100mg eod or ed. I find tren sides usually get less as time goes on. Even with all the years I've used tren if it's been a while I'll have some sides

i just started PHAT last week and am really enjoying back and shoulders together... never did that before and I like it.
The new routine is pretty kick ass. Of all things that failed today, it was the forearms. I like the contrasting movements.
The 100mg dose of Tren yesterday seems to be ok. Heart rate was up in the night, but I still slept good. Just when I got up to pee around 2:00 and then laid back down, I could feel it pumping hard. No sweats, no insomnia.

Really there is no reason to change your lifting program for a cut unless you are intentionally trying to shorten rest periods severely to increase fat burn without adding in cardio. Otherwise if you want to keep large full muscles you want to train for size to get the body to try to build the muscle. That way it knows it NEEDS that muscle mass and it is not tissue that is okay to scavenge from. You have to get deep into the single digit body fats for you to need to cut out heavy lifting to avoid injuryI ran PHAT for a long time, I had to change it since I started cutting though.

I've been cutting for awhile now. Frankly the phat routine is LESS volume than I was doing ha.

Good luck keeping those calories down. I think you definitely look leaner in your last pic than when you started. The calorie drop should rip what little fat is there off of you!

Even at 4:45am there is a decent crowd. A couple usuals that make getting a squat rack damn near impossible. But not enough people to get in my way!!
Your gym must be a lot bigger than mine to be able to do rotations like that lol actually I guarantee its bigger than mine. There is literally only one barbell at my gym and it's in the squat rack. So anyone who wants to bench, squat, deadlift, bent over row, or overhead press has to wait on that one barbell.
That would suck. It's a medium sized gym. But very BB friendly. Extra barbells that aren't on racks so you can use them in the open floor if need be.
Not really low carb. Will maintain it throughout the summer.
Still getting in around 200-250g carbs. Just eating at a 400 deficit. Weekends will be slightly above maintenance to recharge.
Man I can only guess what is look like at 2600cal and tren your gonna be shredded. My tren run ends soon and will be switching over

Sounding good I really think you'll like the lower test higher tren I'm getting comments from everyone. I feel and look like Stone. For sure going back to it after the eq deca test
