Is anyone here very confident in their body fat guessing skills? I will message a picture to anyone that doesn't care to take a guess. I don't want to interrupt Dma's log with my ugly pictures lol

Ate like crap all weekend. Mostly healthy clean foods, just couldn't get enough of it. After dinner hunger was tough to fight. So I fed it. Woke up pretty tight and full this morning and made for a great session.

Also Tren sides seem to have diminished, so I upped to 100mg this morning. I'm ok with a little bit of sides. I don't want to get too accustomed to the dosage, so lets bump this up for the next few weeks to finish it strong. Call me sick for missing the night sweats!!

100mg eod or ed. I find tren sides usually get less as time goes on. Even with all the years I've used tren if it's been a while I'll have some sides

Ok just be safe tren is one of those compounds where just a little jump can be the difference between tolerable sides and wanting to quit the cycle I've seen it happen to a lot of guys
 
The new routine is pretty kick ass. Of all things that failed today, it was the forearms. I like the contrasting movements.

The 100mg dose of Tren yesterday seems to be ok. Heart rate was up in the night, but I still slept good. Just when I got up to pee around 2:00 and then laid back down, I could feel it pumping hard. No sweats, no insomnia.

I ran PHAT for a long time, I had to change it since I started cutting though.
Really there is no reason to change your lifting program for a cut unless you are intentionally trying to shorten rest periods severely to increase fat burn without adding in cardio. Otherwise if you want to keep large full muscles you want to train for size to get the body to try to build the muscle. That way it knows it NEEDS that muscle mass and it is not tissue that is okay to scavenge from. You have to get deep into the single digit body fats for you to need to cut out heavy lifting to avoid injury

I'm still lifting heavy, I just switched my routine up. I needed a change of pace to keep my motivation up mostly.
 
So I started using Alphamine yesterday. I'm a bit stim-loaded right now. On top of the Tren at 100 eod, I am at the max. But my goal is to get this appetite down and thermogenesis burning. The goal of this cycle was to cut, and thus far I have not been able to curb my appetite below 3000 cals/day. I have built some mass for sure, but it's time to finish this and make the goal happen. And if that takes a little accelerant, then so be it.

Sleep was good first part of the night, last couple hours sucked. But felt so strong this morning. I feel the Tren at 100 much more in the gym. Weight was nothing today. Endurance was fantastic. Killed cardio as well.

3rd Super Set was supposed to be Cable Front Raises, but sticking to my focus on side delts, I made it another round of Side Laterals.

Calorie goal Mon-Fri will be around 2600, and stick to around 3000 on weekends to see what happens.

Trust me, I have already been thinking about this!!! Will plan accordingly. Save them for weekend treats. MyPlate doesn't have them in their data-base, so I'll have to see if the nutrition info is on the website.

Good luck keeping those calories down. I think you definitely look leaner in your last pic than when you started. The calorie drop should rip what little fat is there off of you!

Even at 4:45am there is a decent crowd. A couple usuals that make getting a squat rack damn near impossible. But not enough people to get in my way!!

Your gym must be a lot bigger than mine to be able to do rotations like that lol actually I guarantee its bigger than mine. There is literally only one barbell at my gym and it's in the squat rack. So anyone who wants to bench, squat, deadlift, bent over row, or overhead press has to wait on that one barbell.

That would suck. It's a medium sized gym. But very BB friendly. Extra barbells that aren't on racks so you can use them in the open floor if need be.

Straight Deadlift day. Took my time, rest times were 4-5 minutes. Using a belt really helps with form and support to prevent any strain or pain that I have experienced in recent months when deadlifting any considerable weight. All deads were conventional.

Felt good and strong with control. Haven't had 8 Plates on the bar in quite some time.

Sleep was the same last night, good until the last couple hours of the morning.
Woke up at 206 this morning and looking tighter. The Alphamine helps to eat light all day and by dinner I can fill up. Dinner has been around 1000 calories and still landing at 2600-ish.
 
Good Weight bro, you got some solid routines there I like the speedbag/jump rope/ab wheel that alone gets you pretty jacked!
I agree with you on the belt thing, sometimes its a must.. some days I get up and I can feel my damn sciatic nerve or something in my hips or lower back and if I go try to lift unassisted I would aggravate it each time..

How long is this lower carb/cut going for? that Alphamine sounds pretty damn good.
 
Not really low carb. Will maintain it throughout the summer.

Still getting in around 200-250g carbs. Just eating at a 400 deficit. Weekends will be slightly above maintenance to recharge.

Man I can only guess what is look like at 2600cal and tren your gonna be shredded. My tren run ends soon and will be switching over

Oh Tren. Since bumping the dose to 100 the last couple times, today was the day it hit. Also this morning's dose was 200mg Test, 120mg Tren. Lowering Test, raising Tren to see if the sides:results ratio is manageable.

Things are accelerating in the mirror. Went shopping last night with the wife and trying on swim suits, I was very pleased with what I was seeing. Starting to get the lower ab hooks going down into the front of the shorts. Deeper cuts in the delts and more vascularity through there as well. Obliques starting to pop when I twist a little. Lats more pronounced when just standing.

Plus I'll have more Test when Tren is gone to ramp it up a little more to finish!!
 

20-25mg ed alternating days (was running prop and ace so it was easy to pin ed anyways). Plus I found that if I loved the tren first and the prop second into the same pin that the chance of nicking a vein and having the tren hit it was waaaayyyy lower since the test was at the end of the barrel
 
Good leg session. Did my own routine. The one I've been doing takes so long, it cuts into my cardio time. Will probably modify the routines slightly to make sure my cardio is getting done.
GNO you will laugh at this...put all chip and cookie nuts in a bag and gave it to my daughter and told her to hide them somewhere. 2 days in a row they have sent me well over my goal. They just stare at me from the cabinet...so delicious. So until after Vegas, they will stay somewhere unknown to me.

This is the only way the elliptical is effective for me. Going fast doesn't do it. Turn resistance all the way up and slowly churn the handles and feet and the sweat just rolls.
