just checking in since I've been on this for about a week now. I'm taking this with about 225 mg of diiodothyronine (I take 225 mg. 3X per day), 25 mg. of ephedrine and 200 mg of caffeine every morning, on an empty stomach.

I notice no real stimulatory effects, no real warmth, pretty much nothing. Fat loss doesn't appear to be much faster than it has been in previous weeks, maybe a little slower, although I did have 2 extra cheat meals in the past week due to mother's day and some other events. Still, results seem to be minimal so far. Doesn't mean that won't change though.

It has become warmer out weather wise in the past week, and sometimes I wonder if I am having a harder time dealing with the extra heat (meaning maybe it is warming me up and I don't realize), a couple of times I thought my feet felt like they were sweating and that is abnormal for me (but this could be mental), and part of me thinks I see some added definition, even though my scale hasn't moved much. This could mean that I just WANT it to work, or that I'm just having a slow week and it is just doing its thing and I'll have a whoosh soon....

I haven't noticed anything of note yet, but I've only been taking it a few days. Slight appetite suppression perhaps, but nothing major. I've got a couple bottles so will definitely have time to experiment and see how it treats me.
 
Just so you guys are aware, pescience.com/shiftstacks is working now. My personal usage is 1-2 scoops Alphamine + 2 Shift in the morning before my empty stomach walk.
 
you guys published a great page on your website (guys=PES guys lol) regarding stacking the SHIFT with norco and/or alphamine, is this to "avoid disappointing"? i mean, I trust your products 10000000000000% and you probably know that by now..... lol I am basically taking only PES products.... almost :P anyway is this cause shift won't be enough for a good cut or its just to allow us to have more variations? of course assuming that the diet is in check, and mine is :)

It is simply recommended to dose with Norcodrene or Alphamine if you want to add stimulants/energy and utilize the synergy.

Many wanted a caffeine/yohimbe free product, so we delivered. But we also knew people were also going to want to stack with stim based products.

Shift will be very effective on its own, and I recommend running Shift solo before stacking with anything. Same with any product that one hasn't ran before.

Thanks kbayne as usual :) that is why I will start my run and log using ONLY Shift solo to feel the "sensations" ahahahha :) what I would like to see is the increase in metabolism rate :)

Checking in again - again, I really feel nothing with this product, which is actually kind of cool. MAYBE some warmth, but that's hard to quantify and it is minimal, and I'm also taking the T2, so it could be either or both.

What I have noticed is that yesterday and today I have lost 1.5 pounds each day. Again, I'm on a PSMF and weight fluctuates a lot with water, but I typically see a pretty steady 0.5 pounds/day weight loss.

We will see if this keeps up, and if it does (even for a few more days), I would say this stuff has a strong effect with limited sides.

thanks for sharing this, I can say I have been on target a-2 and alpha t2 for a looong while and i was not feeling any warmth so I would say you are shifting to the next stage of fat loss :P

A pound a day added weight loss. Feeling or not that would have me stoked! Keep it up buddy. Thanks for sharing!
 
Oh yeah, I am stoked, haha. I am not huge on you have to feel things....I don't mean to give that impression. It is just observation. If I feel nothing and lose weight, that is awesome.

The added pound may just be water/standard fluctuation. I was down to 194.5 last week, had some cheat meals and got back up to 197.5 around Sunday/Monday, so I was losing water during this time, but I'm now at 193.5. Like I said, if this keeps up, I will be very happy. Given the long term averages that I have over the past 3 or so months, I think I can judge long-term how effective this is, and if I even increase the average daily loss to 3/4 pound/day then that would be a HUGE jump in my eyes. Hell, even 5/8 of a pound would be a tremendous jump.

the appetite suppression is very noticeable when eating for this, eating the biggest meal of the day usually eat it fairly fast, but today it felt strange like i was eating super slow as if i was forcing myself to eat rather than actually wanting to like normal lol
 
im having trouble eating a lot at night now since starting shift, ive been having two scoops of protein in the morning now just to make sure i get some more protein in. im not saying its a bad thing but that it just what i noticed so far.

so you take your dose in the morning upon wake up (2 caps) then in the night, lets say for dinner? you are not hungry? probably it depends also on what you are eating during the day? your macros? I am just trying to understand :)
 
I'm halfway through my first bottle. Appetite suppression is no joke. I take 2 caps in the morning and don't really get hungry until after my workout in the afternoon, and even then I'm not ravenously hungry like I usually am. I still eat meals between the morning and afternoon, but it's been almost difficult to hit my kcal goals some days, haha.

Also, I'm losing roughly 1/5-1/6lb per day more than I did with the same calories on my cut last spring. At this rate, I may not even need the second bottle. I'm thoroughly impressed. Well done, PES.

I basically force myself to eat in the am , usually I'm not hungry on most days. I tell myself I have to eat something or it would be an eating disorder lol. I'm at like 2000 cals sometimes lower which is way under my maintenance.

Im on my third day now. had some buckwheat select pancakes yesterday to start the day, i didn't eat after that for 7 hours or so trained, then just sipped Amino IV post while walking around shopping afterwards, without craving food or feeling urged to eat immediately. i hope it continues to get stronger with Appetite suppression as the ingredients build. so far it reminds me of diablo's, but i expect it to continue to blunt hunger as calories go down gradually. would a third cap be overkill on an off day? dosed 3 hours before bed maybe, i don't take any stims usually on sunday which is my only off day for now. my food choices have been really good to, fibre is around 45g a day or (15g per 1000 calories).

I guess 2 caps a day will be enough tho

Lol I have to run in he morning to take the doses because when I wake up I'm starving but it's been working.

Agreed the product is dosed well there shouldn't be a need for 3 caps. Give 2 a go and see how ya like it after a bottles use. ;)

PES reps, I have some Yohimbine HCL sitting on the side next to my Shift bottles. How much should I dose alongside shift?? I am not sure how much shift will "amplify" the Y HCL.
 
Start as low as you can and go up as tolerance allows.

I would agree here. Just gauge your tolerance and go from there.

Honestly, I recommend running Shift solo before adding anything if possible.

But if you do add it, start low like Bolt and LTL stated.

I've been pretty excited to hear quite a few users are trying it solo. It will really give us good feedback on how the product is performing. Though designed very well to stack if people do decide to go that route.
 
It is tough to eat a good amount of protein when I am not as hungry on this stuff. I want to lose fat, but maintain the muscle as best I can.

Ya I have two 5lbers of chocolate. It is my favorite. Still tough to get those calories. Worse problems to have. Leaner but still have these stinken love handles..UGH

Love handles seem to be the last to go when getting lean.

If my cardio is not fasted when is the best time to take?
 
If you talking about shift I would follow the directions so upon wake up 2 caps the. Wait 2h for max effect then breakfast.

If talking about target a-2 it should be taken before cardio, cardio should be 20 min sesh as minimum to have effect.

It's better fasted tho and if not take it upon wake up and wait before eat for 1.5/2h
