Rocket is Sticking His Head In The Lions Month

I have noticed that the weights I was using 2 weeks ago and getting 15 reps I am now getting 20 !!
 
Follidrone is something I have been wanting to use for a while now. Think your starting to push me towards it even more!!

It is almost like it's to good to be true, I keep trying to find a reason things are going so well, and Follidrone is the only answer .

Yes. Many people start to notice the scale change within the first week. Some is muscle, some is likely glycogen and other things but yes lots of people start to grow right away. Pretty sick right!? Also Its probable that because your 57 it will work better for you than someone who is much younger because your myostatin levels are naturally higher. I would expect good things.

Lying Leg Curls (1) 25x18 (2) 25x16 (3) 25x16 Started to get cramps in my ham strings after the very first set, did a lot of stretching and foam rolling between sets. This is a common problem for me, the cramps hurt so bad they bring tears to my eyes at times !!

Sunday Day 23 did not do a whole lot today went to the mountain and got a few mountain stones for my landscaping project, and worked on the fence a little between rain showers.

Tweaked my shoulder somehow over reaching carrying fencing on Sunday, so I did a light higher rep workout today ! This was also the first time in about two weeks I used a stim based pre-workout..I could have gone all morning!!

Shoulder injuries are the worst.... I'm Always having problems, now I don't go heavy at all... Stay relatively light and focus on contraction :)

Lol! I was thinking the same thing! I even do them during gvt. They keep the heart rate up and compress the time it takes for a workout.

A few points of interest, this morning body weight was 6lbs higher than when I started this log, First thing I did was run to mirror and check abs, I would say they are every bit as visible as they were 26 days ago!! And one thing that was not so good and this maybe a question for brundel went to the Dr. today for my 6 month check up (will try to post labs) blood pressure was 166/100 anything in the Oral AI or Follidrone that might cause this? and on a final good note T Levels were up !!

We had to take my boy to the Doc's today and I was just telling my wife i needed to check my BP to see where it is at. Although I am running other things that could negatively impact it, I would be curious to see if it is affected by the AI. I know it is herbal but I really wouldn't think it would affect it?

Well there is your answer for blood pressure increases.

I have been running that for about 4 weeks, 2 week ago my blood pressure was 134/79 the only thing I have changed in that time is adding Follidrone.

Well the thing is you see, there a three different active steroids in that product. Some kick in faster than others. Perhaps at week 2 the compounds had not fully kicked in.
 
What are you dosing the 3-mhd at?
 
100% sure the follidrone isnt raising blood pressure.
I looked at the mixed oral steroids your taking. Pretty much all of them have the Potential to elevate blood pressure and this is one of the well known sides of oral aas. May not happen right away but its something i would pretty much expect at some point.
Solutions=
Drop the oral aas.
Natural supps= celery extract , hawthorn berry
Or benazapril which is scripted ace inhibitor. Shouldnt have an issue getting the script with bp in that range.
