Finishing up Inhibit E and TTA

Just finishing up 8 weeks of Inhibit E and TTA. Is it best to take off 4 or 8 weeks from using again, or go with Reduce XT.

I would say either or is good. Just take a break from inhibit E and TTA and if you have the reduce xt already you could run that but if you dont then i would just take a break.

I would say depends on how you feel if decide to keep going or not. It would probably be optimal to take a break for atleast 2 weeks.

Take a break from both. 4 weeks. You can use reduce during that time as its main target is cortisol where as inhibit e is estro and Tta is a PPAR agonist. Then you can jump back on the others after 4 weeks.

If you're natural I would stay away from anything that messes with estrogen on a perm basis unless you have had blood work and know it's an issue.

Not looking to stay on Inhibit E perm, sounds like best to cycle off for 4 weeks or so.

Both TTA and Inhibit E most effective for fat loss and toning comapred to Reduce XT?

Reduce XT is best used at the end of a cut when stress is highest (dieting is a stress).

In that case, anything particular you can recommend?

Depends on your goals. Personally I highly suggest a good preworkout(on workout days) some form of carnitine, agmatine, citruline, BA, fish oil, green tea extract, creatine and vitamin d3 daily regardless of goals.

Throw in a multi if you feel the need..

For bulking
I suggest a GDA if you have issues with large calorie intakes. I use cinnamon extract.I personally sometimes get sleepy after a calorie dense /carb dense meal. How large or dense is largely depending on the person. Pop one of those with your meal and your good. This also could have something to do with me needing 4100+ calories to grow.

I also feel there is not much of a need for supplements when bulking so that's basically it. If you're anabolic free and you can't gain weight /muscle and you have under 10 years of training under your belt...that's more of a...training or diet issue. Stop looking for short cuts or take steroids.

Fatloss is an entirely different beast.
Supplementing with things like forskolin, yohimbine, caffeine and ephedrine can drastically change your results. However. ...as everyone knows who's been doing this for a while knows...diet and training are still key. Sub 12 to 10 gets interesting. When calories aren't the only thing diet wise you have to adjust to get single bf%.

This answer may not please you but it's just my opinion and research.

As far as I'm concerned supplements don't give huge results anyway.
I can however say...some people say a 5 % difference but I believe it can be 10% when done the correct way.

How were your results?

Any point to dosing TTA-500 higher(1.5-2g) for the first few days so levels build faster?

Going above 1g is a bad idea for most people. I get HORRIBLE cramps at anything above 1. It is not fun.

I learned that the hard way... nothing like some good ol leg cramps when you are sleeping.

Dude those are the worst. Or in the middle of class. I remember like 5 years ago I was just sitting in class and all of the sudden had the worst spasm/cramp in my hamstring ever. Fell outta my chair. Was a 40 person class too. Everyone was like dafuk.

Never again.
